Nice pool, great staff. Nice breakfast and clean rooms. All in all - good value for money.

Housekeeping every day takes a long time.

The apartment was very clean, newly renovated, stylish and comfortable. We loved the balcony with its beautiful seaviews. It was definitely worth the extra price. Everything was within walking distance although we also had a car. The beaches were gorgeous and what better way would there be to start a morning than take a leisurely walk or jog on the winding walking paths? Cute cats everywhere. Delicious breakfast although after 7 days some change in terms of selection would have been nice.

There is a huge, modern kitchen so crockery, cutlery and pots and pans should be included without asking. The air con in the bedroom made a tapping noise which was irritating at night. These are easy fixes and we would stay again anytime! Weather in October was perfect ☀️😍

The location and not a big hotel.

It needs better internal sound proofing. Like a second door or better fitted doors & frames. You hear people in the corridor coming in & going out and door lock alarms going off.

The rooms were very beautiful and clean.

Our view wasn't sea view, so I wasn't expecting a great view, but the view that we did get was really unappealing. Still the balcony was nice. Also, the bathroom amenities were a bit lacking, and no items in the minibar.

The pool size and room size was great. Location was nice and quiet. Facilities were clean and pretty empty.

There is a list of disappointments unfortunately. 1. I asked for a quiet room and the entire floor from 6a to who knows when you can hear children screaming. It has to be the acoustics in the hall or something because the children's screams and scattering was reverberating on the walls and floors of the hall. 2. The food was not good. Laundry service poor. Gym closes early. 3. Staff were rude and lazy. We asked if someone could help us bring luggage up and they told us they do not provide that service. Most of the staff understood little to no English and although I do not expect it, however, in an industry around tourism you would think there were prerequisites to work here. Many of the staff are not from Cyprus. Apparently, the owner is a foreigner and he hires only people from his background it appears. Many were not familiar with anything that was around the area or could give advice on where, what, when, anything... 4. Older gentlemen in the front desk was exceptionally rude and spoke to us like we were his teenage daughters. We had friends come over and because one of them were male and we were a group of females (all in our late 40s) he proceeded to warn us of their policy of "no guest." More so, reprimanded us and judged us while lecturing about his vague "policy." We asked if he was a female would it matter and the guy said no, women are ok. Sounds like a lawsuit and discriminatory to me. The fact of the matter is if there is a policy about guest it needs to be a blanket policy not gender specific. We are grown women we know how to handle ourselves. There were 3 women and 1 male friend. When I addressed this with the owner/manager of the facility they were not apologetic. Matter of fact, he pretty much had me go through the gambit of why I should be allowed to bring in visitors in the facility we were staying at for a week. The poor customer service at this place is the very reason why I would NEVER choose this hotel...

The hotel is clean and quiet, with a boutique feel. It’s located not far from all the main activities. The pool is very clean, and the food and drinks by the pool are excellent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping could be improved, as towels are not changed daily, and the breakfast lacks variety. Overall, I recommend this hotel — it’s a great choice for families, and I would definitely come back.
