A dream come true holiday, we will come next year again!

We were already twice at this hotel. The best about this hotel is the location and the staff. Never had we ever experienced such a friendly and helpful staff. The food at the restaurant is both for breakfast and dinner excellent!

The only minus - our last night of our stay (first 10 days in October) was very wild and we didn’t get much sleep. There were some drunk Polish men who stayed at the outside terrace till 2:30AM and were screaming and yelling like crazy. Please beware of Polish tourists!!

In general, we enjoyed our stay and vacation, would definitely recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel with a great location just near the main Protaras beach. The room was standard but comfortable, side sea view from the 4th floor was good. Although I can’t say that the food was always fantastic, it was still pretty good with a nice variety for each meal. All inclusive package has a nice variety of drinks available during the day.

Ventilation in the bathroom was pretty loud and, since it turned on and off automatically, we couldn’t really do anything about it (we had to close the bathroom door not to be bothered by that sound during the night). The mattress and pillows could definitely be improved, can’t say that the sleep was very comfortable. Lack of places to hang wet swimsuits and blankets. Also, seems like a 4-star hotel could provide more towels for the room.

Lovely weather clean hotel

Arrived at 3am no food or drink available even tho I contacted the hotel the day before to say we would be arriving very late could a packed sandwitch be available for us . At 6 am we were awoke up by kitchen staff prepareing breakfast and microwaves going. We were right above the restaurant so had ask reception to move us to another room which they did. The hotel was very clean but evening entertainment very disappointing . We are one night in the restaurant and again very disappointed. The food was cold and basic. No welcome drink on Arrival or next morning or a gala night. No prawns in restaurant. Sunbeds you could not get one if you were down there after 8.30 . Even tho signs are up no towels on sunbeds. No iron in room or to hire from reception.

The prefect location for relaxed and peaceful holiday

The location was amazing, right on the beach. The food was delicious, with a great variety of choices. We highly recommend to take the all inclusive package, which includes all three meals and many types of drinks during the day. The staff was so friendly, always welcoming us with a smile. The room was comfortable and perfectly clean. Thank you, we will definitely come back.

Everything was perfect and couldnt fault the hotel for anything. Excellent service, unique location, astonishing views. We booked for a night initially and extended our stay for 5 more nights. Cant understand why not all guests give it a 10!

Modernism at its finest

Nice, elegant hotel and room with the view on the bay. Air-conditioned and modern. The receptionists of the hotel were super kind and always helpful. The hotel has a nice bar at the seaside which is always a good stop for a refreshment before your beach day. :) the waiters there are very friendly. We enjoyed live music from our balcony! The sounds of local Bouvlaki instrument made us all dancing, including the director of the hotel!

The cleaning staff should be a bit more trained and monitored. Sometimes they clean too fast and miss certain areas of the hotel room. The hotel is missing some local touch. Like a Cypriot landscape painting or anything that would indicate that we are in Cyprus.

Very arrogant staff at the reception.Only one person and a queue of 3-4 people to wait.Many things for breakfast but actually very few that can be eaten.Nowhere to hang things, especially at the bathroom!Very expensive for the poor services that this hotel provides.I could write all day and all night!In general they advertise something different from reality in double prize . My impression is they care only to be paid and not at all to make the stay comfortable for the clients. And I heard the same complaints from other clients as well…Sad… Sooo bad choice of the hotel…they have ruined my vacation

The hotel is clean, and the rooms were well-maintained. We appreciated being allowed a slightly late check-out after we requested it — that was a nice gesture. The pool was clean and comfortable. The massage room was a bit small, but the massage itself was professional and definitely made up for the initial impression. Every time we called the front desk, someone answered, which we appreciated. While the answers we received weren’t always very professional or helpful, at least the calls were consistently picked up.

We were disappointed with our stay at this hotel. It’s located far from the main road, which makes access less convenient. The air conditioner in our room was extremely weak and barely cooled the space. At first, we thought it was broken, but the hotel technician told us this is just how it works and we need to wait. When we arrived, we couldn’t charge our phones because the electrical sockets required an adapter. We asked the front desk, but they refused to provide one, claiming they didn’t have any. The next day we spoke with the hotel manager, who told us the same thing and added that we were paying too little and should lower our expectations. That was a very strange and unprofessional response, especially considering that in cheaper hotels and even Airbnb apartments we always received adapters without any issue. The mini fridge in the room didn’t cool at all. When we raised the issue, the manager explained it’s not meant to cool drinks, just to keep things from getting warm. Again, this was disappointing — every other hotel we’ve stayed in had a proper refrigerator that kept food and drinks cold. If you’re hoping for a cold drink in the morning, you’ll need to lower your expectations here — it’s a mini-bar, not a real fridge. We also had to go down to the lobby every time we wanted ice, as there’s no room service or proper assistance for that. The overall attitude from both reception and management was defensive. Instead of trying to improve the experience, they just gave excuses. After we moved to a different hotel, we saw how all of these issues were handled properly and efficiently. It only made the experience at this hotel feel even worse in comparison. The hotel manager should seriously consider learning from guest feedback and focus on improving the quality of service, rather than just thinking up ways to dismiss guest concerns. Otherwise, guests will stop coming, and it will be very difficult to bring the hotel’s rating back up

i didn't like that the decorations in the room was pretty basic. Also at the breakfast they only had instant coffee that was disgusting. I went to the bar to buy a proper coffee and they told me that the manager doesn't allow them to do that while the breakfast is on. I would have to wait until breakfast was over. Really awkward when you pay 200euro per night and you just want to pay more for proper coffee and they tell you NO! Go to Costa Coffee if you want espresso during breakfast.

Super friendly staff, they made our stay comfortable. Great location, right at the beach. Good breakfast with variety of options. This is my second time staying there and the service has been improved.

The location was excellent, right in the beach with range of hotel beach bars and also close to many bars and restaurants on the main strip. Spotlessly clean. Modern and well maintained common areas and a nice snack bar near the pool. Breakfast was very good. Huge selection of both hot and cold foods. Staff were attentive and efficient.

the staff was super kind, polite and helpful. the pool very nice, many sunbeds, pool always cleaned. the hotel super clean, the cleaning room service very good, change the towels, vaccum and cleaning the bathroom and floor everyday.

Good stay for a short visit

Room was very comfortable and quiet. Great big bed and nice relaxing balcony view with the sunset. The staff was kind and helpful.

I was not happy with the breakfast. It was not what I usually experience at four star hotels. The cold cuts selection was looking poor and bit old and the hot selection came dry and/or oily. Scrambled eggs contained lot of water, did not try to have it. I would be happy with bigger selection of fresh fruits apart of orange and grapefruit. I also did not find options of lactose free and gluten free food.

We got by.

breakfast was extremely limited and poor which ruined the entire experience. Ukrainian refugees were staying at the same hotel and the vibe was quite awkward. Guests were allowed to order an English breakfast or Omlette which was the most oily and badly cooked breakfast I have ever eaten. No chance of fresh tea or coffee or water - everything was dispensed from a machine. I cannot say I would be happy to stay there ever again unless there was no other choice.

Lovely and private, amazing views

We really enjoyed that the hotel was a little out of the way of the main tourist area. It was quiet and private, but still with gorgeous views. The breakfast was lovely and there was a huge variety to choose from. The double bed was so big and comfortable, and the cot we requested even came with a mattress, which doesn't often happen when you go away, so we all had good sleep!
