The location.
The A/C of the bedroom was not working. We did not mentioned it as we stayed only for one night. But for almost 190euro per night it should have been inspected before given to a customer!

The apartment itself has everything needed , but it is noticeable that renovation is needed
Still it was very comfortable

Great location room and living area a decent size
No hot water shower very cold. Room decoration tired. Could do with some modernisation. Inner room door had damage.
