Autumn break

The apartment was very clean, newly renovated, stylish and comfortable. We loved the balcony with its beautiful seaviews. It was definitely worth the extra price. Everything was within walking distance although we also had a car. The beaches were gorgeous and what better way would there be to start a morning than take a leisurely walk or jog on the winding walking paths? Cute cats everywhere. Delicious breakfast although after 7 days some change in terms of selection would have been nice.

There is a huge, modern kitchen so crockery, cutlery and pots and pans should be included without asking. The air con in the bedroom made a tapping noise which was irritating at night. These are easy fixes and we would stay again anytime! Weather in October was perfect ☀️😍

The location and not a big hotel.

It needs better internal sound proofing. Like a second door or better fitted doors & frames. You hear people in the corridor coming in & going out and door lock alarms going off.

Enjoyable and satisfying but not luxurious.

The rooms were very beautiful and clean.

Our view wasn't sea view, so I wasn't expecting a great view, but the view that we did get was really unappealing. Still the balcony was nice. Also, the bathroom amenities were a bit lacking, and no items in the minibar.

The pool size and room size was great. Location was nice and quiet. Facilities were clean and pretty empty.

There is a list of disappointments unfortunately. 1. I asked for a quiet room and the entire floor from 6a to who knows when you can hear children screaming. It has to be the acoustics in the hall or something because the children's screams and scattering was reverberating on the walls and floors of the hall. 2. The food was not good. Laundry service poor. Gym closes early. 3. Staff were rude and lazy. We asked if someone could help us bring luggage up and they told us they do not provide that service. Most of the staff understood little to no English and although I do not expect it, however, in an industry around tourism you would think there were prerequisites to work here. Many of the staff are not from Cyprus. Apparently, the owner is a foreigner and he hires only people from his background it appears. Many were not familiar with anything that was around the area or could give advice on where, what, when, anything... 4. Older gentlemen in the front desk was exceptionally rude and spoke to us like we were his teenage daughters. We had friends come over and because one of them were male and we were a group of females (all in our late 40s) he proceeded to warn us of their policy of "no guest." More so, reprimanded us and judged us while lecturing about his vague "policy." We asked if he was a female would it matter and the guy said no, women are ok. Sounds like a lawsuit and discriminatory to me. The fact of the matter is if there is a policy about guest it needs to be a blanket policy not gender specific. We are grown women we know how to handle ourselves. There were 3 women and 1 male friend. When I addressed this with the owner/manager of the facility they were not apologetic. Matter of fact, he pretty much had me go through the gambit of why I should be allowed to bring in visitors in the facility we were staying at for a week. The poor customer service at this place is the very reason why I would NEVER choose this hotel...

Great hotel

The hotel is clean and quiet, with a boutique feel. It’s located not far from all the main activities. The pool is very clean, and the food and drinks by the pool are excellent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping could be improved, as towels are not changed daily, and the breakfast lacks variety. Overall, I recommend this hotel — it’s a great choice for families, and I would definitely come back.

Well worth it for Ayia Napa stay

Everything! the cleaning was on point. I have rarely seen hotels that are cleaned properly, the whole staff was polite and friendly. The facilities are adequate and the hotel is well connected to the city but in a quiet area. They provide plenty of towels, they also had a good parking lot and the pool was nice . The hotel rooms are good size. The balcony was lovely and the furniture was good quality. Nicely renovated and decorated.

Although the breakfast was well stocked, some items didn’t feel fresh on our second day, the beans were acid so I am not sure if they were off or just the way it was prepared and the bacon was hard/dry it felt like it was from previous day. Bread buns also were a bit hard. The rest of it was perfectly fine and lots of options. Regarding the room, the shower clogged a bit but it was ok after a while.

A convenient and budget-friendly stay in a great location, with friendly service

We had a lovely stay at Cyprotel Florida for our short family break. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for a comfortable family stay, and the location was excellent. Just a short walk from the beach and close to the center of Ayia Napa, yet quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast offered a decent variety, and the kids especially enjoyed the selection of pastries. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. The pool area was clean and never too crowded, which made it perfect for relaxing. We also appreciated how accommodating the team was, especially when we requested an iron. Overall, it was a great value and a pleasant experience for a short family getaway.

We are definitely going back! Everything is new!!!

Everything was new in the hotel 😁 we absolutely loved it. Very stylish and spacious. The rooms are huge, minimal design and fully equipped with a kitchen dining table and a huge sofabed. Mrs Panagiota at the pool bar was super helpful and kind! We loved her cocktails!!! All staff was very accommodating and helpful in all we requested. The location was perfect, walking distance from city center. We will absolutely go back to this hotel.!!!!

All around a nice and calm hotel, with nice staff in the reception.

The hotel itself is nice. Got the impression of that it was very clean. Perhaps the rooms are cleand six days a week, if wished upon to. It has several pools and a bar outside. Although no one was ever seen taking advantage of the pools, maybe because of the time of stay was not at it’s peak of tourism. The staff was nice.

During my stay it accured several events where carpenters nocked on the door to my room, requesting if they could come into my room and fix the aircondition. Among other thing they also wanted to fix. Two of the events happend while I was in the shower, and I had to open the door only wearing a towel. The men did not speak well or no english at all, which led to an misunderstanding by their part and believed they could come into the room and fix things while I could continue showering. If this was an one time experience, It would not be such a problem. But since the men came back, I had to call down to the reception everyday to make sure no one nocked on my door while I was in the room. During my stay, I was genuinely stressed all the time, and felt like I could not do anything while I was at the hotel. Because of knowing at anytime someone would nock on the door asking to come in and fix something. The staff at the hotel gave me a bottle of wine as an apology.

An OK stay for one night, but the hotel does not justify a four star rating.

The location was good and the staff pleasant and helpful.

I expected more. But very annoying

the pool

The hotel is of a very poor standard. Everything is old and rusty, faucets are falling apart - in the middle of the night at around three o'clock in the morning, drunk tourists screamed and created a fight in the hotel corridors with shouts and the little girl did not sleep all night because of the stress and cried all night. We called the reception more than 10 times but were met with a lack of response from the clerk who didn't even answer the phone
