Well, don’t know where to start. We have arrived in the night and the staff was waiting for us as their reception works 24/7. Everything was great until we got into our room (which was a completely different room), we were upset but in the morning they have solved this problem and the stay overall was very pleasant! Also what I’d like to point out - the staff!! Unbelievable team! They made everything for our stay be comfortable, good, they provided us a lactose free meals as we had some family members with lactose intolerance. They were polite, kind and very friendly despite that fact, that they were working everyday (we’ve stayed there for 2 weeks). Such a biiiiig thank you to the staff and hotel overall! I won’t promise that we will be back as we love to explore new places but I totally recommend you to choose this hotel for your stay! 🤩 Thank you guys!

Good option for the price, but don't expect anything outstanding

The staff was really kind and helpful, check in and checkout was smooth. The hotel in general is really clean, including the rooms, lobby, breakfast area and the outside pool. Beds were comfortable, rooms were decently equipped. We booked the sea view room and the view was amazing.

Breakfast was OK at best. Very basic options, nothing tasted great after the second time, and there was little variety between the days. Lobby is not air-conditioned after sunset, hallways have no AC at all and have a strange smell. Bedroom TVs are really small Shower water pressure is weak, temperature is unstable needing constant adjustments

A good place for a family vacation, very friendly and helpful staff and nice pool!

Loved the pool, the nice stuff, the location! And of course the breakfasts! A quiet place, but in 200 meters you find all the convenient stores, restaurants and bars. They have soundproof windows that is one big plus🤍

We’ve booked 3 rooms and mine didn’t have a view at all! Inner courtyard view can be different and mine was unpleasant. The WiFi didn’t reach the balcony and it was upsetting. Trouble to reach a stable water temperature in the shower. One wrong move and the water is boiling hot, another move and it’s ice cold😅

The hotel is not a 4stars hotel, even some of the basic necessities aren’t available! Concerning the value of money paid it is unfair! Breakfast is a disaster! Not recommended at all

Great value, warm people!

Reception Staff is awesome and helped us to extend car rental from airport. Said which cooking the eggs at morning is super nice - as well as everyone which helped us to enjoy. gym is small but effective! Free parking, great location - close to the public beach and close to the main road

Nice Hotel close to the Beach

Hotel is located close to the beach. Rooms are comfortable, large terrace, comfortable bed, all rather new. It was clean. Also, hotel is very close to bus stations - so, all the best beaches of the area are very accessible. The staff is welcoming and kind.

Some nights it got really noisy - the traffic is rather heavy late into the night. Breakfast offer rather limited. WiFi, especially in rooms, pretty bad, does not meet standards of 2025.

A lovely stay at the start of the summer

We opted for an early vacation at the very beginning of June and chose Ayia Napa because the air and sea temperatures are slightly higher compared to the rest of Cyprus. As an middle-aged , we wanted to stay near Pantachou Beach, so we selected the Gaia Sun N Blue Boutique Hotel. We are absolutely delighted with what this small, intimate hotel has to offer. The rooms have a side sea view, are spacious, bright, clean, and excellently and modernly equipped. The entire hotel is very pleasant and run by a small, carefully selected staff who are extremely kind and attentive. We would especially like to mention Vasilis from the management team and Anna at the front desk, who is originally from Poland and speaks several languages. Breakfast is almost the same every day but offers a wide variety of choices at the open buffet, which we found quite satisfying. The breakfast area is on level 0, at pool level, and has a lovely atmosphere. Dinner, during our stay, was priced at €20 per person and served in the ground-floor restaurant with a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool. What we appreciated most was the flexibility—we were not required to pre-pay but could check the buffet offerings each evening and decide whether to dine at the hotel or elsewhere. In our case, we dined several times at the hotel and on other occasions at some of the well-known tavernas in Ayia Napa. The hotel food was delicious, and I must praise the head chef, a young woman from Greece, though unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name. The pool is small but nicely arranged and extremely clean. We often used it after returning from the beach. The atmosphere was relaxed, with no crowds, and there were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available during this time of year. In the afternoons, the hotel bar on the shaded eastern side operates with both indoor seating and a lovely outdoor terrace. It also has two large flat-screen TVs where guests can follow sporting events.All in all, we had a wonderful stay

I would appreciate it if the hotel offered a complimentary drinking water delivery service. It’s not a major expense, but it greatly contributes to the comfort and relaxation of the stay.

Very good stay, would come again

The staff is very friendly, and always helpful. The place is quiet, we had very good nights of sleep there. Very good location, 15 minutes of walk away from the crowded (and noisy) city center of Ayia Napa and all of the nightlife.

Very minor thing, it is not directly on the beach, one need to walk 5-10 minutes to reach the closest beach.

he hotel is absolutely amazing, and the location is beyond fantastic —just a 4-minute walk to the beach. When we arrived, the staff was extremely professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. The room was even better than the beachfront ones, and despite arriving two hours early, it was already prepared and ready for us. At night, when we requested a change of bed, they were very cooperative. The breakfast was outstanding, truly exceptional. The room itself was beautiful, well-designed, and included all the essential amenities. The closet was spacious, the bathroom excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, making the stay very comfortable overall. General Impressions: ✅ Excellent location —just 8 minutes from the city center ✅ Delicious food —quality and variety were amazing ✅ Outstanding staff —helpful, respectful, and professional ✅ Great swimming pool —well-maintained and relaxing If I visit Ayia Napa again, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to stay at this hote

Nice hotel.

The hotel is within walking distance from the beach and city centre. Staff is friendly and the food was tasty. The parking is a bit limited. The only negative was a bad sewage smell in the bathroom.

Perfect spot for a quiet getaway ^^

The hotel is located in a quiet area and depending on your room direction you will be able to see the sunrise or sunset. The staff are friendly and Pantachou beach is a short walk away via a footpath next to Melissi Hotel. Loved the balcony too!

The shower drainage is a little clogged so water will accumulate on the shower area.

Fantastic

Very good location... very close to the center (a few minutes on foot). 5 minutes to a beautiful sandy beach... a public transport stop right next to the hotel... you can travel around the coast by bus or you can rent a motor bike right next to the hotel. The hotel also has a fantastic, clean swimming pool. It was never crowded. We spent a lot of time there with our daughters. And above all, very nice personel... the owners are fantastic and helpful. We felt at home.☀️

Gaia Sun N Blue Hotel definitely impressed me. It is situated in a great location in Aia Napa, so getting around was super easy. The municipal beach being just a 5-minute walk away was a major plus for me – no need for long treks or car rides to enjoy the sea. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Cleanliness was on point and everything you'd expect to find in a good hotel room was there. The reception team was super helpful throughout my stay; and a big shoutout to Olesia, standing out for her friendly approach. I also want to give special credit to the Managing Director, Petros, who apparently pours his heart and soul into the hotel. His dedication to maintaining a high standard of service and his genuine care for the well-being of his guests really set Gaia Sun N Blue Hotel apart. Thank you to the entire team for making my vacation relaxing and memorable!

Its a great location, super friendly staff, the room was modern and spacious And really quiet.

The room was very hot on the 5th floor so the AC was not sufficient at all. The breakfast was mediocre at best, the sun loungers were a bit poor quality, the rest of the hotel did not have AC. The room smelt funky after cleaning one day.

It’s a family-run hotel where the whole family keeps working non-stop to meet your needs at all times. It’s perfectly clean and really comfortable! The staff are exceptional, i.e., when they saw us coming to breakfast or dinner, they rushed to bring us small cutlery that our two-year-old could eat with. The food was really good and varied. Everything was just wonderful and we will definitely stay there again!

Comfortable, clean and fun hotel

The rooms are pretty and comfortable. The pool area is clean and nice with a bar with food options as well. The beach is close by and there are shops right outside. the main street in Ayia Napa is only a 5-10 minute walk. We had a really nice stay here for 9 nights. The staff are super nice and good people. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Ayia Napa.

There should be a bit more variation on the breakfast buffet from Day to Day. It was still very good though, just got a bit repetitive after many days.
