Beautifully laid out and spotless spacious apartment. Washing machine and area to dry clothes outside was very welcome after completing the AV1 hike. Clear communication with Rosi who was an excellent host, even picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. A short walk to restaurants.

Rosi and her family are very welcoming hosts. The apartment is very modern and equipped with everything travelers may need. The breakfasts were excellent, generous, and complete. We used the apartment in Belluno as a base for our trips around the Dolomites. The location is an excellent choice for tourists planning to explore the mountains. We traveled by car, so having a parking space on the property was an additional advantage of the apartment.

Everything! We travel A LOT! This place was fabulous- comfortable- everything we needed and didn't need - great breakfast room - washing machine- great location. Highly recommend
