The location in the center, the large room super well equipped, the super nice staff. They were always very kind and helpful. The pools are so beautiful and super clean, the close beach. Epic pool bars, beautiful surroundings right on the beach

Beautiful pools and a swim up bar. In the middle of everything Protaras has to offer. Excellent breakfast buffet with made to order coffee drinks, mimosas, fresh made to order egg bar, and everything else one could want. Rooms were spacious - we had one with a pool off the back deck but never used it.

Lovely hotel with clean decor, great hotel room and a location is easy for families.

It’s a beach front hotel in a great location. I really liked the sun bed allocation as I’ve never seen this anywhere so far. This takes off an element of stress on the holiday.

There wasn’t anything I did not like, however some opportunities for the hotel is possibly providing some activities for teenagers- game board nights, free pool table.

High quality breakfast, friendly staff, great location, very nice hotel, very clean and nice touches to make your stay extra comfortable and relaxing.

As some facilities are joint with the neighbouring hotel didn't know what activities were on and couldn't see the location e.g the othello bar as wasn't marked on the room key map

Clean, nice rooms, friendly staff, nice beach, tasty food

Restaurant and bar aspects feel like a cringe moneygrab. No free water at lunch or dinner, and waiting 15+ minutes to get overpriced drinks kills the 5-star feeling. Feels more like a 3 star Alanya setup trying to squeeze margins. Food quality is good, but the selection is too limited — not worth the price for full or half-board. Charging almost Robinson-level prices while delivering this experience kills the vibe completely.

Very relaxing atmosphere, it really felt like vacation!

The staff makes all the difference , really helpful, always happy to assist , always with a happy attitude! Buffet is amazing and the choices are really meeting everyone’s preference. Kids club is very good idea and my son had a great time there !
