Nice Hotel, nice staff. Would not come back though.

Facilities are great, the layout of hotel was fantastic. Access to the beach was good. Food was good with variation. Kids club was fantastic. The staff there were awesome, especially Gisella. The hotel was clean, washrooms, buffet.

Our annex one bedroom was not properly cleaned. Towels were thrown in washroom and not neatly stacked. Towels had a bad smell, beds were not comfortable, sheets not changed. Not enough space to unpack clothes for a family of 4. Pull out couch has a metal bar at the end which is a hazard for small children. The pool area is slippery on the tiles. I did not see 1 person cleaning the pool area when there was lots of water. I happened to fall just walking, my children as well.

Great place to spend your holidays

The hotel is very nice. Staff is friendly, everything is clean. We liked the location - close to everything. Also, the hotel is located in front of the beach, so you can swim either in the pool or go 5 min to the sea and combine it. The beach was very nice too, the sea was very clean and the beach was calm. We also enjoyed pool area for adults only as it was very calm and relaxing there. Overall, recommend it to stay :)

Location is excellent. To harbour by beach 7 minutes walk. Bus stop in front of the hotel and you can get from there to all main destinations for 2 euro. Staff very friendly and attentive. Excellent pool and beach. Breakfast good. Staff prepared for us snacks as we had early check in and could not eat breakfast. Thank you for good holiday

Our room was facing street and hotel entrance and almost everyday buses were transferring people to the hotel and it caused the noise. We do not like air conditioner and had to open balcony door so we heared every bus approaching the hotel. Also every day from 5 PM there was an awful smell in the whole street.

Perfect family stay in a friendly newly refurbished hotel that deserves 5 stars.

Breakfast was excellent, very comfortable hotel overal, nice decor and perfect bathrooms. Very modern and nicely done. The pool area was ok but too busy for our liking. We enjoyed the beach, the staff can't do enough for you and personally it deserves 5 stars. Special mention goes out to Maria at the spa and the two ladies at the reception Katarina and (? sorry forgot the other nice lady with long hair that works alongside her) they are all lovely. The studio is a small walk away but that didn't bother us. We will definitely return as we live on the island, it's nice to have a break in a quality hotel.

I would prefer some body lotion in the bathroom. You do receive shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. One comment that our studio the lock on the door was not operating very well. My daughter was unable to open the door alone and often the door was not able to be locked.

Location of the hotel was good nice and close to the centre of Ayia Napa, The main Bar man was nice and good to chat with. Outdoor facilities was nice, just a shame the weather the week we was there wasn't great so couldn't be fully enjoyed. Some days the food was nice but lacked quality. The manager when approached was friendly and took all our points onboard and seemed like he cared, just a shame some of the staff didn't.

Our stay at this hotel was ruined by what seems to be a lack of preparation to be open. We had stayed at the hotel just as the season was about to start. But the staff seemed like they was prepared to be open to guests. For the amount of money we paid for this hotel it was not worth the money. Staff was ill informed and also not great at there job. The child play facilities was good but ruined by the staff that run it. Also the adult entertainment was below poor. Only 1 evening did the entertainment actually entertain. Which was an outside band/Duo that was very good.

Position

I did not get the room I paid for in the pictures as advertised. They told me they had another room next day to show me but no one bothered to call us. I ordered calamari and a pizza to room and it we did not eat, the calamari was tuff and worst I ever tried. Breakfast was nothing special , especially for the money you pay per night! If your a couple looking to relax, I recommend you stay elsewhere.

Excellent location

Everything was amazing! We enjoyed the apartment, with a nice view of the garden. Meals were delicious and we were able to find a good variety of fresh vegetables and fruits! Thank you

Apartments are far from the hotel and the beach. There’s no hotel sunbeds on the beach so we had to pay everyday, even though that’s why we chose a hotel that’s right on the beach. Food was OK but not many options for allergies (they’re not clearly listed) or lactose intolerance.

Comfortable Stay at Beachfront Hotel

The hotel is located at a really great beach and has really nice pool area, so you can easily switch between. The beach is public. Hotel sunbeds are free of charge; if you want to be in the first row, the price for the set is only 7.5 EUR. Beautiful spa, several activities. Our rooms had a perfect pool and sea view. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Beach towels free of charge every day.

A bit worn out. Thin pillows. Seemingly rich breakfast, but many options not really tasty. Very bad WiFi. Small TV, no platforms. One would not expect this in 2025

Great hotel but a bit dissapointed about cleanliness standard

Food was tasty, friendly personel, family-friendly hotel for a baby, pools and beachfront well organized

Little food for baby/kids at the bouffet, little fresh fruits at the bouffet and also at the snack bar. Cleanlinness of the apartaments is pretty poor, the shwoer sink was flooded, trash was taken after 3 days only after we reported to the front desk, the floor was messy even after the room was "cleaned".

Great hospitality: welcoming staff, extra supportive from reception to restaurant staff and animation team. Clean facilities, pool area tidiness on high level. Wide range of food at breakfast and dinner including prawn, duck, salmon, beef. Close to the sandy beach, with direct stairs. Nice evening programs such as saxophone play. Would like to return!

Good value for money, amazing view

Beautiful set of the hotel, on the beach, with a stunning view, just like in the pictures. Very good breakfast and buffet dinner, different type of dinner every night. Take a room with jacuzzi on the balcony, it is amazing. Tennis court is free. Nice and polite staff, they gave us the room earlier than the check-in.

The beds and especialy the pilows were not that confortable. There is no duvets, only blankets( it was a little bit cold in april). The design of the room is basic, old style, but functional. The water in the pools is FREEZING in april, so don't count on the pools in april. The interior pool can be used only with extracharge and is also freezing. At dinner it get's crowded, you wait around 10-15 minutes to be seated ( because the terrace was close due to the wheater). But overall we had a lovely time and it was a good value for money, comparing with other hotes in Ayia Napa.

Friendly and attentive staff. Nice pools. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. And of course, an excellent view.

The gym only has 3-4 pieces of equipment, would be good to have at least a pull up bar. At least one deeper pool would be nice. Not sure why, but bathrooms do not have a locking door. It's closed with some kind of magnet.

Superb

Lots of choices for breakfast. The hotel has direct access to a beautiful white sandy beach. Gym was good. Pool was spacious with lots of shade umbrellas. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The staff at the restaurant is friendly and welcoming, making for a pleasant breakfast experience. The breakfast served is of high quality, and the rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. The swimming pool is well-maintained and provides a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the yoga classes offered are enjoyable and well-run. The location is good nearby statues Park, grocery stores and restaurants Overall was an enjoyable experience!

Access to the spa facilities, such as the sauna and jacuzzi, requires an additional fee, as do the sun chairs located on the beach. Furthermore, it was observed that even the adaptors, which are typically provided on loan in most high-quality hotels, in Melissi were being sold to the guest. The cot was a good brand Chicco but unfortunately, apparently, a hard board located below the mattress was missing. The ladies that settle the room gently put on two mattresses but we could still feel the crib structure.
