The location.

The A/C of the bedroom was not working. We did not mentioned it as we stayed only for one night. But for almost 190euro per night it should have been inspected before given to a customer!

The location is great Near the one of the best beaches In the centre of bunch of restaurants The apartment itself has everything needed , but it is noticeable that renovation is needed Still it was very comfortable

Family holiday in the centre of protarus

Excellent location, right on the strip and 2 minutes from the beach. We are a family of 4 that usually go to big all inclusive resorts but fancied a change this year. Apartments are perfect for exploring the local amenities. Clean and spacious rooms.

Great location,, close to shops, restaurants and the beach.

We would expect some shampoo for the shower, a place to hang out beach towels. Also the TV signal was not very good and had disruptions.

Welcoming,friendly and professiional staff when I checked in and out - special Thank you to Andri and Mikaela. Apartment was very clean and tidy,with all the facilities. Very nice view of the sea from the bedroom ,living room and balcony. The Hotel Apartments is prefect,, Smack Bang,, in the centre of Protaras - nearby are shops,bars,restaurant,taxi. I am already looking forward to that on my next stay.

Good place if you like night life and you just need a place to stay.

Location is very good, they have parking too. Not at the beach, but it is approx 2 min walk from the hotel. Public areas and the rooms are clean. Basic facilities (small kitchen, cutlery, glasses, cups, microvave) in the room Balcony is nice and has a small clothes drying rack. Nice pool with sunbeds. Playgroup area for kids.

The room noise isolation is very bad. Every noise from the streets (including all bars) you could hear very loudly in the room (day&night). "Closing the door" is loud, which is also uncomfortable when people are getting home in the middle of the night. Beds are old and the mattress definitely needs a change or a deep cleaning, we felt very itcy after sleeping in them

Perfect location

Quiet pool area, located on the main strip and close to the beach. Very spacious rooms.

The cleaner coming at 9am every morning and letting herself in whilst we were still in bed. The room was never cleaned during our 10 day stay, although the bins were emptied and towels replaced daily.

Great location room and living area a decent size

No hot water shower very cold. Room decoration tired. Could do with some modernisation. Inner room door had damage.

Overall it was a lovely location and we would stay again

Location was excellent close to the beach and shops and restaurants. Room was large and bright with a balcony. Comfortable and clean and modern with good facilities, swimming pool and relaxing areas.

It was difficult to find as the name on the building is not clear. We didnt have a kettle although got one when we asked. There were only hand towels in the room. We had to fetch bath towels from reception only after we noticed there were none provided!
