A room upgrade, it was a big surprise because of the pool-room

We had a fantastic stay at Napa Mermaid Hotel. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. Highly recommended!

Nothing that I did not like

The staff was great, the breakfast has a lot of variety and is very good, the location of the hotel is not in the crowded area so it’s quite there, and god value for money

Food was delicious with different choices every night. Half board is worth the extra amount. Breakfast has a great variety of different options too.

With no offense, was a little noisy by the pool with kids jumping inside the water.

We stayed in the suite and had a very nice terrace with a jacuzzi and sea view. Good breakfast, pool, comfortable bed

You need to walk 15 mins to the city center but it is quite close to one of the beaches

Booked an Executive Suite for a family weekend gateway! The staff was phenomenal, the room was spotless, the food was amazing! Can't recommend them enough! Kudos to the staff again!

We stayed in one of the bungalows, which was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was absolutely huge and extremely comfortable — perfect for a restful night’s sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful details like face towels, bathrobes, and slippers. One of the highlights was definitely the sharing pool right outside our room — such a perfect addition for a refreshing dip any time of day. The whole atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it an ideal place to unwind and recharge!

the room is very nice, bed comfortable, food was ok, diverse every day. the beach in front of the hotel is very nice (glyki nero), a small gulf with clear water. value for money is extraordinary!

the common areas of the hotel seem pretty old compared to the room, and the elevator was very slow :)

Well located just outside of the hussel and bussel of Ayia Napa but still in walking distance to everything and a great beach just across the road. Stunning views with a large patio to enjoy the sunny weather Cyprus got to offer. The hotel has all amenities that one needs for a comfortable stay with great spa, pool and eating facilities. Bedroom was large with ample place to unpack everything and lovely large bathroom with a separate shower and toilet area and 2 wash basins and comfortabel bed.

The pillows that was provided was not of great standard and during our stay the pool area was a self served area and one could not order from the pool side.

Our room was connected by a door to another room and we could hear the voices of the guests in the room next to us.

A medium size beautifully Boho chic design hotel. We stayed in a Modern room design with a view to the sea and partial view to the pool. Hotel and room were very clean. Breakfast was great. Pool was great too with lots of bed options. Great access to the beach in front of the hotel, only five minutes of a walk. Additional towels for the pool were ready in our room on arrival. A convenient hotel parking lot free of charge. The hotel was fully booked, so they couldn't honor our late check out request, instead they offered their baggage storage and a free use of the pool and showers at the spa. I must say we were so impressed with the showers, every thing needed was there, clean new towels, sampoo, shower gel, hair dryer even body lotion! we got to enjoy more time at the pool and sea and not worry about where to get cleaned up before our late flight. We left with a strong desire to come and stay at the Napa Mermaid hotel again, but next time for longer and with reserving some spa treatments 😊👍

If I really really have to... 1. Water pressure in our shower room on the third floor felt weak. 2. Shower room is not so big. 3. Water splashing out a bit. 4. The adult pool water level seemed lower than most pools. We really didn't mind of any of those four, cause we had a great time!

hotel facilities were all excellent. Breakfast was very good.

Location is a little far from local restaurants and bars. The 15/20 minute walk is not usually an issue but uncomfortable with the high temperature and humidity.

It was 15 minute walk from main strip in Ayia Napa but that also ensures peace and quiet at night

Breakfast was rich and tasty, room and toilet was comfortable. I asked to buy the shower gel and shampoo as it was amazing but they didn't offer this option. They should sell it through their spa as its very relaxing.

We liked the breakfast, it was very rich and the restaurant big and clean and also the view from the breakfast area was very nice. The hotel is renovated in some of the parts, but still needs some improvements in other parts like the staires. The beautiful beach Glyki Nerou is near the hotel and the city center is one 20 min walk away. With kids the walk can take a lot longer but we liked the quite position of the hotel.

The cleaning in the room was awful. We had bugs in the room. There was no cleaning on the balkony. The rooms have tiles on the floor and no carpet. We received the room 323 right in front of the elevator. It was very noisy all night and day, as most of the people in the hotel go party in the city center and come back at 2 3, 4, 5 am and take the evelator. Throu the thin walls of the rooms you could hear everything, there is no noise proof in the rooms. Also we could hear every time when our upstairs neighbours flushed the toiled. It was awful. And it was a really predominant noise. Somebody wrote that the hotel is not for kids and they were right. We were the only family with a 5 year old as we stayed for 11 days. There are no facilities for kids no mater the age. The bathroom is really small and could only fit one person at a time. The money we payed per night 200€ is not worth what the hotel is offering because of everything I wrote. I would advise to go and choose another one in protaras area or near nissi. The waiters in the morning where not that happy that they needed to work. Coffee also was so and so.

Excellent location! The breakfast was amazing, with a large variety of things to choose! The room was comfortable, very clean, with modern design. The staff is among the most helpful and polite I have ever encountered!

all of it. The indoor could have been warmer as it was really cold. They tried to rectify it and it warmed up a bit. Outdoor pool was icy cold but this will be much better in the summer period

The hotel and its people were very welcoming! The room was perfect and the location is ideal to be close to nearly everywhere in Ayia Napa.

Everything was excellent, nice and clean room, great and very good stuff and the best breakfast i've had since a long time.!!
