Elegant complex and hotel. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast Buffet was highly varied and beautifully presented. Free parking. Wifi excellent. Wonderful pools including Chill atea for over 18 's only.

Tired!!

Location

Extremely loud music blaring until at least 4 am. Decided to leave at this time as we weren't getting any sleep!! Complained to reception, THREE TIMES!! the man said he was trying to phone the police to assist with the problem, but it wasn't until we were leaving through reception that he said he was talking to them!! The rest of the surrounding bars etc.. we're closed and silent at this time!!.. Not at all Happy!!!

Nice hotel, enjoyed our stay and would stay again

Very clean hotel with a welcoming reception and bar area. Swimming pool is great, comfortable sun beds, pool bar and 18+ splash pool. We had a superior room which was ok, view from our 1st floor, 009 room had a low level roof directly in front of us. Did have sea view and some pool view. But we would have preferred a better view from a room higher up.

We really enjoyed the welcoming and friendly atmosphere at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful, kind, and attentive, accommodating all our special requests with genuine care. The rooms and facilities were spotless and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was outstanding. By far the richest I’ve had in a hotel recently, both in quality and variety. The location was also perfect, right in the heart of Protaras with convenient parking. It made getting around on foot effortless and stress-free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I truly look forward to visiting again!

This is a GREAT Family Run Hotel, Staff are Fantastic, have a laugh n a joke but still very professional and Polite. Very clean rooms and facilities, Good Reasonably priced food and Drink. Lovely swimming pools and sunbeds. Totally recommend this Hotel. See you Next Year!!!

Over all the hotel, it's facilities and staff were excellent.

My only criticism was the size of the bathroom. However. This didn't spoil our visit. Also be aware because it's close to bars it can get noisy at night. However this didn't effect or impact us. The beach is within a short walk. Didn't visit beach as it was too warm, stayed by the pools at the hotel.

The location is excellent and so is the swimming pool area. The breakfast was great always hot, and there was plenty of choice. The staff are friendly and helpful 👏 👏 👏

Only slight letdowns were the size of the bathroom, and everyone rushing down in the morning for sun loungers while the cabanas sit empty (€50 per day to hire)

Very comfortable with excellent facilities.

Room facilities were good as were all staff we encountered. The pool area was also very good with excellent sunbeds & facilities for eating & drinking while bathing/sunbathing.

Our room was opposite the road to a bar which had nightly live entertaintment & this would be too loud for light sleepers & those with young children.

Good

The hotel personal was great. I would not dream for more helpful people. The breakfast was very very good. It has 3 pools and a pool bar, which was great. It is close to the beach and food shops.

My room, 209 was on the on the side with some pretty loud bars at night. Considering that the "live" performances were not so great an that the windows were not sound proof, this made it a bit uncomfortable to fall asleep in some nights.
