The service was exceptional at this hotel. We arrived on a Monday when the restaurant is closed, but when we asked for something to eat in the afternoon the hostess arranged some baguette, cheeses etc for us, and a coffee free of charge while we were waiting for our room. It was my daughter's birthday and when the room was ready it was filled with balloons for her as a nice surprise. The breakfast was lovely and had everything we asked for. The dinner was also really nice. A very good hotel, new and fresh with outstanding service and great food. An extra plus for all the activities for kids outside: the could run around the lawn and play badmington, archery, boule and more...

The location requires a car or a Bolt to go to the train station, restaurants or Disneyland (there is a bus too).

Relaxing stay with lots of outdoor green!

Quiet ambiance in a country setting near the river Marne, at the same time it's a short ride to the train station, Disneyland and shopping. Nice trails by the river for walking and jogging plus a nice place to sit outside or take a nap on a blanket. An enjoyable breakfast on site and possibility to have dinner starting on (except Monday). Very nice helpful staff. We would stay here again.

the breakfast is a great way to start your day. My husband enjoyed renting the canoe and floating down the river. The staff was wonderful and made sure everything was to our expectation. The rent bikes also. Very close to some restaurants. This hotel is run by a family, and they are good at what they do. I believe they are adding air-conditioning to the rooms. Rooms have no tv, which makes you appreciate nature. Very basic, but nice!

The walls were a bit thin, I could hear the people next door, and the children YELLING in the hallway.

Problème de propreté rédhibitoire

L'accueil à la réception à notre arrivée.

Le ménage: Le 1er soir à notre arrivée, la chambre est bien installée comme il faut. Le 2ème soir, nous constatons que quelqu'un est rentré dans la chambre pour faire le ménage mais qu'il n'a pas été fait correctement: - seul 1 lit sur les 2 était fait (et mal en plus), - le lavabo avait des traces très visibles de tisane (qui était resté dans un verre que nous avions utilisé la veille). La personne a donc simplement vidé le fond de tisane dans le lavabo qui n'a donc pas été nettoyé (comme le reste de a salle de bain), - la poubelle a été vidée mais aucun sac poubelle n'a pas été remis. - les 3 jeux de serviettes et le tapis de bain ont été retirés mais 1 seul jeu de serviettes a été remis en remplacement. Il a fallu descendre à la réception pour obtenir le complément (à ce moment, l'hotel a donc connaissance d'un problème concernant le ménage). Le troisième soir, nous constatons à nouveau que quelqu'un est rentré dans la chambre pour faire le ménage mais qu'il n'a toujours pas été fait correctement, à savoir: - les tâches de tisane sont encore présentes sur le lavabo (donc toujours pas de nettoyage de la salle de bain) - méfiants, nous examinons les verres à disposition et nous constatons que les verres ont été simplement retournés (comme s'ils étaient propres) alors qu'on y voit encore les traces de tisanes bues 2 jours plus tôt. Nous seulement le nettoyage n'est pas fait mais en plus on cherche à le masquer grossièrement (alors que penser du reste qui a l'air propre ?) - les 3 jeux de serviettes ont été retirés mais 1 seul a été remis. Il faut à nouveau descendre à la réception pour obtenir le complément. Nous détaillons alors les problèmes de propreté constatés, et on nous dit qu'on va voir ce qu'il est possible de faire. Le matin du quatrième jour (départ), personne ne viens nous voir pour le problème signalé.
