There were continuous power cuts, which meant we were in darkness from the minute we got into our room.

Stayed at Residence du Parc for 3 nights in early January, 4 people in a two-bedroom apartment. The accommodation was very good: clean, spacious, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and a small kitchen well equipped for quick meals, ideal for families. The location is convenient, about a 17-minute bus ride from Disney, and the price was very competitive. However, a serious issue affected our stay: lack of hot water for showers, especially after 2 PM, during very cold weather. On the first day, reception explained there was a problem with the water heating system due to the January 1st holiday. Unfortunately, the same issue happened again the next day, causing great discomfort, and one person in our group became ill. On the third night, when we returned earlier, the water was hot, revealing a clear pattern: the hotel does not seem to have enough capacity to provide hot water for all guests after peak shower times. If you shower early, this hotel is fine. Otherwise, expect cold showers in winter.

Staff was not understanding to explain breakfast and having a ticket to eat, had many calls and emails about giving them my credit card number ahead of time, even when Hotel.com says do NOT give it to them I was told they were canceling my reservation if I didn't give them a card number. Then we had to pay for a second room because they didn't have the size room for the number of guests we reserved for. It was a clean facility and rooms were nice.

A very nice hotel for those who want to visit Disneyland and stay in an affordable and comfortable hotel nearby. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were sufficiently clean. Transportation from the hotel to Disneyland is provided smoothly and comfortably.

The hotel is clean and refurbished. Great location for visiting Disney with a bus stop right outside. Room was freezing and a breeze came in from the vents above the door. We asked for a heater but was told there were none left. Despite putting our air con on 30 and hot it was didn’t make a difference. There was also no hot water past 10pm so we couldn’t shower or bathe after a busy day at Disney! Rooms aren’t cleaned during your stay and we had to go to reception to ask for toilet paper. Hotel was ok for the price we paid but not sure we’d return based on the room amenities

Very convenient stay for those visiting Disneyland, only a 20 minute bus ride for €2.50 each one way. Local bakery and mini market also which is handy! Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast is €15 pp, small & basic but does the job! Room was a good size with powerful shower, and hair dryer included as well as a mini kitchenette. Room was clean but bedding did have a few tiny ‘mystery stains’ on them. Pillows could also be comfier but I am particular with those! All in all, great value for money and would stay here again :)

The staff were great and Melissa in particular made my short stay much better, as the first room had tiny ants so we got moved to a different room. Bed was comfortable and location was not too far from Disney land with a vehicle.

First stay here and we would return. Room was spacious and clean. Area was okay, I walked to bakery next door alone and there was a large group of around 15 teenagers who were loud so ended up turning around and going back to our room. Only stayed the one night this time but would return for a longer stay next time. Parking was easy and free! Close to Disney. About a 13 min drive!

The room was clean and a good size, the bathroom had a few scuffs but was fine overall. The kitchenette was fine, we did not make use of it on our stay. Parking was a little difficult as it was busy. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was mostly tasty but a little overpriced, however this is to be expected so close to Disney, the breakfast room was very small but was clean and tidy and people didnt linger so was fine.

Close to Disney via bus or taxi / uber. Also close to train station. Val ‘d Europe for shopping. Good take away and baker next door to the hotel. Rooms are clean and well equipped with small electric hob, kettle, fridge and microwave. Also plenty of towels in the bathroom which is great.

Staff amazingly friendly and helpful. Rooms were great with small kitchenette, room was clean and comfortable and very modern looking. Heating was great after a long day at Disney. Easy access to transport to parks

The beds were comfy. The bathtub/shower was less than ideal: the tub slanted downward, and my son almost slid/fell in it, which caused me to be quite cautious whenever showering. There was no shower curtain, but just a glass covering that only covered half the tub, thus resulting in water on the floor. The heated towel rack was a nice touch. This property is definitely NOT walking distance from Disneyland, and that is from 3 people who were happy to walk the 0.76 mi. reported on Expedia. That might be as the crow flies, but definitely not the acrual walking distance.

Very friendly staff. Everyone I encountered was fluent in English (not that it is expected) a great coffee shop very close by as well as groceries, laundry, and a good amount of dining options within walking distance. Clean rooms. Bus stop right outside the door that gets you straight to Disney. Highly recommended.
