Beautiful stay. As long you take your own car.

Everything clean, modern and ready to use.

At the beginning, the code they provided us was wrong. Fortunately, staff on WhatsApp helped us promptly. And we were fortunate to take a rental car. Without a car, the location makes impossible to use the apartment. There should be a notice about this on the promotional materials and on booking.com With a car, for us, everything was nearly perfect and memorable.

Big room, good position to visit Dolomiti with car :) good for families, lovely view.

No mini fridge in the room. It is unhandy to have to keep a cold beer in the kitchen upstairs. That fridge is anyway full, happy to find room for food, not for drinks...this is a must.

Short stay in Belluno

The owner invested to convert a farm house into a hotel with modern inlook.

There were a lot of spiderwebs everywhere. The shared kitchen was dirty. We didn't dare to use it after our first entry. There was a noisy resident; it looked like he was staying at this place (on the second floor) for some time and made it his home with a lot of mess around. The road towards the property was steep and quite narrow.

Shared kitchen facilities depend a lot on education of other guests and few times we could not use them because previous users didn't care to do the washing up.

Ci ha sorpreso positivamente. Il loggiato di legno rimandava ad altri tempi.

La posizione. Panorama notevole e vicinanza al centro città. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ci ritorneremo di sicuro. La camera è ampia e assolata, ci abbiamo dormito in 4 adulti, senza assolutamente pestarci i piedi.

Il pannello elettrico che avrebbe dovuto scaldare il bagno: non si capiva come accenderlo. Un po' troppa umidità nella stanza, difficoltà a far asciugare le salviette o gli scarponi.

Bella stanza immersa nel verde, tranquilla, spaziosa e ariosa. Comodo il letto che, lo ammetto, è la prima volta che mi capita in cui non cigola.

Schönes Anwesen mit gravierenden Mängeln

Wir waren auf der Rückreise aus dem Süden und suchten etwas ruhiges für eine Nacht. Das Anwesen liegt etwas abseits am Hang mitten in der Natur, von der Lage her sehr schön. Das Zimmer mit angeschlossenem Bad ist sehr schön und auch recht geräumig. Alles sehr sauber.

Wir sind dann gegen Abend in die Stadt zum Essen gefahren. Als wir zurück kamen trauten wir unseren Augen nicht. Das im unteren Stockwerk befindliche Restaurant war zu eine OpenAir-Veranstaltung mutiert und von dem versprochenen Privatparkplatz war nichts zu sehen. Die Gäste des Restaurants hatten wirklich alles blockiert so daß wir weiter unten in völliger Dunkelheit unser Auto abstellen mussten. Der Lärmpegel im Zimmer war bis Mitternacht so hoch daß man nicht zur Ruhe kam. Als man dann endlich eingeschlafen war wurde man am frühen Morgen schon vor sieben Uhr durch die darüber gelegene Küche (Decke besteht so wie es sich angehört hat aus ungedämmten Brettern) aus dem Schlaf gerissen.

La posizione su una collina con un' ottimo panorama sulle montagne dona pace e tranquillità, abbiamo fatto un' aperitivo una sera nel locale all' aperto sottostante , molto carino e nello stesso tempo spartano, sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo

La strada per raggiungere l'a struttura è ripida , la vista dalla finestra del bagno

Bel emplacement pour cet appartement confort

L’emplacement du logement en pleine nature et les animaux dans les champs en face. La vue sur la vallée. La chambre est spacieuse et lumineuse. Très confortable pour 3 personnes voire 4 car le lit d’appoint est très grand. La cuisine partagée est fonctionnelle, spacieuse pour y manger à plusieurs. Elle mériterai peut-être un petit ménage plus approfondi mais c’est dû au fait qu’elle soit partagée.

Il manque une VMC dans la salle de bain.

Moyen car nous n'avons pas eut le déjeuner pour tout les jours car commerce fermé

La "immerso nella natura" corrisponde a realtà, nonostante la vicinanza alla città. La colazione comprendeva prodotti di qualità.

Le spiegazioni su come accedere alla camera sono complete ma potrebbero essere più chiare in ogni caso lo staff ha risposto prontamente per telefono.

Lugar para descansar em Belluno

O apartamento foi uma grata surpresa na nossa viagem em família pela Itália. O check-in funcionou perfeitamente e o quarto é adequado para 2 adultos e 2 crianças. É necessário ter carro para ficar neste local, pois é longe da cidade, todavia é esse o charme do local, pois é muito tranquilo, no meio da natureza, com uma vista incrível. Além disso, a cozinha é compartilhada, mas a nossa experiência foi muito boa, pois não havia outros hóspedes utilizando.

Poderia ter um aquecimento melhor.
