Basic stay. Good location and but don’t expect much.

Location was great. Walking distance from the restaurants.

Room aren’t so clean. The room is very basic. Kettle was dirty. We kept the room unlocked because it doesn’t close automatically. You have to push the door to close. Breakfast was poor and very commercial.

Air-condition noise is a problem

Breakfast was very good and good variety. Close to protaras main street but just far away so you don't hear the noise from the bars. Rooms are very clean and the staff is very nice. There is a free gym with basic machines but not very well aired. Beach is withing walking distance.

Beds and pillows were somewhat uncomfortable but the main problem was the continuous humming noise coming from the air-condition in our room and from the air-condition from the other rooms. I had to wear earplugs to reduce the noise. Swimming pool was very dirty and had always sand in the bottom and various stuff floating in the water. There was a particular family where the kids were jumping in the pool holding their ice creams, adults smoking cigarettes and throwing them to the floor or inside the pool overfill, yelling and shouting and nobody from the staff came to tell them anything although they definitely saw them. You have to pay to use the sauna or steam bath. Pool cafeteria has very high prices.

Great location, very close to beach and main road where bars and restaurants are. Very friendly staff. We were given an upgrade beach we wanted a double bed, we were given a lovely spacious room. Comfortable bed… Everything was great

The rest was wonderful, our family liked everything.

The administrators were friendly and helped with the issue to resolve it. The breakfast was wonderful! Every day, there were basic items like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, various cheeses, delicious yogurts, and some dishes changed every day. The room is cleaned daily. The refrigerator in the room was working and cooled the water perfectly, and the room itself was large enough for 3 adults.

A small minus is the slow Internet connection and constant re-connection to it, it was necessary to enter a password every time

Good Location and Staff, but Room and Gym Could Be Better

Great location right in the heart of Protaras, close to everything. The breakfast buffet is big with a good selection, and the rooms are clean and spacious with nice amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Also, the air conditioning worked well and the bathroom was spotless.

Unfortunately, I booked this hotel mainly for the gym, but the gym hours are very limited (10 AM to 5 PM) and it could be better maintained — there were no towels and it really needs longer opening times. I spoke with other guests who also chose this hotel for the gym but were disappointed. I was unlucky with my room location too: it was on the ground floor next to an emergency exit, which was used often and loudly, even at night or early in the morning with loud cleaning staff. Since it’s a family-friendly hotel, it can get noisy in the hallways at any hour. Also, pool towels and other extras come with an extra charge, which I found a bit inconvenient.

Amazing, don't hesitate!

This was one of the most comfortable hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. It was beautiful and super clean! We had a sea view room with a nice terrace. We were so happy to stay there for three nights, we felt like we could really rest and enjoy our holidays. And big win for us, the amazing breakfast!

Great location and views!

Great, great location! 3 min from the main strip, 2 min from the beach (~10-15min from Fig Tree Bay) Very clean with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Our balcony was overlooking the pool and sea. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Definitely will recommend to others, and we will definitely come back to stay here! :)

Hotel with an excellent location,with friendly and professional staff.The room is comfortable and cozy,perfect cleaned daily.We have great breakfast included.I paid extra money for dinner a couple of times,and i was also very satisfied.We had 10 beautiful days im Protaras in this hotel.I hope we will return soon and repeat this exoerience

The room was very big and beautifully decorated and clean. I didn’t use the facilities much as I went to meet friends each day but from what I saw it was very nice. The staff were friendly, it’s near the beach, the bed was very comfy.

Couldn’t really see the sea from the side sea view room. Had to literally stand at the edge of the balcony, but it wouldn’t put me off booking again

We were overjoyed to have received what we asked for.

I wanted to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday and take her on a holiday to a hotel (we have been living in Cyprus for a couple of years now, in the mountains, so we don't get to the sea very often). When booking, I asked for a room with a sea view to make the birthday girl as happy as possible, which we got and were very pleased with. A gorgeous view, cool room design, large bathroom.

In the morning, the cleaners started slamming doors in the corridor. It's not a big deal, but it would be great if they could be a little quieter :)

Great location, very close to the beach and the main street of Protaras. The staff was very kind; the receptionist noticed it was my wife's birthday and sent us a complimentary bottle of wine.

On the day we requested the room to be cleaned, the bed was made, but all the obvious trash (like empty plastic bags and bottle) was left behind. I specifically looked for places with a fitness center, but it was only open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., which is a terrible schedule considering you’d likely be out enjoying the beach or exploring the city during those hours.

Clean and well kept. Excellent location as well. Staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic, they’ve run out of a lot of stuff including food, butter, plates etc. I stayed here for one night only so it could have been a one time thing.. Food was tasty though especially the chef’s special.
