Good value stay

The hotel was fair value for money. Room was okay and breakfast was okay.

The location is not convenient if you don’t have a car. It is a 20 minute walk from the train station in Belluno. There are not many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. But there is a large supermarket across the road.

we would stay there again

Just everything went fine, nice breakfast, we would stay there again. Belluno is nice place to walk around, Some shops were open even on Sunday. Free parking in hotel on Saturday evenng/ Sunday!

Nice, comfortable stay close to the Dolomites

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was yummy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and had access to stores and restaurants. It was a good location as a base camp for the Dolomites without the prices of being up in the mountains. Easy day trips to see all the beautiful sites the Dolomites have to offer

A very good stay.

Room and bathroom were very good and the breakfast was fantastic. Just a feedback that might help improve the room was if there was some subscription on TV for Netflix and Amazon... One more thing to improve is if hotel provides a guidelines on how to use the bus to go around. I thought it was easy to do using my google map and the info out up onto stations in there but it turned out it was more complicated that that. If I were the hotel manager i would create a flyer just explaining couple things like: Time for bus departures and arrivals may vary from day to day! tickets you buy from Tabbaccheria and they are closed from sometime around noon I guess up until 3 PM. I mean some information would really help so much if hotel offers when guests check in. A small conversation would also do. Some years back I was running similar business and i would start a small conversation with my guests at their arriavl knowing if they might need some of my advices.

Affordable and comfortable hotel

Staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was very generous with lots of options. Parking onsite was convenient. One of the most affordable places around and it exceeded our expectations!

The queen bed had a big dip in the middle. The people in the room above us were stomping around a bit late at night and we could hear them - although not much you can do about that other than using earplugs.

Wifi did not work. Garage (10€) was pitch black at night as the motion sensor lights did not turn on while walking to the elevator, also hard to find.

It was a very pleasant stay - 20 min by bus from the station and 20min on foot from the centre.

Breakfast was excellent - a lot of variety. The room was great and the beds were very comfortable. We felt hot and ac could not be adjusted from the room but the receptionist gave us a fan immediately.

The drain in the shower was clogged and the water took ages to go down. The internet was not good during the night. At around 10pm it would start slowing down and we would be offline. On the last night, I was trying to checkin for my flight and it took me forever. I kept going offline - it was very frustrating.

Superb

Perfectly lovely room. Nice bathroom with suitable shampoo soap accessories. Receptionist was so helpful, she booked us a taxi to take us into town for dinner because it was raining, the taxi driver then phoned ahead to a restaurant that he recommended and we had a lovely meal. We walked back as it had stopped raining. She supplied us all with umbrellas. Parking available at hotel for our motorbikes. Lovely supermarket opposite for our lunch provisions. Very close to excellent riding roads for the bikes. Breakfast was great.

The room was huge and bed comfy. Relaxing shower box. Loved the breakfast and the position of the hotel..recommended if you need to park a car. 15 mins walk to downtown. Staff useful and kind
