We really enjoyed our stay at Iliada. The hotel is perfectly located just steps away from Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach — in my opinion, the best beaches in Protaras. We had a sea view room, and the view was absolutely amazing. There’s also easy access to the beautiful pedestrian walkway along the coast, which was a great bonus.

However, there were a few issues that took away from an otherwise great experience. The telephone in the room didn’t work, and one of the bed lights was also out. The room could have been cleaner, and the pool wasn’t as well-maintained as expected — there was sand and grass in the water, likely brought in from the beach.

Because of the location and the comfortable room, it was pleasant.

The location was perfect and the room renovated and beds comfortable. Air condition was also very good.

The music at the pool was completely depressing and very loud, did not fit with the time and place. One day there were no hand towels, which is not expected from a 4 star hotel, the grass at the pool areas was watered every day around 1830, while the pool was still opened and operative, one day my book was almost destroyed since I have left my stuff on the sun bed by that time and went for swimming; it was difficult to find sunbeds during the weekend, the bar at the pool should also have some juices it only had coffees and drinks with alcohol. By the day we came at the hotel, we hardly found only one parking area.

Our favorite hotel! Right on the beach, and Manager is fantastic 🤩🤩🤩! We are coming every year and we will come again in 2025! We are waiting for booking to be open for the next season!

the room was refurbished and the bed was big and very cozy. we enjoyed the room a lot. very friendly staff the breakfast was sufficient and it was ok. mot excellent but above ok.

the hotel in general is old and needs renovation. its an old 4 class style hotel not new. except the rooms. little space for parking the dinner was nothing special and a bit of poor. not a lot of options. the desserts we did not even wanted to try.

The hotel is quite good, with very nice big rooms, big bathroom and a balcony, all newly renovated, although the hotel itself is an old construction. It is just on the beach, which is a big benefit. The staff is very friendly, particularly the reception, for which I would like to thank them a lot! We will be back.

Excellent location, refurbished rooms and a great stay overall

The hotel is located on the main Protaras strip and right on the beach. Location wise it is in an excellent position, so easy to get to everywhere. The rooms have all been refurbished and feel brand new. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help.

It’s an old hotel and the communal areas do need updating. These will be done next year we were told. Apart from that we would definitely stay again.

The location was superb, right on the beach with stunning views of Protaras beach and Fig Tree Bay. It was a fantastic value for money budget hotel, and I loved that everything was within walking distance - restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. I didn't even need to use my car! The coastal pedestrian road was perfect for leisurely morning and afternoon walks. The staff at Iliada Beach Hotel went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The hotel is actually on a very clear beach

However, the photos you showed us do not represent reality. We are talking about an old hotel with inadequate breakfast facilities. You have to bring your own chair or table because there isn't enough for all the people. Regarding parking, you're right that there is a parking space on the side. However, it can only accommodate 20 cars. If the hotel has booked more than 20 rooms, you'll have to walk about 1 km to the public parking area. In the hot summer, it's better not to mention that they have parking, as it's only available for the first 20 cars. Additionally, it's advisable to bring your own toolbox, as most of the things in the hotel are broken.

This hotel needs urgently renovation. You cannot advertise 4 star hotel and offer facilities for a hotel apartment. mattress very old, doors very old, breakfast very pour for a four star. basements, elevators very dirty. the beach very nice.
