The room was spacious, tidy and clean. The location in the middle of the mountains was amazing with fresh air and a great view from the room. We also appreciated having AC, a very well equipped shared kitchen, flexible key pickup according to our schedule and direct communication with the host on WhatsApp.
It may be a little difficult to reach and is quite far from the nearest city, but we were aware of that in advance and the instructions provided were very clear.

Camera pulitissima, ampia, phon, ferro da stiro, macchina del caffè con cialde "Borbone" (ottime), posizione tranquillissima alle porte di Belluno. Proprietario gentilissimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Insonorizzazione inesistente, letto molto duro e un pò corto, mancanza di tapparelle o scuroni per cui entra molta luce la mattina nonostante le tende scure. Anacronistico il check-in da remoto via sms o mail anzichè tramite un sito web privato e criptato. Mancanza di un cartello all'inizio della strada (in salita, con curve ripide, non illuminata) che indichi la struttura alberghiera. Abbiamo impiegato più di mezz'ora a trovarla pur chiedendo a tutti. Telefonata poco piacevole con il ragazzo che gestisce la struttura (per avere indicazioni stradali, dato che non la trovavamo): gestendone molte non capiva a che struttura ci riferissimo e faceva domande, personali, che non c'entravano nulla con l'indicazione della strada di cui avevamo bisogno. Per fortuna poi ci ha passato il proprietario che, ripeto, gentilissimo, ci ha risolto il problema. Insomma un posto che ha delle potenzialità, ma da migliorare.

Wir waren auf der Rückreise aus dem Süden und suchten etwas ruhiges für eine Nacht. Das Anwesen liegt etwas abseits am Hang mitten in der Natur, von der Lage her sehr schön. Das Zimmer mit angeschlossenem Bad ist sehr schön und auch recht geräumig. Alles sehr sauber.
Wir sind dann gegen Abend in die Stadt zum Essen gefahren. Als wir zurück kamen trauten wir unseren Augen nicht. Das im unteren Stockwerk befindliche Restaurant war zu eine OpenAir-Veranstaltung mutiert und von dem versprochenen Privatparkplatz war nichts zu sehen. Die Gäste des Restaurants hatten wirklich alles blockiert so daß wir weiter unten in völliger Dunkelheit unser Auto abstellen mussten. Der Lärmpegel im Zimmer war bis Mitternacht so hoch daß man nicht zur Ruhe kam. Als man dann endlich eingeschlafen war wurde man am frühen Morgen schon vor sieben Uhr durch die darüber gelegene Küche (Decke besteht so wie es sich angehört hat aus ungedämmten Brettern) aus dem Schlaf gerissen.
