Not good value for money

Liked the water slides and the children’s entertainment and activities was very good

This was our 3rd visit within 12 months, and of course we love it and specially all the staff are amazing.

Good facility. Hotel for kids.

Facility had everything needed for a family with kids. Not recommended for couples without kid. It feels like a kindergarten with swimming pool and water park. All inclusive feature is the best. You do not need to pay for anything. Rooms are big and spacious.

Because there were thousands of kids in the facility, staff were having problem cleaning everywhere. Restaurant had sticky chair handles and floor was full of knifes and forks children dropped. Non stop kid screaming.

Great pools, fun guaranteed on the slides. Excellent meals (buffet), soooo much choice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful surroundings in general.

The 3rd bed (sofa bed) in the studios is not comfortable at all.

Superb!

Exceptional service! Since the hotel could not provide us twin beds that we have requested, we got an upgrade to a bigger 2 room apt free of charge! The people go the extra mile to make you enjoy the vacation. Food is on a five star level, 8 day stay, and we discovered new local delicacies daily until the very last day of our stay. There is a shuttle bus that takes you to the beach of your choice in Protaras. The driver is very friendly and is always there to assist in exploring the surroundings. The rest of the staff also earned our respect and gratitude. Will visit again 100%!

Not a good choice

The garden with many flowers and aromatic plants. The view with the sea.

Îs not a 4 stars hotel,maybe 3,the rooms needs all a renovation they are old and spoiled. Many mouschitos and ants în the room and al the areas. Food and drinks are poor quality.Juices for kids from the Machines full of chimicals, no bottle beer and sprkling or wine the cheapest selection. 2 dishes ,glasses dirty. The employers tried to be nice altrought the hotel conditions and policy.
