Excellent quality for the price, very cozy stay

Very good quality for the price. The whole facility was spotlessy clean and comfortable. The staff was incredible, they always made sure that everything was allright and they were super helpful and lovely. They have a small restaurant from where you can get a huge variety of food for a good price. The pool area seemed nice, even though we personally didn’t use it as we are more of a beach goers but there was always people enjoying the sun and there are plenty of sunbeds available! The place really felt more like a home rather than just a soulless hotel, we really enjoyed our stay! Also location is good, it’s easy to walk to all the restaurants and beach but it’s on more quiet side of the area and it was just perfect for us as we like walking and also quietness. Our room was very spacious apartment with small kitchen, living room and separate bedroom, we also had a balcony which was very nice! They also cleaned the room everyday and changed the towels every third day so it was always nice and clean, also the cleaner was very efficient and also very friendly and sweet

Only thing that comes to mind was that the bathroom floor got super wet despite the shower curtain, but that’s only a small detail

The hotel was in a perfect location, only a ten minute walk to the strip, so far away not to hear all the noise. The hotel was clean and comfy wirh onsite parking. The price was unbelievable aswell, great for anyone on a budget.

A welcome break for us in a friendly, inexpensive, clean hotel.

Our room was very clean and spacious. Kitchen equipment, although not used, was more than adequate. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of hot water, regardless of the time of day. Generally, the hotel was clean and tidy. We did not use the pool during our stay, but the pool area did look clean and inviting with plenty of sunbeds available. The staff were very friendly and made our stay comfortable.

Although we did not use our apartment for meals, I think a microwave would have been a useful addition to the kitchen area.

The large room size and the balcony overlooking the villas. The location was also good

The shower above me was leaking through my ceiling into room 116 for the majority of my stay. It only stopped momentarily when the person vacated their room. The water was dripping onto me whilst I showered and I did report this to Nikki

Felt far from the centre Pool bar expensive for soft drinks Accused of not paying on check out and asked for the amount again when I have proof of payment to the property

Having been to Protaras many times, we came across this hotel for a 5 night break and found it to be very basic but don’t let that put you off. great price, you get what you pay for. The hotel was very clean, staff so lovely and polite, breakfast for £5, pool was cold but lovely and the location is great and local to all that you need within 10 mins walk such as many restaurants, bars, all the nightlife you need and the beach. Our room was cleaned regularly and the Studios are huge with a great balcony to relax on. Air con was amazing!

The property needs work, some TLC! very old, outdated, needs a complete makeover in all honesty. little things such as door handles loose, cupboard doors coming away, curtains falling off runners, wardrobes from the 60s! Sun beds by the pool were old, rusty and not at all comfortable. Lovely hotel but in general, it just needs modernisation.
