I have been staying there off and on since I bought my Disney Paris season pass but my has the quality gone down in a year. The surface level stuff looks fine but if you open the cabinets they might look shabby or there will be utensils missing. It works.

The rooms need an upgrade, mould around the bath and bathroom windows. no USB sockets anywhere, the front desk staff were a little rude during a late night check in when none of the card machines were working in order to pay the room tax of 6euros.

Excellent location for Disneyland or Paris. Less than a minute walk to the RER station and plenty of restaurants and shops with 5-10min walk. Large Auchan supermarket just 10min walk. Staff is very nice. Special thanks to Sylvie at breakfast! The breakfast is amazing!! The only negative is than the room are a bit small and dated. They could do with some TLC.

Upon arrival, the hotel staff were very friendly and fluent in English. There was a tourist tax to pay when checking in which I don’t think was advertised when we booked, but was to be expected as we have paid this when travelling abroad elsewhere. The room was a lovely size and we were lucky to have a balcony which sadly we couldn’t use due to the weather but it was a nice thing to have. We were given a bag for the kitchenette which had a couple of dishwasher tablets and a sachet of washing up liquid. The kitchenette, bathroom, and bedroom area were all exceptionally clean. There was some small wear and tear in the room such as scuffs on the paint and some of the wood coming off skirting boards, but overall we were very happy with the room. We chose this hotel for its proximity to Disneyland Paris and we were not disappointed, and we know where to stay when we return to Disney in the future! The hotel staff were also very friendly when helping us with directions and using the transport links to get to Paris. The only “complaint” we had was with the shower as the water pressure was very low, and also the room was filled with an eggy/sulfur smell when using the shower. We reported this to the reception staff upon departure and they reassured us they would bring it to the attention of their maintenance team. Plenty of choice for eating out in the area. Several brasseries, bakeries and a convenience store a five minute walk away. Absolutely perfect for what we needed

I stayed here for 3 nights with my 11 year old while we were visiting Disneyland Paris. The location is brilliant - literally right across the road from the RER station and 1 stop away from Disney (return journey cost 2.50 EUR). Trains were very frequent (around every 7 minutes) and not crowded at all. The hotel room was nice and spacious even though I had booked a studio apartment. Plenty of storage space for clothes, beds comfortable and bathroom well equipped. My only slight gripe about the bathroom was the shower was not very high up on the wall and even I at 5ft 4inches had to crouch down a bit to get under it. Checking was quick, staff were helpful. Only thing to note is bar doesn’t open Sunday or Monday but there is a vending machine on -1 if you need drinks or snacks on those days. Hotel great for visiting the shopping centre (which is huge!) and plenty of choice for food and drinks nearby too. Great place to stay, would definitely return in future and would recommend to others planning a no hassle trip to Disney.

Great option for Disneyland. Step outside the hotel to station which takes 3mins to get to Disney. Staff really helpful. Kitchenette helpful for breakfast, fridge. Accommodation a bit tired and tatty e.g. curtain missing, light bulb not working, not enough plates/bowls for 5 ppl in a 5 person suite. Would stay again as so convenient.

Staff were friendly. As a English speaker, they always had at least one person on staff that could speak English. All staff were knowledgeable about the nearby landmarks and helped me get to disneyland thru the complicated train system. Also they were extremely helpful with receiving our luggage which was lost.

We stayed in the family unit that accommodates 6. It was a little smaller than I thought it would be but the bathroom was a good size and we weren’t in the room that much. The WiFi was spotty and it got warm in the room as you could only turn down the AC to a certain level. The room was clean though.

I don’t understand. Are people giving a pass for poor maintenance because the space is big? Everything in our apartment was in poor condition. 1 shower was full of mold so unusable (luckily our apartment was big and had 2 showers), bathroom cabinets were falling apart from water damage, the toilet didn’t work well. The lighting was terrible, multiple electrical outlets didn’t work throughout the appartement, and the WiFi barely worked. Other than the moldy shower the rest of the apartment was clean though (it just seems the cleaning crew can’t get the mold out of the grout and no one will hire a professional steam cleaning company or redo the shower) and the staff was very nice but they couldn’t do anything about the room because there were no others available. Maybe we got the only bad room in the whole place but I doubt that. The hallway on our floor was just as outdated and worn out as our room was so I doubt it was just ours but somehow they keep a good rating. In my book it’s at best a 6 and I would never book a place that was rated a 6.

I'm putting 2 stars for communication, this is due to a fire alarm going off I believe 5 times. The staff did not take control of the situation the guests where up and down to their rooms several times as the alarm went off time and time again and not 1 member of management was there. Has there been a fire I would have not liked to have seen the outcome as staff did not communicate to their guests about the issue nor took control of the situation. I personally ended up after the 3rd or 4th time just going back to the room and allowed th alarm to ring

This review would have been at least four stars if not for our problem we had after we left the property. There was two items of expensive clothing mistakenly left on a shelf in one of the rooms we were occupying 2047, we rang the property soon as we realised they had been left and were disappointed to hear they were not in the room, sad way to end our stay at Residhome

Sad dated hotel that desperately needs modernising not at all a 4 star. 5 bed family apartment was tiny, most of the facilities were broken -hairdryer, dishwasher, iron, toilet lock, hole in the bath.... very strange pbc covered sofa beds. Im giving 3 stars purely for location to Disney and the convenience of the transport network and val d'Europe. Only saving grace is very well sound proofed rooms, you dont hear the traffic or the trains.

Fabulous stay at the Residhome Val D’Europe. We booked because I had stayed in Val D’Europe before but the area has grown massively over the last few years and is an even better location now. We had a 6 person suite for 5 of us including 2 pre teen children. Rooms were small and could stand to be a bit bigger but they were only a base for our travels. Kitchenette had kettle, fridge and microwave. All cutlery, dishes and utensils that you would need. The RER station next door is the big convenience. €2.50 one way to either Disneyland or central Paris - amazing value. We had 2 trips to Disneyland, 2 to Disney Village and 3 trips to Paris. Hotel has laundry facilities, bar area, pool table and an outdoor table tennis table. You can get a fantastic buffet style breakfast every morning. Staff were all very pleasant. Would highly recommend.

Great location for train to Disneyland Paris, grocery and mall. Hotel room is much smaller than it looks in pictures. We had booked 5 rooms. All five rooms had black mold on the bathroom ceilings. There needs to be some sort of ventilation in bathrooms. Rooms could use some touching up. The location is killer though if you are going to Disneyland.

The hotel had a very nice placement with only 50 meters to the closest railwaystation wich could take you to Paris or Disneyland. Only about 5 minutes walk to a huge Shopping center with fashion- and grocerie stores. The personell was kind and very serviceminded. We got more help then any other hotel we’ve been to, like guide to the railways and how to get from A to B. They have a locked luggage room if you have late check out. The cleaning of the rooms was very good. The kitchen in the apartment was well equipped. The bed was good, and extra-beds is what you can expect of a sleeping-couch. The rooms and hallways in the hotel was a little bit old compared to more fancy hotels. Our room had separate bathroom and toilet, and both was a bit out of date and not so good ventilation. That part is why we don’t give full score.

We love this place. It’s our favourite place to stay when we visit Disneyland Paris (as annual pass holders). The rooms are perfectly sized and well stocked with the essentials for basic meals. The beds are comfortable enough. It’s walkable to Val D’Europe shopping centre in 5-10 mins where there’s a big Auchan for food etc. We always stock up on water and fruit as there’s a decent sized fridge in the room. The main selling point is the closeness to the RER where it’s literally a 10 min journey from hotel room to park entrance.

Great hotel, room was a really good size, brilliant to have doors between the rooms, staff were very friendly and the location was perfect for Disney. The only let down was noisy guests, but it is to be expected with young children getting back late at night

It was just ok. The lobby area was nice and smelled good. The rooms aren’t as nice, the hallways are dark, and overall feels a little cold. The location is good, close to the train station so you can get to the city easily (40 minute ride) and Disneyland Paris (5 minute ride). There are a few restaurants around the area and the area felt safe. I don’t think I’d choose it again if I had the chance but it wasn’t terrible.

Nice hotel. Right outside the train station that takes you to Disneyland. We stayed there to visit Disneyland and was good. The size of the room was adequate for 4 people. They also let us check-in a couple of hours earlier since the room was ready. The room overall needed some general improvement. The toilet was dripping for a few minutes after you flushed which during the night when everyone is trying to sleep it was difficult. Also there was mold on the grout around the bathroom tiles. I also pointed out to them that they shouldn't allow people to smoke right outside the hotel door as the smoke enters the rooms through the air condition ventilation and for people that are asthmatic this can be an issue. But overall it was nice and the staff were friendly.

. We picked this hotel for a few nights as it was close to the shopping center and right at the metro stop. We really liked the family suite. It has on main bedroom, a kitchenette, a living room with a pull out if needed, and a bunk bed super small room. We preferred this hotel to Grand Magic where we have stayed before. We did not buy breakfast as there is a croissant shop right here and many delicious boulangeries within a few blocks. I would stay here again. It has hardwood floors which I do feel makes it feel dirty sometimes, It was nice to have a kitchen and we just went to Auchan and bought all that we wanted to have here. . It has air conditioning that worked okay. Not super cold but excellent by European standards. It was nice with teenagers to have the extra space and living area

Modern area close to Disney. 100 paces from the back of the RER A train station. Had a separate room with 2 twin beds placed together. Kid slept on pull out sofa bed. Wasn’t as much room once you pulled the sofa out but made it work. Shower and toilet separate rooms which was nice. Excellent staff. Held our room and bags as we arrived early and went to Disney, which is 5 minutes, 1 stop away. The train station at Disney is right at the front door. Restaurants are 2 blocks away right by the front of the train station. Really nice safe area.
