Louis St. Elias Resort & Waterpark

We love staying here. We live on island and book this hotel all the time. The rooms are great, the staff are outstanding! Every single member of staff is happy and go above and beyond. The food is incredible. Best All Inclusive I’ve been too!! No sunbed wars either. We came down at 10am and plenty of beds at both pools!

The pool with the Waterslides could do with some TLC, sunbeds are looking a bit worse for wear, but absolutely would not put me off. It’s amazing.

The stay was overall pleasant, with spacious and clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The food was good, although at times it felt not very well thought out. The staff were extremely polite and attentive, which was a highlight of the experience. We also really appreciated the thoughtful gesture of being offered cake and champagne for my birthday, which made the stay feel extra special.

The water in the bath wasn’t draining properly, which made the experience a bit uncomfortable. Hopefully, this can be improved.

From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming — a level of hospitality that genuinely stood out and set the tone for the whole stay. What truly impressed us, however, was the food quality. As seasoned all-inclusive guests, we have come to expect average-to-decent buffet fare at best. Louis St. Elias completely defied that expectation. The menu was diverse, creative, and executed with real care. Highlights included a perfectly cooked duck and a standout Korean chicken dish — the kind of quality you would expect from a dedicated restaurant, not an all-inclusive resort.

The staff of this hotel is very nice, you feel very welcome. Manager, at the restaurant, entertaining team was in the top level. The food was also very good, we enjoyed very much. Only because of the hospitality service I have a good impresion about my stay. beach is very nice shuttle to the beach is also very convinient
