Room was very clean and comfortable. Location is amazing, super close to the metro station (a few steps only) and with many restaurants in the area. We walked around during the day and at night, and surroundings were nice either way. It's also very close to the commercial center.

Great hotel

The price is great and only 10 minute drive from disneyland, ubers are active a lot. Nice area and hotel room was lovely with a modern smart tv. Workers were polite and helpful.

Not good, pay slightly more and get a good sleep and better service

Beds were comfy and good location from Disney literally the only good thing

Rooms advertised as sound proof but was so loud we barely slept and ruined our first day at Disney as we had to move rooms. Heating is kept on so the room was unbelievably hot and you could not change the temperature. Staff were unhelpful when we told them about this. For the price you would expect a kettle in the room and to be able to amend the temperature. Could hear EVERY noise from other rooms and the lifts, all the doors banging constantly

Only plus side is location.

When we got to the room, the toilet was broken, we could not flush and water was running constantly. Very noisy and irritating. Staff declined to give us another room or discount. There was a smelly can of sardines in the trash from previous guests. Also some small boxes next to the trash. There was also a COCKROACH in the room.

When I was in the breakfast, they entered my room to clean and I didn’t do the check out yet and I was not allowed to use it again , I had kids with me and we were not able to access the room to go for the toilet and there is no toilet near the reception or in there restaurant for breakfast

The location of this hotel is fantastic and suited my needs perfectly. It was clean and has a great shower and staff are available until late.

The pillows are quite soft but just because they weren't for me, doesn't mean they're not good

Location is perfect. One stop from Disneyland. Brekkie is basic but good quality.

The staff is absolutely grumpy and there was no information about the renovations, which didn't bother us though. We experienced unfriendly staff in hotels all over France, so I'm guessing it's their mentality? Idk.

Overall location was great for a day at Disneyland Paris. We walked there early morning, it was about a 20 min walk. We

Breakfast was good and location was very close to Disneyland. We were able to walk and after a long day at Disney take the train back to the hotel, which the station is right outside the hotel’s entrance.

During my stay there was construction going on so it might be loud. The room is clean, but my husband developed rashes the next morning. Not sure if it was the sheets which gave him an allergic reaction. Also, our hair dryer did not work, when we asked for a replacement they wanted a deposit. We refused and clarified that our room came with a defective hair dryer, in the end they gave us another hairdryer with no deposit needed. Also beware of the rooms not having AC, our room was hot and we basically left the window open the entire night.

Great option to get to Disneyland

+ The position is perfect to get to Disneyland, as it's just one train stop away from the park (5 minutes), and the station is next to the hotel. You can also walk there, I think it takes around 30/40 mins. + The breakfast was really good + The room was quite big (just the bathroom is a bit small, but not an issue for us) and, most of all, it was clean + Good value for money

- Some of the staff members could have been a bit more friendly (not that we had issues with them, but some of them simply didn't seem too "welcoming")

Did the job but could have been better

We had a very late arrival (nearly midnight) so we’re understandabley tired. The key we were given didn’t work for the door as it hadn’t been activated. Once we eventually got into the room, there was a smell of sewers in the bathroom which we just overlooked and dealt with due to only staying for less then 8 hours. We went to use the bathroom (washing, showering) and found there were no towels anywhere and no bath mat

The air conditioning was broken and we were not informed of this. After a long time trying to get the system working, we asked reception and were then told.

Ac is not working and the room temperature was too high. No toothpaste and tooth brush. No drinkable water. No shampoo and shower gel. All purpose handwash. No tissues. No shower towels.

Good budget choice, if you visit Disneyland.

If you plan to visit Disneyland, location is very good. RER station is near from hotel and it is 1 stop from Disneyland and also ~30min from Paris center. Close to big shopping mall.

Breakfast could be better, the offer could include fresh vegetables. Scrambled eggs wasn’t tasty. Could be cleaner dishes and in general, but it’s not critical.

In my room water was dropping for 2 days from an air condition machine. Nobody was interested to fix it, even when I called to a reception.
