Great location, but noise was a problem

The studio was cozy, the gardens are well maintained, and the location is excellent -- close to the beaches, restaurants, the town center, and a bus stop. The price is very reasonable.

The lower studios are located right by the road, so you constantly hear traffic. Even worse, the nearby Diamond bar plays loud music and gets noisy until around 2 a.m. It was unpleasant experience. I was kindly relocated to an apartment in the center of the complex, and it was wonderful there: quiet and comfortable. If you stay here, I recommend choosing a room away from the road and the bar.

Little Gem in Protaras

We love this little gem of a boutique hotel. So lovely and quiet in general. We did have a big family staying during our stay with lots of kids, which did give a few days of noisy days, but it was a one off and kids are kids :) Pool was beautifully clean as was the whole place.

Fabulous Flokkas Hotel

Lovely hotel ideally situated in a quiet area but close enough to walk to restaurants, shops and beaches. The staff are wonderful and it's so clean and tidy. We had a brilliant stay.

The apartments are in a great location for the bars and restaurants, the staff are very friendly and the apartments are clean.

Some updates to the kitchen area in the apartment are needed. Would be nice to see a wider variety of food offered in the bar

Long weekend away

The room was basic, but had everything required for a self-catering stay. The location was excellent, only a 5 minutes walk to the strip, full of shops, bars, and restaurants, but very quiet and plenty of sunbeds to choose from around the pool.

Love it here!

I have stayed here before and loved it previously and decided to stay here again and once again loved it! The location is perfect, 5 min walk to the closest beach, the area is quiet and beautiful and lovely little taverna right next to the hotel appartment. The next time I come to Protaras I will be staying at Flokkas Hotel Apartments again!

Nice appartment and great staff

Supernice and clean studio. It seems very recently renovated and has a good vibe to it. I made an error on the date of the booking and the staff was super quick to help and get us in an appartment within a few minutes anyway. Thanks so much! Would love to stay longer another time. The pool was also nice.

Massive room and clean, big bed. Check-in was both a plus and minus, depending on what you like. The receptionist talked on the phone whilst checking me in, gave me a key and showed me to my room. Took about 20 seconds.

So much white, bright lights in the room! Should be switched for some yellow lights and perhaps a dimmer.

Great hotel apartment, great staff and 5 star hotel cleanliness

The place is absolutely beautiful, extremely clean and the staff were amazing to us. Would definitely recommend and definitely go back there.

The fact that on Booking.com it states that there's a bar and a restaurant. Because of the location, there wasn't a big issue as you are surrounded by bars and restaurants but this would definitely be a reason for others to downgrade this little gem. The facilities are there but for some reason it's not functional which I'm pretty sure it will be in the near future

Great value for money!

All the staff were brilliant. There was daily maid service and room was kept spotless. The whole site was spotlessly clean with work always going on in the outside areas. The manager of the pool bar/restaurant was very helpful with any queries I had. I had one of the 4 studios and it was large, comfortable, had front and rear balcony areas, free air con and wifi.

It was ok for one night

This place needs renovation. There is mold and rust, especially in the bathroom. It looks better in the pictures. There are rooms quieter than others, as some are next to a busy street. However, its was not very loud at night, probably as it's not high season yet

Looked after well, spacious apartment

The owner went out of their way to look after us, answering questions about buses and helping when we had trouble with a tour. The apartments are spacious, very clean, with generous bathroom products. The location is excellent, right near the 711 bus stop from comes from the Old Hospital stop in Larnaca. 12 mins walk from a Lidl.

Hot water can run out if you wash long hair so have quick showers in winter.
