A great hotel with excellent value for money and attentive restaurant staff.

The hotel offers excellent value for money — everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The restaurant staff were especially attentive and involved, always making sure we had everything we needed. Their friendliness and professionalism really made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back again!

Peaceful and fabulous stay.

Great location, friendly staff, cleanliness, very close to both the center and the beach and yet peaceful environment. Loved everything and would recommend. The most beautiful garden in the whole city to enjoy peaceful mornings or evenings.

Cozy and pleasant, with excellent staff.

Staff is superb, very nice and accommodating. We are very impressed by the staff at the reception desk, particularly with the receptionist Aashis who was very kind and quickly responsive to all our requests.

The first floor room, where we were accomodated, was once or twice a bit noisy in the morning at around 9 am due to arrival of delivery trucks. We quickly resolved this issue by closing the balcony door and turning on the air conditioning. Other than that, the room was pleasant and quiet.

The pool was Okei and the breakfast also

The staff was rude, but the main problem was the room. First of all they only change towels once every two nights. In a hotel near the beach the towels needs to be change every day. And when we asked for more they refused. The staff told us also they at the3rd day they will change the sheets but they didn’t. We saw the same old and dirty sheets. When we finally called for the 2nd time they brought us new sheets but we had to change them ourselves. Terrible services. However the most terrible thing is with the blanket. They are clearly not cleaned. They smelled and my friend got a terrible rash that is still going on. When I complained to the hotel they told me it wasn’t possible, that I was lying and that the rash was from something else. Why would I lie….?

Amazing stay!

Our stay was amazing!! Location was perfect, near to the beach and the city centre and the area is not as hot and humid as the center, the climate was perfect!! Everything was very clean, from the room to every facility. The pool was exceptionally clean and the staff was very kind and always available. We had a sea view room and the view was incredible!!

Disgusting!!!

The location is pretty handy as you're not right in the heart of town, but a easy stroll in.

Disgusting!!! This place is not 4*. They'd be lucky to get more than one star to be honest. My bed had crazy blood stains all over it and my pillows had black mould. After showing them they refused to change me rooms - and even said that I must have make all the blood stains and mould when I showed them the photos. I then showed and asked the cleaner if this is common with the beds in this hotel, and she told me it was. It make me feel physically sick. It was actually so gross I had to leave the hotel. The fridge was disgusting, as was the toilet. And the room was not clean. The breakfast was terrible and the whole place was dirty and run down. The staff were rude, abusive and beyond unhelpful and unprofessional. The managers refused to take any ownership and just told me to call booking.com as it was "my problem, not theirs." If you care about hygiene and your families health avoid this place like the plague! I could go on, but you get the idea that it's run by greedy cowboys.

The property was very clean, with a beautiful garden and well-maintained exterior. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing I would mention is that the pool closed at 18:00, which felt a bit early. It would be great to have the option to use it later in the evening, especially after coming back from the beach.

NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL

Average food, poor management, and constant extra charges made this stay disappointing. You can hardly call yourself a 4-star hotel when guests are charged €10 for a pool towel and €2 each time it’s cleaned. Breakfast felt more like prison food than something from a quality hotel. I would not return and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Disappointing & made the whole stay uncomfortable

The location is convenient… almost in city center and near a very nice beach

The hotel is definitely not a 4 stars one. Bed sheets and towels were just put in order but neither replaced nor cleaned. There was kettle in room but no tea or coffee. Water bottles were added only on 1st day when we checked in. You pay deposit for almost everything even a simple plug convertor ( I travel a lot and never saw this). But most annoying is when we requested to fix the air conditioner, 1st they said they will fix it twice , just to find out they were just sending us away and won’t fix (because they think the weather is good). Then when we asked for a fan , they said they don’t have while we saw other guest taking one, when we requested to talk to the manager, he told the receptionist that we should wait till the morning (this was our 3rd day asking for fixing the AC). Also we witness a guest screaming that a stranger was sleeping in their room, the manager and staff reaction was so slow with such security issue. Even though the staff was trying their best to be nice and friendly, I don’t think the manager understands what a 4 stars hotel should be like.

Other guests were noisy. Quiet hours were not enforced. Not much variation for breakfast. We couldn’t enjoy eating breakfast outside because many guests were smoking. The hotel should have a designated smoking area.

The rooms were very tidy, the staff were great. And the pool are was great for kids.

It's just not a 4-star hotel. It's decent value because I paid 3 star prices. But I don't think I'd have been happy had I paid 4 star prices. The breakfast isn't great, and the rooms are very dated. It's has the potential to be a 4 star but needs a refurb.

Everything was perfect, starting with the personal (Jenny, the blonde lady from the front desk, the young man) very helpful and friendly providing us any information we needed. The breakfast was very good (delicious grilled vegetables, cheese, eggs...) . The location of the hotel is great , close to Pantachou beach ,which is a sandy beach with shallow waters great for families, near a bus station, 2 supermarkets, taverns... For sure, I will come again to Aiya Napa at Corfu Hotel and I will recommend it to my friends. Thank you very much for everything!

Great stay in Ayia Napa

Everything was amazing, rooms clean and spacious enough, breakfast was nice and delicious. The staff were super friendly and helpful, helped us get a taxi to the airport. The staff in the breakfast buffet also very nice.

Did the job for the price

Check in and check out was quick and easy. Good location and good amount of parking available. Room was reasonably clean (although head board needs changing. it's clean but looked gross), nice little balcony area with a nice view of sea. Good air con!

We could not access wifi in our room for the day and a half of our stay (we stayed a total 3 nights). We could get in the hallway but not in our rooms and when we asked reception about this she did not seem to care that we were affected. I would not stay here if you need reliable wifi. The place is dated and the beds are not very comfortable, definitely ask for the mattress topper that makes 2 singles a double! This helps. I think for the price this place definitely does the job, but it is not what I would consider a 4 star hotel.

Clean, amazing location, beautiful bougenvilia outside at the bar. Clean pool area and friendly staff ( Andonis and the bar lads ) where very approachable.

1.Scrambled eggs tasted weird. 2.The room we booked was for just 2 people (double bed) but we got a room with 3 single beds which took up most of the room. 3. Kept seeing the owner drink. Every time we saw her she had a different drink in her hand which seemed very unprofessional. 4. No air-conditioning in the buffet restaurant. How can anyone enjoy their meal when we are sweating!!!

The prices for water and drinks at restaurant for half board at dinner might be more reasonable. Perhaps the property can have special prices for half board for water, tea and soft drinks. Especially for kids.
