Easy check in, friendly host, coffee was ready every morning, WiFi was fast, the bathroom was clean and spacious, the garden was well kept, the view was great.

Shower was on two occasions lukewarm and once I left my towel on the floor in the morning so it could be changed but arrived home at night and it was still wet in the floor.

A serene stay some way away from the station, for those with their own car

Every little touch and detail attended to. Comfortable, peaceful and wonderful service. The breakfast is great value.

Long distance from station, Belluno doesn't have much taxis or public transport coverage so be careful if you don't have your own car.

It was a very quiet place. And I liked the helpful and friendly host and nice breakfast. Shower gel and shampoo were great.

The view from the terrace was almost great but the roof obstructed a nice mountain view.

An unexpected paradise

The place was gorgeous and well kept. We ended up booking a night after hiking the Alta Via 1, and couldn’t be happier with our decision. It’s about 20m walking from the station but it’s completely worth it. Also there’s a bus stopping nearby. From the beautiful garden to the absolutely gorgeous rooms, it was really worth it. On top of that the owner was extremely helpful and always willing to do anything for us. We completely recommend this lovely place for sure.

Vicino al centro ,vista stupenda

Posizione stupenda, la struttura è a poca distanza dal centro di Belluno ma immersa nella tranquillità. La vista che si gode è fantastica. Le camere sono pulite e arredate con gusto. Colazione prevalentemente confezionata e soltanto dolce.

Sebbene ogni camera avesse il proprio bagno privato, ampio e pulitissimo, ho trovato un po' scomodo che lo stesso fosse ad un piano diverso e che per raggiungerlo si dovessero fare diverse rampe di scale. Tenetelo presente in caso di problemi motori o altre esigenze.

Zona di prati anche per pecore bianche

B&B in zona tranquilla con un bellissimo giardino fuori e molta pulizia dentro Bagno ampio, dove non mancava nulla Molta disponibilità da parte del proprietario Camera dallo stile vintage molto carina Prezzi nella norma in zona periferia Parcheggio davanti asfaltato

Per arrivare la strada è stretta e dissestata Il bagno è si privato, ma staccato dalla camera, bisogna fare anche una rampa di scale per raggiungerlo Non so perché non si voglia lasciare un cestino dei rifiuti in camera che gioverebbe anche a chi pulisce
