It’s such a beautiful old fashioned style flat, our room was very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was amazing, right in the centre of Belluno & 10/15 minutes from the train station. The hosts are very lovely and very kind, we cannot thank them enough. Carmen served us an amazingg breakfast everyday. 10/10 had the best time, grazie ❤️

Old world charm with a very modern bathroom.

Hosts were caring and attentive. Pastry at breakfast was plentiful and from a nearby bakery. Excellent coffee any way you want it. The tower view is truly unique. Bathroom and shower were new. Walk everywhere to attractions, restaurants, bakeries, etc.

Garage was a bit far.

Disappointed.

Only the location is good. We moved at the night we checked in, so we don't know if the breakfast is good.

No quilt/comforter/duvet/blanket, only a thin "blanket" like a bath towel. The temperature in the night was low, so the "bath towel" is completely not enough. The host said we can use the airconditioner to get warm, but why don't they prepare enough thicker blankets for the guests? Every other hotel have enough bed-linen. It's the basic request. And it is dark in the corridor, and the host did not remind us where the switch was. We used our cell phones to light up the corridor, moved to another hotel at the night we checked in, because we could not sleep even for a minute without a quilt in a narrow "large bed", not large at all, not big enough for two men. Even though they said another room would be available for us in the next day, we could not return, because we had moved to another hotel. And why the doors of the bedroom and the toilet could not be locked? We requested to refund us the fee from the second night, but they refused. How could they keep all the money with so bad service? Shameful.

Great location in the city center, ideal starting point for the Dolomites.

The accommodation is centrally located, in a historic building, with a modern bathroom and large terrace for breakfast or evening prosecco. The good breakfast, secured parking and fast Wi-Fi s free. The hosts Carmen and Stefano are very nice.

The door of the room is not soundproof: If you want to sleep in late in the morning, the noise from the kitchen or other guests may slightly disturb you but this is really a minor complaint.

Absolutely wonderful!!

The breakfast was awesome! Traditional Italian breakfast, pastries and rolls with butter, jelly, and spreads. Juice, coffee, soda, and water. Tables were available to eat inside or outside on the patio with a spectacular view of the Dolomite mountains! The hosts were fantastic! Free parking nearby inside a gated garage for security. Located less than 100 feet from the main square which held a car show and a vendor's market during our two week stay.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auf unsere Wünsche ist Carmen komplett eingegangen. Alles war frisch und hervorragend. Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben und kommt gerne wieder.

L'Host Stefano e la signora Carmen sono disponibili e gentilissimi. Abbiamo trovato la camera accogliente e pulitissima. La colazione oltre le nostre aspettative perche' sono venuti incontro alle nostre esigenze. Il palazzo storico si trova in centro e la zona e' servita e tranquilla.

Struttura in pieno centro storico, con posteggio auto coperto. Camera spaziosa con arredamento antico, bagno moderno. Ottima connessione Wi-Fi, colazione abbondante e gustosa. Grande ospitalità dei proprietari, si nota davvero la cortesia e la gentilezza umana d’altri tempi che non sempre si trova oggi. Disponibilità ad ospitare cani, colazione senza glutine su richiesta. Soggiorno davvero gradito

Posizione ottima, molto vicino al centro. Comodissimo il parcheggio, dal momento che si trova solo a pagamento. Molto ricca la colazione la mattina. Personale gentilissimo.

Splendido e rilassante

Stanza pulitissima, doccia con getti idromassaggio, letti comodi, cuscini perfetti,colazione mediterranea abbondante con croissant freschi❤terrazza dove poter fare colazione molto grande, situato in centro, ristoranti, bar, farmacie vicinissimi. Stefano e Carmen due persone splendide.

Forse le poltrone in camera che servono a poco e che se rimosse darebbero più spazio. Ma è solo un dettaglio che non cambia la mia opinione.

Appartamento e camera bellissimi, servizio al top, posizione perfetta

Ottima posizione in pieno centro, posto auto a poche centinaia di metri in garage coperto, appartamento in palazzo d'epoca ottimamente ristrutturato da pochi mesi, è tutto nuovo, camera molto grande con soffitto affrescato, bagno bello e moderno con doccia multifunzione, letti molto comodi e climatizzazione eccellente (fuori c'erano 34 gradi) in camera 25. Ottima colazione con cornetti e trecce fresche di pasticceria, oltre a frutta yogurt e tante altre cose, il tutto servito nella grande terrazza panoramica, allestita con arredamento da giardino e grandi ombrelloni, tutto nuovissimo. Speciale menzione per la signora Carmen che ci ha coccolato con le sue attenzioni e consigli, ma sempre in maniera discreta, senza risultare mai invadente. Grazie ancora.

Soggiorno in una dimora antica veramente bellissima e confortevole

Un B&B veramente ottimo, da consigliare. Il proprietario. Sig. Stefano, è riuscito a rendere un appartamento antico veramente confortevole con innovazioni moderne rispettandone integralmente l'antichità ed il fascino. Palazzo antico e molto bello in posizione veramente centrale. Dotato di tutti i confort, compreso il parcheggio gratuito in un garage privato poco distante. Da segnalare inoltre, da parte del Sig. Stefano e della collaboratrice Sig.ra Carmen, una ospitalità squisita e genuina, cosa che sta diventando purtroppo rara. Meglio di un hotel a cinque stelle
