We loved everything! This hotel is SPECTACULAR! You never expect the reality to look as good as pictures on the internet - but in this case, everything is exactly as beautiful if not more. Location is stellar, the beach is crystal clear turquoise with powdery soft white sand. The garden is gorgeous and flowery, and so well tended! The pool and beach services are excellent, the sun beds are incredibly comfortable. Rooms are modern and clean, the rest of the hotel is beautiful as well. Wonderful breakfast and dinner outdoors in the different restaurants. The deck bar is exceptional with an amazing offer of wines, cocktails and anything you might want. The dinner buffet bar food was outstandingly delicious and high quality every single night, with a lot of variety. And not the least - every single person working at these premises, from the reception, to the restaurants, pool and beach services, room cleaning and lobby staff are beyond this world friendly, warm, kind, positive and one can see that they are genuinely happy working there.

I have been to several hotels in Ayia Napa. I have been here for two weeks. This is the best hotel on the island. The place is big and beautiful, good food. The beds in the rooms are comfortable and it was also completely dark outside! (For those who like to sleep well). Highly recommend

An excellent hotel in every way. Great location, next to a sandy beach and crystal-clear sea. The beach is public, but the hotel has its own lawn with sun loungers reserved for hotel guests. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Good breakfasts, freshly squeezed orange juice. Cleaning, a complimentary bottle of water, and fresh beach towels every day. We were very pleased with our stay.

There's a coffee machine in the room, but the capsules aren't refilled. The coffee at breakfast isn't very good.

Beautiful hotel for a relaxing holiday

Everything was excellent. Very clean, the hotel staff is very attentive. The food and the cocktails are excellent. You can order cocktails from your sunbed and they bring it to you. The beautiful beach with fine sand and clear water is just steps away. We were there Mid October and the water was warm. You should definitely book seaview rooms. They are just breathtaking and you can also enjoy the beautiful sunset. We found it great that the hotel is close to the center, but not in a crowdy area, so it was perfect.

We just missed a bit of entertainment in the evening, but I think it was because in October there is almost no younger crowd there. There is probably more in the high season when the lounge is open, but in October the bar is empty after dinner.

Very nice experience!

The bed was big and comfortable as well as the pillows! Spacious and modern room, many breakfast options and very friendly and helpful staff, we also requested a late check out and they sort it out immediately.

The food at The Deck restaurant was decent but it didn’t meet our expectations, a bit overpriced as well, the staff were very friendly though.

Great Hotel & Team, unbeatable on the Island!

Everything!! A 5 Star experience! This is our 4th visit this summer, the whole set up works perfectly, the Teams are up to the best standards, in every aspects of your stay. The breakfast in itself remains one of the best spots of the day, with the whole Team under the permanent attention of Giorgis, fully dedicated to bringing ‘Alion spirit’ to the start of your day. Giorgios,,´infatiguable’ is unique! The GM, is amazing , always around, taking care of every single detail!

Holiday in Ayia Napa

The location of the hotel is perfect. The city center is a 15-20 minute walk. The area around the hotel is quite quiet. The hotel's garden and courtyard are very sophisticated, tidy, with lots of plants and flowers. The beach is sandy, rocky inland, with seaweed, but this is not disturbing. There is a jet-ski rental next to the hotel, jet-skis go all day, but far enough from the shore. We were not disturbed. The hotel's sunbeds are perfect, there are shady and sunny areas. The pool and the bar around it are great. The whole hotel is clean, beautiful, renovated a few years ago. I would especially like to highlight the kindness, friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff! The food was very delicious, varied and plentiful. I recommend the hotel to everyone!

Used to be prime hotel it seems. The service is personal in a good way.

Needs upgrade especially the bathrooms (add luxury). It is very basic. Room corridors need upgrades. Not much facilities. The pool needs an upgrade as well. Breakfast is definitely not 5 star (max 3 star).

Heavenly!!!

The staff are super lovely. The service is excellent --- attentive and not overbearing. Everything is very clean. Breakfast is great. The beach is stunning! It's worth the money.

Rooms are small and not really 5 star but it doesn't matter because you spend all your time at the beach.

A good hotel with not very friendly staff!

Some of The staff was not very friendly and have an attitude! Plus i made a reservation at the deck restaurant 3 days before the dinner at the front tables for our honeymoon dinner for the last day at the hotel and the staff didn't stick to the reservation, when we arrived at 9 pm as we reserved we had to wait for 40 minutes to get our table because the staff didn't hold our reservation , when we finally got a table there was only less than an hour to enjoy our drinks and dinner !

The hotel itself is a beautiful and exceptional place, with outstanding facilities and a very clean, gorgeous beachfront. One great feature is that you can reserve your sunbed in advance to ensure you have a spot on the beach or by the pool throughout your stay. The food is delicious, whether you’re dining at the outdoor restaurant or enjoying breakfast.

the front desk staff member who checked us in was impatient and sharp in her manner. Even when an error occurred on her side regarding some information, she didn’t apologize. Thankfully, the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting with things outside the hotel’s scope. A major downside was that water was not provided daily in the room, unlike most other five-star hotels, and was instead charged. We had a long and uncomfortable discussion about this until they finally agreed to give us complimentary water, but this kind of service should have been expected without having to argue for it. Another issue was that drinks were added to my bill from the bar, signed off with someone else’s signature and not mine.

Best view, proximity to the sandy beach, and the staff was amazing. We also enjoyed all the food on-site, especially breakfast and the pool bar. Was just a relaxing holiday, hardly left the hotel and beach area.

Breakfast was excellent. The highlight was the freshly squeezed organge juice machine. The staff was exceptional. We travelled with a baby and the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Always had smiles!! Rooms were very clean. Location of hotel was excellent since was connected to beach and walking distance to restaurants.

The only disappoined was the dinner buffet. We tried it the first night and the quality of the food was not very good and was very pricey. I would order a la cart or eat at nearby restaurants (10 minute walk).

The perfect stay!

Beautiful hotel with an amazing garden full of bougainvileas! We had everything we needed and more! The staff are excellent, polite, friendly and helpful! The pool is big and up to 2,10 metres in depth. The sea is right in front of the hotel and the water is turquoise. The food is amazing, delicious and made with fresh ingredients in all restaurants of the hotel. All restaurants have excellent and exciting vegan options that are permanently on the menu and clearly marked! The spa provides a wide range of massages and treatments; we were very relaxed after our massages! We could buy a six pack of water bottles from reception which is highly appreciated, since we did not want to around looking for markets to buy it. We wish we did not have to leave! We will definitely come again!!!

It would be great if the dishes that are vegan were clearly labelled at breakfast too; all other restaurants and the dinner buffet had labels that showed what is vegan.

Relaxing experience at this hotel

Peaceful and quiet hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast has ample selection alongside incorporating local traditional breakfast foods. Hotel isn't in centre of town but within 10-15 minute walk which allows space between the party crowds of Ayia Napa.
