Great! Super clean rooms!

I would like to highlight exceptional cleanliness of this hotel - even though it is not new, the rooms and bathrooms were stunningly clean, no single piece of dust. Towels and bedding bright white and with smell of cleanliness. Never seen so clean 3-star hotel before. Rooms might need bit of update, but for one night stay all was very good. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Seems they really love what they do. Breakfast was very good and they served their own baked bread! Fantastic! On the first floor there is pizzeria where we enjoyed very delicious dinner. Hotel is bit far from city center, but it is perfect for travelers with a car since there is plenty of parking places available without extra charge.

Exceeded our expectations

We travel extensively and don't leave many reviews but O'Scugnizzo 2 deserves our time. Late on a Saturday evening we were looking for a reasonably priced, clean and comfortable hotel in a pricey tourist region and that's exactly what we got. Our room is much nicer in reality than the online photos lead you to think. Lovely quality white sheets and decent towels, no mysterious stains to be found here or hand towels disguised as bath towels. These bath towels were big enough to wrap around a substantial sized body. Yes, it's a no frills family run establishment of a certain era but they're not pretending to be anything else, like some hotels we've experienced. We got a big room with a King size bed that we could actually move around in without falling over each other including a wardrobe and computer desk with two chairs. A kettle with tea and coffee were a lovely bonus that most hotels don't provide now. Small TV but not an issue for us. The main thing we appreciated was how absolutely spotless our room and bathroom were. Not a speck of dirt to be found anywhere, no dust bunnies in the corners or behind doors and no dirty tile grout or mold in this bathroom. Whoever does the housekeeping in this hotel has pride in their work. The whole building looks loved and well maintained. Plenty of private off street parking spaces including optional covered garage space. If you want a hotel in the area just stop looking and reading reviews and book O'Scugnizzo 2. Come with an open mind and we expect, like us, you will get a very clean, comfortable room including breakfast which means you can then afford to have a drink and a great dinner downstairs in the restaurant without scaring your credit card because all up it will cost you about the same price (or in many cases much less) than other local hotels are charging just for a room only. The restaurant was full of locals and that usually tells the real story.

Typical Italian sized ensuite bathroom but that is what we've experienced in 99% of Italian hotels, including some very expensive hotels we've stayed in. At least O'Scugnizzo provided us with a spotlessly clean bathroom (which isn't the case in many hotels) including everything we needed for an overnight stay, so no complaints just a general observation of Italian bathrooms.

Clean, parking, restaurant, breakfast, friendly staff, easy to find

Very, veryclean. Easy to find as it is directly off a local highway. There is an underground parking garage which was included when we stayed. The hotel has good mountain views from the back and spectacular ones from the front. There is a sidewalk in front of the hotel. I’m not sure where it ends, but it looked like you could go for a walk directly from the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful to us. We arrived in the evening and ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel. Both were very good (for dinner there is an extensive pizza menu and also a menu with appetizers, first and second courses, and sides). For breakfast we had freshly baked brioches (croissants) and bread baked that morning, along with the usual yogurt, cold cuts, cakes,fruits, juices, and water. There was a toaster available at breakfast. There was also a water boiler, instant coffee and tea in the room. For breakfast, the staff came to our table and took our coffee orders.

Frankly a superlative deal.

very friendly reception. Excellent food. Superb breakfast: there was just us (apart from a local who came in for a cup of coffee and pastry) and we were offered not just the standard fare but also a cooked breakfast (my friends were Yankees so they took up the offer). They really went out of their way to please us (it was a Sunday morning BTW)

It was perfect, everyone very nice.

Location was great. Everyone was very nice. Ample underground parking was available. Restaurant food was very good. It was a VERY pleasant stay.

Not quite enough choices at breakfast, but, we were late, and we think they were a little short on food. Waitress was very nice, made us good cappachino, and expresso!

Very pleasant stay at reasonable rates.

I enjoyed dinner in the pizzeria downstairs. Due to current COVID rules, it was open only for hotel guests after 6 PM for dine-in service. Also, the hotel has a covered garage for hotel guests.

Although my room had an excellent mountain view, it was on the side facing the street. The traffic woke me up around 6 AM.

Зручно розташований (транспортними шляхами через Беллуно). Поруч (в одному будинку) ресторан (придорожнє кафе-ресторан), де сніданки. А так само за часом можна замовити обід та вечерю. Співробітники привітні. Чистий номер. Сантехніка працює нормально. Пішли на зустріч, дозволили на 2 години довше ніж виселення по розкладу лишитися. Та і заселили на 1,5 години раніше без питань.

Дуже мало персоналу володіють англійською, тільки італійська. Часто нема кому пояснити, що треба. Володіє тільки хазяйка (я так зрозуміла), та ще одна дівчинка, але часто їх нема.

Buon hotel per soggiorni di lavoro

Posizione comoda per spostarsi nella zona. La camera singola è abbastanza spaziosa rispetto agli standard delle camere singole. Anche il bagno è adeguato. Arredamento minimal ma funzionale. Personale gentile. Buoni i piatti presi nel ristorante dell'hotel, comodo se non si vuole prendere l'auto per andare in città.

L'insonorizzazione delle camere. La colazione migliorabile. C'è tutto il necessario ma con prodotti per lo più confezionati, sarebbe meglio servire salumi e formggi del territorio.
