good location, corrrect customer service , kind and real - warmth and compassion

i liked teh service and the real the real kindness and empathy from both the person at front desk at night and the woman in morning that says alot to me both were real adn human and kind and respectful i asked to switch rooms, they upgraded for me for free no questions asked- i just wanted quiet i liked teh woman at desk in morning looked me in the eye and said thanks for staying with us.. this is not something that happens alot these days unless im staying at 5 star places.. so thank you i cannot comment on breakfast nor the dinner because i did not eat there.. great location as well though ..

teh single rooms need some painting on the walls and make the noise stop in the bathrooms but thank you for switching me

A historic building set in a lovely situation - with memorable dinner!! Gorgeous.

This hotel is absolutely lovely. An old historic building set with an impressive facade and an outside restaurant area. Myself and my two sons had just finished a portion of the Alta Via 1 hike and we were in need of a rest, showers, clean sheets and ...relaxation. All of this was met, with in addition a superb meal and wine - along with an extremely friendly and efficient head waiter. Only one night, but ...MEMORABLE!!

Beautiful building and the staff were really friendly. We had dinner in the gardens and the waiters were exceptionally attentive and excellent.

Location. A little bit out of Belluno but the property and view made up for that.

The hotel was overall very nice, with friendly and very helpful folks at the front desk and our room was large and mostly comfortable. The location was good but not great. The food and drink was good, and the breakfast buffet was generous. The property is beautiful.

The beds were a little hard, the shower/ water was weird (it periodically ran extremely hot to the point of being painful - the front desk acknowledged that it was a known issue with how their water system worked to ensure the pipes wouldn't freeze in the winter, but was a real pain in the summer). The front desk staff was really nice, but the cleaners were a little *too* persistent (they kept knocking/ banging on the door, even when we told them we weren't ready to leave yet and needed a little more time) and for some reason the restaurant wouldn't let us eat dinner outside, even though they would serve us drinks and they were fine with us eating breakfast outside.

we just came in after midnight while travelling trough, the reception was very welcoming even at that time. rooms were comfortable and very clean. breakfast was excellent as well as the service. we needed to leave early again to catch our flight so unfortunately we could not explore more

Triple room explained.

The breakfast and room were very good. Room is cosy . Bathroom has a very good shower.

I did not like that the 3rd bed was a floor up from the double bed. For a young child we couldn't let him go up 1 flight of stairs and leave him sleep on his own. It was in the same room but just on a higher level. We managed to sleep all 3 in the double bed. We were squashed and didn't sleep properly.

The triple bedroom is not a comfortable place to stay to have good sleep & rest.

Unique design and layout of the triple bedroom, with one bed at the mezzanine level. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was kept quite clean

The mattress for the queen bed was like a coffee cup dropping deeply in the middle. It is unthinkable how a hotel can provide such poor quality bed. The room size is big but not functional. There hardly any free space to move around with so many unwanted furniture blocking the space. The shower cubicle in the bathroom is a disaster. Only thinly built adults can comfortably take bath, it was very small.
