- Excellent Location
- Rooms are minimal deco and bit dated
- Daily cleaning service is not up to standard, very basic and quick
- Back side sea view rooms are priced the same as the over pool sea view rooms that is not clearly stated and is unfair

Overall we had a nice stay. Hotel location is really good, nice grounds, very clean, and the staff is great. However, the hotel is in need of renovation (internal areas). It is outdated, and even though the rooms were refreshed some years back, they are definately not up to the standard of a 5-star hotel. The bathroom (especially shower area and door), room furniture, balcony (needs repainting), a/c (noisy), and soundproofing need improvement. I would say this is more of a 3-4-star hotel, and of course, the rates for the rooms should be somewhat reduced. Outdoor pool area looks really good, breakfast is excellent, and service/staff matches the 5-star mark.

We had half board , we went for dinner , in the only one restaurant opened at night and we had big surprises , no buffet, but set menu , no salads ,3 chioses ,lamb ,roll, fish staffed with vegetables, with spices, and chicken roll ,onion soup . Gourmet food, I didn't have what to choose , no vegan food . I n the end I didn't eat nothing
