Nice place to stay

Close to Fig Tree Bay, and the beach, among a lot of restaurants and bars, but very quiet. Nice view to the pool and the sea.

I would definitely go back to that hotel if I’m ever around that area again

Since the hotel was pretty much empty at the end of the season, they upgraded me. You have everything you need for your stay in the room and since it’s not right on the Main Street, it’s pretty quiet at night. The staff was amazing, they allowed me to stay beyond the checkout time.

Can’t think of anything bad to say about the hotel.

The location was amazing. Short walk to the beach and tons of restaurants. The pool was decent. The apartment was equipped with the basics and the staff was great.

The beds were a little hard and the place in general was a little outdated.

Superb location, breathtaking views, modern comfort, and amazing staff

The location is excellent – right on the strip and just a short walk from Fig Tree Bay, with both larger supermarkets and charming family-run shops nearby. The apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished in a modern style, and had a small balcony with a breathtaking view over the bay. Both the reception and cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Everything was perfect – an amazing experience, and I’ll definitely return next year.

the staff were great. very friendly, helpful and willing to talk to you and get to know you so that when you came in they recognized you and made eye contact with you. the woman who cleaned my room, Danisa, was great. very friendly and was aways making sure i had everything i needed

Unbeatable locations, spotlessly clean rooms and friendly staff. A real gem!

The location is perfect. Literally a 2 min walk to fog tree bay. The rooms were the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Staff were friendly and helpful. I cannot fault this property. I was visiting my brother who works in Cyprus, and he was able to park for free in the car park.

EXCELLENT STAY, EXCELLENT LOCATION

The big friendly smile from the girl at reception the moment I walked in and her excellent behaviour throughout my stay. Helpful and friendly well trained and great manners. You cannot ask for a better location with easy access to the property and plenty of parking spaces for the quests. The best beach - FIG TREE BAY only 2 minutes opposite. The room was very big and very clean with a smell of freshness as you waled in. Well decorated and well equipped.

The fact that the price (which was a bit high) did not include breakfast which you have to pay extra 10 euros per day per person

Excellent location with all the areas services nearby.

Location was excellent. Hotel services were good(pool bar). Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had enough sorts to not become stale during a week long stay.

Just minor thing that could be improved. People reserving pool chairs early in the morning and rarely visiting them. Luckily at this point there were enough availability. Couldn't quite block the light leakage during the morning. Lack of sponge for cleaning the dishes.

Good clean value for money.

The room was extremely spotless on our arrival. The room was again cleaned to a very high standard during our stay. The location of the apartments was right in the thick of all the local activities. 1st class air-conditioning and the crockery and cutlery supplied was more than adequate. All of the staff from reception to cleaning were very polite and friendly. A great stay and well done ALVA we have no hesitation in rebooking at a later date.

Lovely hotel close to the beach

The location is perfect, literally three minute walk to the beach, loads of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was spacious with a nice view, very clean and comfortable. Staff was lovely and very friendly.

The pool area could do with a little maintenance - we didn’t get into the pool to be honest but there are some grassy areas around that could do with a clean up etc but the pool itself looked okay

Superb location

A lot of times breakfast had run out of lots of items and they weren't always replaced. We had to ask for cutlery/tea bags etc. I think the person in charge of breakfast wasn't always on the ball.

Amazing as always

Just got back from our second stay at Hotel Alva in Protaras, and it was great! Our room was spacious, super clean, and tidy. They gave us the room with the view we asked for, which was a nice touch.The room also had a kitchen with all the utensils we needed, making it easy to whip up our own meals. Plus, they provided beach towels, slippers, and robes.The staff were really friendly and helpful, always making sure we were having a good time.Overall, we had a fantastic week at Hotel Alva and can’t wait to come back again!
