Great, clean base for exploring the area and friendly host

There were some great facilities available. Unfortunately we were busy travelling to watch the Winter Olympics so did not have time to use everything, but everything looked very clean and in great condition. The room was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed. It was very clean and was cleaned while we were there. The location is a little way out of town, but it is walkable. We had a hire car, which made getting into town very quick and easy.

There is not much we would change, maybe a couple of water glasses in the room would have been good, but that is it!

A room with private sauna and steam room felt very decadent and it was an excellent price for those facilities.

Hot tub private use was an additional cost, which we didn’t mind as the room was cheap but the hot tub temperature was at 36.5 C and could have done with being a little hotter.

It was all right

The view from the property was quite nice. You can reach the city center in 10/15 minutes walking. We enjoyed the sauna.

Our room, the Blue room, was quite humid even with the ac.

It's hard to believe Booking recommends this place. It's way below an acceptable level.

The view was nice

Unfortunately a lot. Uncomfortable, not very clean. The (unusable) sauna and turkish bath inside the room make it damp and smelly. Furniture is basic and not at all up to standard. Beds are small and uncomfortable and there is barely room to move around them.

Beautiful location, great amenities, and an incredible staff!

Everything about Bed and Wellness was amazing. The location is beautiful with great views and the amenities are fantastic. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Most importantly the staff went so far above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. We had planned to stay at Bed and Wellness for one night after hiking the Alta Via 1 trail, and they allowed us to leave our car and luggage with them. But then an injury made us leave the trail early, and the staff made sure we were able to check in several days early and stay an extra day and did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable and content. I really cannot say enough good things about this place. We are so grateful to the kind and attentive staff for providing a welcoming and luxurious stay!

Lovely stay in Belluno

Big alpine style rooms, private steam rooms and sauna. Mirko wad very helpful, and welcoming. Nice basic style breakfast to get you going for the day. Amazing location in the Dolomites. Would recommend staying!

Poor

We had booked a stay of 3 nights with breakfast for 4 people in one apartment for 518 euros, but upon arrival we were very surprised. For such a price, I expect a completely different standard. We contacted the owner with a request that we would like to cancel the stay. He didn't arrive until the next morning, but before that we had another unpleasant surprise. It can't even be called breakfast. The owner opened the fridge, pointed to the salami, ham and old fruit and told us that we can choose what we would like to eat. After the confrontation, he told us that it is self-breakfast and what we expected at such a price, supposedly if we have high expectations, we should visit the Sheraton. I do not give bad reviews, but given the situation, I have to share this experience. After one night, we left the accommodation by agreement and paid a supplement for the earlier leave of 109 euros. In total, we paid 278 euros for one night without breakfast for 4 people.

Easy contact with the Host Mirko, late check-in was possible. Private Sauna and steam room directly in the room was really awesome. If possible we would have stayed longer

Perfect private retreat

We enjoyed the privacy and self sufficiency while having the owner readily available if needed. The private sauna and Turkish bath are off course the main attraction, but the whole tiny house concept is executed with a good eye for detail and a lot of passion. Well done! We would enjoy another stay and of course recommend to friends and family.

Quiet place with a nice view on the mountains

Nice helpful host, comfortable beds. Location walking distance from Belluno centre. There were 2 saunas in the room and several jaccuzis outaide on the terrace. Jaccuzis is for additional cost of 39euro.

The room had no balcony even if was stated in the reservation. Quite narrow outside theritory - no possibilities to have breakfast or sit outside. Breakfast is self service and could have been better. Only bred, cheese, salami and some prefabricated pastries. Suggest to add at least some boiled eggs, tomatoes, mozarella - something fresh.

Comfortable and clean room with private and free sauna and steam bath right inside, Tv streaming and other services available… at the same price of a normal room… Self check in The centre city is not as far away as it seems

Very isolated area with no bar, restaurant and shops, the only life is the tennis club (private) located in front

Wellness is my second name

Up on the hill with great view. Just 15' walk to the center of Belluno threw a nice path. Turkish bath & sauna inside the room for free ! Free Netflix and bluetooth music! And more...

Jacuzzi closes at 22:00 due to be a bit noisy for the other guests (might ?) So missed a full moon jacuzzi because of a late after dinner return to our apartment. We can't have them all 😉

Struttura moderna e piacevole, da provare

Struttura moderna, dotata di tutti i comfort possibili. In stanza erano disponibili sia sauna che bagno turco: impagabile! Ci siamo davvero rilassati. Abbiamo trovato anche comodo l'accesso alla camera tramite codice, senza chiave/tessera.

La struttura si trova vicino a un complesso sportivo con campi da tennis e calcetto. Siamo stati solo una notte e hanno fatto partite fino a tardi, non proprio silenziose... per quanto riguarda la camera abbiamo notato tante piccole cose da sistemare: intonaco delle pareti non perfetto, appendiabiti appeso male, cavi che escono dal muro lasciati penzoloni, profili delle finestre di legno che si staccavano se toccati o sfiorati... veramente piccole cose che con un po' di manutenzione si risolvono facilmente e rendono il soggiorno davvero perfetto.
