A budget apartment, close to Fig Tree bay with excellent location.

The location was good. It was clean & had everything we needed. We had a massive room & balcony.

The property was in need of refurbishing. The pool area would benefit from a daily sweep & hose down due to the trees above. It advertises a bakery & restaurant on site but we didn’t see these open

We had a very nice stay & the apartment was in a great location- a minutes walk to beach,supermarket

Location is fabulous.

The WiFi was poor- it kept dropping in the apartment & didn’t work at all in the bedrooms. Some renovations needed in the bathroom & kitchen appliances ( cooker) needed to be replaced as it was rusty. Such a pity as the accommodation while basic is perfect otherwise

Three stars with great service in a really good location.

The location of the Hotel is great. Its literally less than a minute to the (crowded) beach, and 5 minutes to a more quiet one. From the pool you have sea view and a wet-bar. We loved our breakfast, which was served by the pool every morning. It was à-la-carte and the chef always fulfilled our wishes. Also the espresso was nice! Nikos, the host, and his team were always very helpful and created a really relaxing stay for us. All his staff is friendly and hard working.

It was very average, I felt like there was a lot of room for improvement.

The location was excellent, the hotel was right next to a popular turquoise beach. There were many shops, malls and restaurants all around the hotel. The room service was exceptional - we loved it.

When we first arrived at the hotel, we asked the reception guy if they serve any halal food for breakfast as we are of course muslim and eat only halal. He replied that his priest blesses the meat before he slaughters the animals and I felt like that was a bit disrespectful towards me and my faith (I felt like he had no knowledge on what halal was). All the sockets in the room were like UK style which was good however the toaster and the kettle had a European plug 🔌 so we struggled the first and the second day with using these appliances until we had to ask for an adapter. The AC had a remote but was hidden away somewhere near the TV so we were drenching in sweats the first night bearing in mind the temperature was 29 degrees (I felt like that could have been explained and the remote could have been placed near the AC and not next to the TV. The toilet window was broken so all the flies would come inside the apartment. On Friday and Saturday night there were loud parties right beneath out apartment and all the noise would come through the broken toilet window so we didn’t sleep well. The beds and mattresses were old and rusty and didn’t feel comfortable. The crockery and cutlery were very worn out and we didn’t feel like cooking in them. The electric stove was so slow that it would take 10mins to heat up before making scrambled eggs. The hotel would rarely change the towels and the bed sheets.

The location of the hotel was good, it was near to the main strip and in fig tree bay.

The was no lock on the room door, all of the appliances were EU two prong plugs when all of the sockets were UK three prong. There was also no wifi or signal in the room, so I couldn’t contact family members.

We paid the most for our room and yet got the worst room of the party of 10 we where with as they all got full sea views on the front of the hotel. We where still happy though with what we got though all in all.

Perfect location as a base

Perfect location right on fig tree bay - 1 min to beach, 1 min to bars/restaurant/shops. Lovely pool with great view over the bay. Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with self catering facilities. Easy car parking on site

Just bear in mind it is basic - clean and in a great location, but no extras. The pool bar wasn’t open while were there and there was nowhere to get food at the hotel. We knew this in advance but might be worth checking. That said all amenities within a 1 min walk including shops, bars, restaurants and pharmacy.

Perfect place to stay right next to the Fig Tree Beach

Everything! The personal of the hotel was very kind and helpful. We got an upgrade from seaside view to sea view apartment. Also, we were not asked to pay any fee to be able to have check out at 3pm. The view and the place location is astonishing and very very beautiful! Highly recommended to visit if you want to stay right next to the Fig Tree Beach.

One of the beds (apartments for 3 people) was a sofa and it wasn't very comfortable but we changed the sides of it and it became better. In general we got an impression that if we would talk to the receptionist this issue would be solved by them. Also we had a poor wifi connection. However, after getting advices from the receptionist, the wifi problem was solved and internet connection became much much better.

Affordable stay at a superb location, nice staff

The manager Nikkos was attentive, friendly, helpful, and very welcoming, as was the young woman at the front desk. The apartment was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. The hotel pool and pool bar were a lot of fun. We had a very enjoyable stay, with a beautiful view of Fig Tree Beach, the prettiest beach around, which was only a few meters' away.

The mattresses were a bit hard -- could use foam tops. The A/C was only in the bedroom, not in the living room area.
