    THE HOTEL WAS BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS SPECIAL REFERENCE TO THE STAFF FOR THEIR POLITENESS AT ALL POSITIONS

    We stayed at the Elyon Hotel for 5 nights, and our experience was very positive! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and even invited to enjoy breakfast. The breakfast was very rich and delicious. Afterwards, at reception, we were allowed to choose sunbeds around the hotel to be reserved for us for the entire stay – this was one of the best features of the hotel!!! The beds themselves are extremely comfortable, like a proper bed with luxurious mattresses. There are buttons you can use to call for service and order drinks or food directly to your beach bed, which was very convenient. There is direct access to the beach, but note that the area directly in front of the hotel is rocky. You’ll need to walk either left side toward the water sports area or right side (we recommend the left side, which is more organized for swimming and has fewer waves). The blue beds shown in the photos on the beach itself are for payment – we didn’t use them since we went down from the hotel each time and returned. The pool was very luxurious, and we would even say heated! The overall service is excellent – everyone is friendly, welcoming, and provides great service. Rooms – here I have slightly more critical feedback. The rooms are very nice and luxurious; however, while the exterior looks renovated, the infrastructure inside is less so. On the first day, we didn’t have cold water in the taps; we opened a service call and it was fixed quickly. Later, there was a leak from the sink that constantly left a puddle in the bathroom. We reported it as well, but unfortunately it wasn’t fixed until we checked out. Additionally, there was renovation work below our room, and the hotel didn’t inform us about it. All our swimsuits drying on the balcony got covered in dust that wasn’t cleaned – this was very disappointing. Overall, our experience was very good. The hotel is truly pampering and offers good value for the price paid, but the management should consider a more in-depth treatment of the infrastructure.

    I had a wonderful stay at Alion Beach Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of my vacation. What impressed me the most was the exceptional level of 5* service. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail of the entire team. Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. You will feel it from the first step into the hotel! The location is perfect — peaceful and relaxing, within easy walking distance of the city center and all the attractions of Ayia Napa. I also loved the hotel’s restaurants, which serves excellent food in a beautiful atmosphere and views. Beach is simply stunning, with crystal-clear water and breathtaking views. Thank you to everyone at Alion Beach Hotel for making our stay so memorable. A special thank you to Natasha at Reception for her kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. I would also like to thank Viorel from beach side area for his friendliness. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future.

    We had an incredible stay from check-in until check-out. All the staff are extremely friendly, the rooms are new and clean and all the amenities are excellent. The general manager Pieros was a real gentleman ! Can’t wait to come back !
