Excellent!

I loved everything! The apartment was comfortable, the village beautiful, and the view from the private balcony was breathtaking. I was traveling with my 3-year-old, and it was perfect for us. Very comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, and the garden was great fun, with a playground and balls to play with. I highly recommend this place!

Great stay!

The location of this B&B is just a five minute taxi ride outside of Belluno or a 15 minute bus ride OR a 40 minute walk. The B&B is thoughtfully furnished with incredibly comfortable pillows and a comfortable bed! The outdoor space was really really nice and the quietness and calmness of the town was exactly what we needed after hiking the AV1! It was also very close to a market (5min walk) with everything you would need to make lunch/dinner/etc. We would stay here again! The host was great, the views were incredible and the apartment was very comfortable. Thank you!

Amazing stay in Dolomites

Clean, comfortable, there is a kitchen that has all the amenities, the host is great, the location is quiet. Dog friendly without additional cost which is great. Breakfast was amazing, the host provided a lot of local products and left us everything the night before because we were leaving very early.

Excelent breakfast and wonderful accommodation

The accommodation is well located in the countryside and it is surrounded by many mountains. The apartment/Room that i stayed is private with a wonderful kitchenet, bathroom, good heating (that worked well during a cold night) and a nice double room. Outside you find a big garden! The breakfast is a really good breakfast! You find many variety and lots of local and fresh products. Luca sent me all the details for check-in and the right directions to arrive to the accommodation (communication was excelent before arrival). Wish to come back to stay more nights at this wonderful accommodation and to have time to explore the area.

I only stayed one night.. next time i need to stay more nights because the accommodation and the area are beautiful!!

The bed was terrible. We dint sleep well. We wakeup with a terrible backpain and after 2 days we still have the backpain . Never be back or recommend this hotel.

Nice for the stay

It is located near foothill, quiet environment. A good starting point for trekking. Room is good, I have a comfortable bed n good sleep. Clean n tidy, a balcony has a wide n nice view. Breakfast is enough n good to me.

It is 4 kilo away from the train station. There is no stove n you cannot cook in the kitchen.

Era super tranquilo y espacioso, una habitación principal con una cama de matrimonio y una cama pequeña, un salon/cocina con un sofa cama bastante grande. Incluye un desayuno perfecto para comenzar el día. Tiene una terraza mirador que no pudimos disfrutar por el poco tiempo que tuvimos dado que estábamos de paso, pero las vistas eran espectaculares. El propietario estaba esperando para mostrarnos el apartamento y preguntar a qué hora queríamos el desayuno, Gracias

Nada, perfecto pars una o dos noches, quizá para estancias mas largas de queda pequeño para mas de 3 personas. Es un segundo piso sin ascensor al que se accede por las escaleras exteriores que son un poco estrechas para cargar con las maletas.

Appartamento meraviglioso e confortevole, con vista stupenda sulla valle e sulle montagne, posizione ideale per chi non vuole stare nel centro di Belluno, ma appena 5 minuti fuori. Colazione super buona e abbondante e proprietario gentilissimo, ci siamo trovati veramente bene e speriamo di poter tornare presto!

einfach wunderbar, das machen wir jetzt öfter.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Kurztrip nach Bolzano und durften nach über 40 Jahren wieder in dem Haus meiner Oma übernachten. Besonders hat mir gefallen, dass trotz Umbau so viel wie möglich erhalten blieb. Ich habe den Schlafzimmerschrank wiedererkannt. Fenster, Türen und sogar die Türgriffe wurden geschmackvoll integriert. Frühstück war prima, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.
