The room was huge, recently furnished. Sauna in the room was fantastic.

Calm and serene stay in Belluno

Nice, clean and cozy apartment with a lot of amenities. Close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed that we were not so close to the crowded streets of Belluno. We did not use the sauna but will come back maybe in winter to take advantage of it ;)

The room was surprisingly large. It was well equipped and clean.

Finding it was a bit difficult, in fairness the host had sent details on the morning but I did not see my Whatsapp. The place was not well marked and a bit funny from the outside. But it served the purpose really well

Very unpleasant experience all over.

The room is very modest, but clean.

The apartment is located in industrial zone. When we arrived in the middle of the winter the room was freezing cold and it did not get any warmer, since you enter the room directly from the road, the insulation around the door is poor, so there was a big draft. The bathroom was also extremely cold, the heating did not work, on top of that there was no hot water, so taking a shower was impossible. The bunk bed is of poor quality and creaks at the slightest movement, making it impossible to sleep for everybody in the room. Very unpleasant experience all over.

Lovely staff, comfortable check-in and modern apartment

The room was spacious, clean and modern. We really liked sauna in the apartment. The beds were comfortable, we really appreciated the curtains which blocked the light completely in the morning. Mirko and his friend Silla was very helpful and welcoming - thank you for such a great hosting experience!

It would be great if plastic cups and stirring sticks would be replaced with regular ceramic mugs and spoons. Also, basic utensils (such as knife and forks) would essentially raise the comfort level.

Clean room with a lot of facilities. Nice host.

Located in the middle of an industrial zone. This also meant that the terrace weren’t what was implied in the pictures. There was a great view of the dolomites, but it was overruled by rather unpretty industrial features on the ground and on the roof of the adjacent building. And what can look like a jacuzzi/spa in the photos is not, it’s a shallow bassin not for bathing. Difficult to know if you are in the right place, as no signs has been put up.

Il classico posto “furbo” e ad altissimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Grandezza, comodità e allestimento della stanza e del bagno. Tutto nuovo e ben tenuto. La posizione è strategica come punto d’appoggio per eventuali escursioni o visite. Se si ha la macchina. Se si viaggia coi mezzi pubblici è comunque comodo perché il bus verde dalla stazione FS ferma praticamente davanti. Se si viaggia per lavoro come me è una soluzione ideale con spazio per lavorare col computer, wifi veloce e smart tv. Comodo il checkin via whatsapp e l’ingresso col codice per non avere problemi di orario.

Tutto molto bene. Un piccolo consiglio: Non essendoci un bar nelle vicinanze, oltre alla macchina del caffè e al bollitore sarebbe utile far trovare nel frigo un paio di bottigliette d’acqua minerale e qualcosa per una colazione veloce (qualche biscotto o un paio di croissant confezionati) per chi arriva tardi e riparte presto.

Facile da raggiungere e in posizione perfetta per muoversi. Arredamento che lasci ampi spazi per muoversi e anche chi come me ha problemi di mobilità ridotta si muove con grande facilità. Bagno ampio, libero da ostacoli e sauna in camera.

La stanza è molto spaziosa e la sauna provata è davvero una coccola! Anche avere tra i servizi inclusi anche Netflix è stato molto apprezzato.

Sauna in stanza, possibilità di farsi il caffè, micron onde, Netflix, letti comodi, ci hanno fatto portare le bici in terrazza, bella doccia, comoda la lavanderia a gettoni proprio sotto

Posizione troppo fuori Belluno, mancanza del bidet, uno stendino sarebbe stato utile, peccato per la terrazza sul tetto non utilizzabile
