Wonderful stay in Belluno, with a beautiful and comfortable room.

We loved our second stay at Casa Zavi - everything works so well and the breakfast was delicious.

We were all rather cold and there were no extra blankets.

Great location-short walk from the train station. Old world charm.

Beautiful and spacious room with balcony overlooking garden. Large, gorgeous bathroom. Just walking to our room was a delight to pass thru the study, coffee area and other rooms. The entire place looks like and old palace!

Great location, very spacious room with comfortable beds

The shower didn't consistently have hot water, I'm guessing the water tank may be quite small for the high water volume showerhead; we were never able to get the wifi to work

Overall it’s a nice place.

It felt really like home. Very central.

The check-in instructions were a bit long, it can be a little more concise and easier to read. The sofa next to the toilet is a little stretch, i don’t find it hygienic. The breakfast cafe isn’t really up to the standards of the accomodation. There are many better bakeries in close proximity, offering more salty choices. (The locals also lined up in front of them) It would be nice if the voucher was valid in multiple places, and you could choose.

It’s like having an apartment. Contactless arrival/departure, everything was done through Whatsapp. I didn’t see another person for my entire stay, which I appreciated because it was relaxing. Spacious room, comfy common area, close to all the restaurants (it’s a small, walkable town).

It was a good walk from the train station. No elevator, so you have to haul your luggage up stairs. Not a big deal but be prepared.

Breakfast was an unexpected highlight - we got a voucher from CasaZavi to go to a nearby cafe - it was fabulous! We chose fresh pastries/coffees/juice and we loved it all!

Classy stay in central Belluno

Beautifully decorated, spacious room in a central location. It was a calm oasis to return to after our trip, and the balcony into the central courtyard was a real bonus. The instructions for self-check in were also clear and the communication excellent from the company. Definitely recommend!

Only small minus is that they didn't have an iron available.

Casa Zavi is a fun place to stay for a quiet, large room with lovely decor and close to downtown.

Very creative use of space and decorating. The hotel is an old house that has been turned into multiple rooms; each refinished with a creative eye for detail and unique beauty. We also enjoyed meeting other guests in the main area on the second floor, over coffee in the morning. Breakfast was a token, to be used at a nearby coffeeshop.

The check-in process was extremely confusing. There is no host on site, and we had to look through emails to discover gate codes and where to locate our room key. We did communicate by telephone and it was easy enough, after that. Note: if you wish to have an in-person check in, make sure to request this a day beforehand.

It was a great stay at casa zavi. The place was super super clean and very cozy. The message from the staff was very organized about how to get in the room, and about things to do around it in Belluno. Very good breakfast in the caffe next to the room that was included. Lovely room and perfect for what we needed

The room was very stylish. The bed was comfy. I appreciated the great shower and toiletries. Communication was easy and reliable.

Getting there was confusing; the CasaZavi sign on the building is very small, so where Google Maps directed us was a couple buildings off but on the same street so we were wandering around for a while trying to find it. No room number on our door (01) so we just guessed since it seemed to be the only one accessible from the courtyard, as described.

Comfortable short break in Belluno

+ Room and bathroom are very spacious and are nicely furnished. + Bedding is super comfortable. + Location is great, walking distance to almost everything that we needed. It did not affect us since we planned to check out early - Breakfast is served at an external café 3 minutes away. So one will need to get dressed to be "external". Our own fault that we did not ask. We could not find the hairdryer and did not message the host as we were in a rush. We were informed subsequently that it was in a bag somewhere in the room.

- The room had a private entrance directly from the court yard. The door is half made of glass. The curtain used to cover the doorway was not wide enough to cover the entrance in its entirely. - Strangely, the host asked if I had paid twice in the same day even though I have just sent the screenshot of bank transfer (executed 2 days before) in the morning of the day I was asked the first time. He / she did apologise for sending the message to the wrong number. But as a guest, such a mistake relating to payments makes me really uncomfortable.

Excellent escape from mountains

We finished our trekking one day earlier and did last minute booking in this wonderful place. Location is just perfect and interior stylish but functional and comfortable. We enjoyed!!!

If you’re not a family it can be a bit confusing that there’s no door to shower and this may not be acceptable for very shy people.

Beautiful establishment, best suited for families with older children or couples.

Stunning facilities. Really well appointed. Great location. Beds were VERY comfortable. We rented out the two bedroom and then another bedroom. The aircon was BRILLIANT - though not present in the twin room. It didn’t matter for our small children.

Upon arrival, our host seemed frustrated with our children, who were being rather noisy and rambunctious after a full days drive across Italy (aged 2 and 4, and newborn). Perhaps this establishment is not best suited for families with smaller children. And if they prefer to not let rooms to such families, they ought not say children of all ages are welcome. We didn’t feel very welcome and it put quite the damper on our stay.

Great location to walk through city, helpful host, and modern, comfy unit.

Really liked the place and the modern custom made steel work throughout which made it feel very artsy. Location was very good, host let us know about good restaurants nearby (and totally enjoyed one with small number of tables and great cuisine). We loved the loft bedroom, but some may find the stairs slightly challenging.

Parking could be an issue if you can’t find parking nearby. We were fortunate to find a spot, and paid for the time up to 8pm and moved the car the following morning.

electric sockets were a little challenging , unable to use the hairdryer without holding the plug in the socket !! I would also like to have had a few coffee sachets & long life milk , I’m not really a tea drinker. although the selection of teas were very good .
