Very good location, the room was clean and the private pool was so nice! The staff was so friendly! The food at the restaurant was ok, but you have to be upgraded!

The swimming pool is small and they can’t fit all the customers, and the sound proud from the corridors into the bedrooms wasn’t so good!

Terrible night, no sleep

Everything was very cheap, no sound barriers, it was dirty, loud, fake and rowdy. There were two pair of underwear left in the bathroom under the sink, when we checked in, supposedly after they cleaned the room. It smelt of wet laundry left in a washing machine for a week.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect—close to everything (restaurants, supermarket, bars).

We had a lovely ground floor room with private pool but because these types of rooms are so low down a lot of humidity is created and the room was constantly damp and humid. Everything felt damp including bed sheets.

Location, spacious room and clean.

The pool outside my room was dirty, the phone in the room wasn’t working so couldn’t contact anyone from the hotel. No room service. Pool staff a bit rude made me uncomfortable .

The reception staff was really nice The buyer made it is also super friendly and professional. The pool view is amazing even The small Seaview that we have from the rooms. Location is perfect for those who want some peace from loud music from the party area

The pool inside, and the Jacuzzi were dirty, it’s a shame that they don’t take care of it, as well as the rest of the hotel, which is clean. so it’s a bit surprising. A smaller the detail the housekeeping entered in my room while I was sleeping twice, even if I put the non-disturb button

We requested a double bed if available but we got two single beds which was no issue at all, but the bed sheets, pillow cases and quilt were way smaller than the bed/pillow size. It was not very comfortable to sleep because as soon as we got in the bed the mattress was showing from the top, left and right and the quilt could not cover our feet. Also there were not many sun-beds for everyone so many guests had been leaving their towels on the sun beds from the night before and did not come to the pool until the next afternoon. We had to wait in our room until there was a sun-bed available in order to use the pool.

There was a massive leak in our room coming from the fridge but after calling the reception no maintenance came to fix it. they only offer us towels to mop the floor and we had to go to the reception to pick them.
