We were lucky to have found this hotel in the Hotels.com app. We find ourselves to like this hotel very much after our stay! The one-bedroom accommodation we stayed was enough large for two adults and kept clean during our stay, it had also a great sea view! All the hotel staff were always polite and pleasant. My wife had her birthday during our holiday and the hotel staff arranged a surprise birthday champaine bottle with a happy-birthday note waiting for us in the room, what a lovely surprise! The breakfast every morning offered us a desent variety of choices, vegi and fruits were always fresh. The hotel will be definitely our first choice, when we come back to Aiya Napa in the future!

Friendly staff & service Seems to be recently refurbished everything was pristine. Pool nice size and deep with alternative splash pools. Room was very well equipped with everything we could need. Tv in living area and in the bedroom, sink, washer, dishwasher, fridge freezer! Unfortunately the gym hadn’t been finished refurbishment so can’t comment, but sore it will be great. Walking distance to the beach and Napa centre Conveniently on the main buss routes. We would return!

Nice sea view, entertainment for families, and very close to the gold soft sand beach. Toilet seat was broken at arrival they sent someone to repair it very fast. On the negative side, television is small with bad quality and no hdmi input. For Jewish it's also very close to beit habad.

I ordered a bottle of wine, I even asked the waiter if I should pay now or later, she said up to me but I should pay it in the reception, I said ok since we are going to pay our dinner as well, but there’s a bit of miscommunication with the room hotel and we’ve been told that we lied about our room number after our dinner. I was never accused of being lier just bec they thought we’re not gonna pay our bill (how rude) we were on holidays so we want to make the most of it but they ruined it, they even checked my room. I was a bit embarrassed to my friends because I invited them & I ruined her birthday surprise. I was so shocked. I will never ever book with in hotel with the rude & judgemental staff (except for the lady on the receptionist who apologized). Please think about before u book this hotel. I don’t recommend this. Extremely unpolite and rude staff.

1.no access for strolers or disabled People. Elevators are so small and old that we didnt Fit. 2.the room they gave us had a broken aircondition. Finally they changed us room and i had to Carry everything at 23.00 at night. 3.we had half board. On the first night they didnt charged us drinks.on the second night they remembered to tell us that they had yo charge us. 4.on our Last night they brought us Bill to Pay for the buffett although we was half board and on check out they didnt let leave of we didnt Pay. 5. They dont change sheets on a daily basis. Wouldnt suggest it to anyone

Almost zero decoration in dining room white color walls and cold white light makes this look like a mortuary. Same cold white lights in bar and piano bar area also in swimming pool. Bar at swimming pool should be open during night time; it will be a nice place to seat and have a drink and good time since its close it forces guests to go out in bars etc. Room fridge must pay to operate.
