Sunrise Pearl Hotel & Spa

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We were greeted with a complimentary welcome drink at reception, and a member of the team personally escorted us to our room. The soundproofing was excellent. Even though the hotel is located on the main road in Protaras, we couldn't hear any noise from outside, which made our stay very peaceful. The entire hotel was spotless and exceptionally clean. The pool area was also very well organized. The staff escort you to your assigned sunbeds, so there is no rushing to reserve loungers or taking more than you need. It creates a relaxing and fair environment for everyone. The food was outstanding. The chef was present in the dining area, personally explaining the dishes to the guests, which was a lovely touch and showed genuine care and passion. The hotel is absolutely worth every euro. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by an extra night, and the hotel kindly gave us both a discount and a room upgrade. Thank you for making our three-day getaway so special. We will definitely be coming back!

In a row of 20 nearly identical hotels The sunrise pearl stands out by being slightly classier and more expensive The extra price is totally worth it for everything you are getting I must highlight the staff and overall the guest oriented approach Everyone here is so friendly and courteous The service is is spot on every where ive been Starting from the front desk, to the breakfest, house keeping and finally the spa which had many facilities that i never incoutered before. Like the "snow room" fo example I would rate 5/5

The bed is very special I slept like a log. The food is very good something for everyone. Swimming pools look nice haven't been in yet. Beach right outside.
