The fact it came with parking and was so close to town. The views from windows and history of building was awesome. Heating worked very well. There is lots of potential to make this a great place to stay. They are still working out the growing pains.
Did not get the room we had booked. I booked a room with a washing machine over 300sq meters with 2 beds and got a small room with one bed with a wall that touched the living room. Other guests sat in the common space talking late into the night and our thin door did nothing to stop the sound. Either a stronger door needs installed, the common area moved, or quiet hours need to be posted and enforced.

Es gibt zwar keine Rezeption, aber der Padrone hatte das Check-in sehr gut vorbereitet und war über Whatsapp für alle Fragen erreichbar. Der Parkplatz ist ein paar Schritte von der Unterkunft entfernt, es macht Sinn, den vorab zu reservieren. Es gibt sicher weniger Parkplätze als Zimmer.
