We stayed one night at the Alion Beach Hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is spotless, and the staff are exceptionally pleasant, professional, and eager to assist with anything guests may need. The location is excellent—right on the beach and within comfortable walking distance of the center of Ayia Napa.
It is also evident that management pays close attention to detail, ensuring that everything operates smoothly and that guests feel well taken care of. The bar service was excellent as well; the cocktails were properly prepared and of high quality (for example, the Hugo and Moscow Mule were exactly as they should be).
The only minor drawback was the dinner buffet. For a five-star hotel, the variety of dishes was somewhat limited. This may have been due to the relatively low number of guests staying at the hotel during our visit.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and the hotel offers a high standard of service, cleanliness, and hospitality.

We stayed at this hotel for five days with half board, but everything—including water—required an extra charge, and prices were high. We didn't have access to the pool, as the area was reserved for a nearby restaurant, which also required booking in advance and purchasing food and drinks. The hotel seemed more focused on making money than on providing a good experience. We won't be returning!
