We enjoyed our stay

I love the room very clean, the staff was also very nice.

No bottle water in the room, no drinks in the fridge just an empty fridge. If I had gone with just my daughter and needed water in the night. I would have to either wake her up or leave her in the room to get a drink of water. I would rather pay extra for bottle water to be in the room.

A modern hotel with spacious rooms & great food.

The room was modern, spacious with great shower & large smart tv with internet access. It was very clean & tidy as well as comfortable. The buffets had a wide variety of salads & main foods to satisfy everyone's taste, including various choices for the kids. The staff were always kind & eager to help.

The showers in the pool area were out of sight & not convenient, therefore nobody showered before entering the pool. According to my opinion, perhaps there should be 2 showers at each end of the pool, within easy reach, to encourage guests to use them. Also there was only 1 toilet for men for the whole pool area. that is clearly not enough.

Rooms are clean, location is good, highly recommended for couples with kids. Size of the room is very good. Waterpark is good fun for both kids and adults. 'All inclusive' package is worth the price.

Pool is a bit crowded but it's not a big deal. No barrier for the water at the bathroom, so water was at all over the place. All room becomes slipery.

all staff was very friendly and helpfull, we went a bit earlier as another accommodation cancelled our booking last minute and they sorted out the rooms before checkin which we greatly appreciated. everything was super clean and the rooms were nice and spacious

Never again.

Super polite staff, both the Greek Cypriot front desk and waiters, and the Turkish Cypriot waiters. Good food.

They had 600 guests and only 100 sunbeds! It was more like a concentration camp over there. Impossible to use the pools as it is over packed, Al the sunbeds are gone from 8am in the morning even though it is forbidden for people to reserve the beds before 9am. Most guests come from these cheap package tours, allured by the all inclusive deal. Horrible. They all consume and dirty around like pigs. Very bad scene. Not my ideal relaxation holiday spot. The pools close by 5pm. Unbelievable. Just when the burning sun starts to ease and we want to use the pool, it was all locked up. I ended up sitting on the beach towels on the ground as there were no sunbeds available for so many people. The all inclusive local drinks gave me the biggest headache of my life. Cheap stuff. Dangerous.

Lovely stay in a new hotel we wanted to try for a while now.

The pool area, lots of sunbeds, nice food and drink. Bedroom lovely and modern, comfortable bed. Ok location can walk 15 mins down to the front or taxi for 10€

Not that I didn’t like it but I reckon some bins round the pool would be good for the plastic cups and another bin in the bedroom area in the room.

The worst stay of my life I cried the whole time I couldn’t even wash as the water was yellow

Everything was bad the air conditioning didn’t work we had to move three times the cover was bad an they didn’t know how to replace them the food was horrible an burnt the indoor pool didn’t work the sauna didn’t work the gym was inusealbe the squash court was shin high in water there was bird poo everywhere the lift wasn’t working it was so horrible I cried and the bath water came out yellow

On 30/6/23 I received a cal l from Artemis Hotel ( Elena was the name ) telling me that due to technical problems they had to move me to another hotel to different.....city called Agia Napa !! That upset me and I said I was going to contact you since I have made my booking through your side. I did not accept that since I made my booking 25/4/23 , it fully paid and confirmed at 25/4/23. Then they have tried to persuade me to move to different hotel within Protaras , either Toxotis Hotel or ...I do not recall the name of the other. I refused. Also in checking in the room the toilets were very dirty and someone else's T-shirt was left in the cabinet . I asked receptionist to send a cleaner. Wen the cleaner arrived , She didn't even know how to clean and said that was her first day at work.

מלון הכל כלול, חדש ונקי מאד. כל הזמן מנקים ומצחצחים. החדרים נעימים ומרווחים מספיק. המיטות בחדר נוחות. האוכל טעים, מעל לממוצע (לא בינוני כמו שבדרך כלל במלונות הכל כלול)- ממש הפתיע לטובה. יש מבחר גדול והצוות בחדר האוכל יוצא מגדרו להיענות לבקשות. יש חנייה במגרש גדול ממש מול המלון. המיקום של המלון מרוחק מהרחוב הראשי של פרוטראס, אבל אם יש רכב זו לא בעיה.

המרחב הציבורי של המלון קטן מאד. בריכה אחת, לא מאד גדולה, שמתקשה להכיל את כל האורחים כשיש תפוסה מלאה, מקומות ישיבה סביב הבריכה ומדשאה לא גדולה. פארק המים שמופיע גם בשם המלון- לא היה פעיל כשהיינו וניכר שחלק מהמתקן המרכזי חסר. בנושא הכל כלול- אין מספר מקומות לאכול במקביל כמו במלונות אחרים אלא עמדה של חטיפים, פירות כריכים והמבורגר, שנסגרת בזמן הארוחות. בר המשקאות פעיל עד 23:00 ומעבר לכך הוא בתשלום, דבר שלא הובא לידיעתנו. בר המשקאות לא פעיל גם בזמן ארוחת הבוקר, כך שאין משקאות דיאטטיים. אלא רק מיצים או מים, למרות הסידור של הכל כלול. ביקשו מאתנו 10 אירו לשעה עבור צק אאוט מאוחר. זה לא סכום גבוה אבל כן הפתיע והרגיש קצת קטנוני. במלונות אחרים בקפריסין, אם החדר היה פנוי- פשוט אישרו. יחד עם זאת, היתרונות של המלון עבור זוג ללא ילדים לדעתנו עולים על החסרונות והמחיר של המלון עושה את השהייה בו למשתלמת.

Τα πάντα ήταν υπέροχα — καθαριότητα, ανέσεις, φαγητό και φυσικά η εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση σε όλους τους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου. Ιδιαίτερη μνεία αξίζει στη ναυαγοσώστρια Μαρία, η οποία έγινε η αγαπημένη των παιδιών! Με το χαμόγελό της, το χιούμορ της και την ευγένειά της, έκανε τη διαμονή τους ακόμη πιο χαρούμενη. Τα παιδιά πραγματικά "ξετρελάθηκαν" μαζί της και ανυπομονούσαν κάθε μέρα να τη συναντήσουν στην πισίνα. Επίσης, θέλουμε να ευχαριστήσουμε από καρδιάς τον Δημήτρη, που ήταν δίπλα μας σε κάθε μικρό ή μεγάλο μας αίτημα. Πάντα πρόθυμος, ευγενικός και με πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον για τους επισκέπτες – ένας πραγματικός επαγγελματίας που κάνει τη διαφορά! Επίσης σε όλο το προσωπικό το οποίο ήταν πάντα δίπλα μας και μας εξυπηρετούσε με τον καλύτερο τρόπο! Το Maris Grand Resort δεν είναι απλώς ένας υπέροχος προορισμός για διακοπές, είναι ένα μέρος που σου αφήνει αναμνήσεις και σε κάνει να θέλεις να επιστρέψεις ξανά και ξανά.
