Hotel is in a great location for Disneyland Paris, either as a budget stay or as a hotel either side of your onsite visit. The shopping centre is just up the road and the surrounding areas are beautiful. The hotel is great for the price and the mini kitchen is really handy. We are yet to use the pool and sauna but they’re nice options to have. The staff are always great and very helpful.

The room could have been cleaner. Silver fish in the bathrooms, we would probably have asked to move rooms if we’d been staying more than the one night (we didn’t notice until the morning). We dropped something underneath the pull out sofa bed and underneath was very dirty with lots of hair and even a toe nail.

A great place to stay for the cost to get to the Disney Parks

The location is great. Shuttle to the Parks is a nice touch too. A very good price for that close to the park. A great staff who are very helpful.

Little touches were not attended too. Torn towels. Light sockets coming out the wall. Noise between rooms. These small things were not showstoppers to our stay.

Bad experience

Nothing.

No water bottle in the room, and it’s chargeable. No water bottles to buy in the facility. Room heater doesn’t heat well. Dirty bathroom first day of arrival. Reception never answer the calls. Reception is very very far from room. No hotel service or cleaning service available at property. I paid big money for cleaning. Water heater heats the water only small quantity of water once you used up for banyo, you shower with cold water. Took long time to heat up the water. The bed was twin beds and always separating at night while sleep, no king bed was provided. People can hear us while having talk and they knock the wall when the sound gets little loud at our bedroom. Main reception gate doors were terrible opening half way. Carpet, door and air vent were either broken or dirty. Overall bad experience.

Lovely apartment in a well situated location, ideal for Disney as well as trips into Paris - would definitely stay again

The location was fantastic - we even had views of the drones from the Magic Kingdom evening show from our balcony. The room was large enough for our needs and centrally located, for Disney and our trip into Paris. While keeping the quieter and less busy environment than in central Paris. Parking option was ideal for us and found the hotel ideal for us with our dog.

The bathroom had been cleaned in many areas, but the seal on the shower screen was very dirty and some black mould was on the seal/tiles which was slight disappointing but didn’t reflect place as a whole which was clean enough. Some bits were a little shabby, which to be truthful maybe corresponds with a lull from a very busy summer where damage appears but apparent in fixtures.

Perfect for Disney!

It was our second stay at the property whilst visiting Disneyland Paris. The location is perfect, with a short walk (10 minutes or so) from the rear park entrance. The staff are very friendly and the hotel facilities are great. There is an on-site shop, swimming pool, gym facilities and parking. It’s also a 5 minute walk from a French shopping mall, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.

Only 1 member of staff on reception during busy check in periods, but this wouldn’t stop me coming back as they were very friendly and as efficient as possible under the circumstances.

Amazing hotel for a stay at Disneyland Paris!

The location of the property is absolutely incredible! It is no more than a 15-20 minute walk to Disneyland! The beds were so comfortable and the room was very spacious too, so worth it for the price! The facilities are perfect as well! Although we didn’t use it there was a huge pool you could use a gym and a laundry room! The reception staff were amazing too very kind and welcoming! We had an amazing stay at the adagio and will definitely be choosing to stay here again for future Disney trips 100000000% !!!

Very bad experience with family

Location of the Hotel

The room, despite being spacious but was outdated, and you have to pay for everything you pay. Staff were rude as if i were the receptionist. i tried to be nice, but they taught me that being rude from day Know before booking this hotel 1. For room service and towels, u need to pay extra each time. 2. I requested that Iron they asked for 20 Euro deposit!! 3. Whatever you ask them in anger, they reply that this is hotel policy. i felt so uncomfortable with family. 4. I arrived at 1630, and they told me the second room is not ready despite check in is at 1500 without appologising and when i asked why the receptionist said uffff ok ok ok wait.!! This hotel has very high potential, but unfortunately, with the current team, it can't become worse. 5. Pillows are very small and uncomfortable. 6. Make sure to take your own towel.

Friendly staff and good location near Disneyland, but room needs maintenance and better soundproof

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is convenient – it’s about a 15–20 minute walk to Disneyland, or just 7 minutes by the hotel’s shuttle bus. Breakfast was good, but it would be much better if vegetables were included, as there were none during our stay.

When we entered our room around 11:40 pm, we unexpectedly found a hotel employee inside, who claimed to be from housekeeping and quickly left – this was a strange and unpleasant situation. The furniture needs urgent deep cleaning, and the room could use a refresh. In the bathroom, water drained poorly. Additionally, the room was connected to another one via an internal door, which meant we could hear our neighbors very clearly.

Some of the staff were unprofessional. Made no effort to assist in our queries. The bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable Many of the guests were slamming doors. Can’t really sleep in the rooms unpleasantly noisy.. The hotel needs to put signage up in corridors for people to respect other people sleeping.

Enjoyable stay

It was about 10 mins walk to Disneyland in a very nice safe area in Paris. Lovely bakery on the corner of the road. Facilities in hotel were good .

Great hotel for us as a base, would stay again

Perfect location for Disney. We had a one bedroom apartment. Did not spend a great deal of time in it but bed was comfortable and had what you needed. Pool was great as our trip was in a heatwave. Staff were helpful. There was a luggage store and small shop with snacks. Close to station and other amenities and includes a shuttle bus to and from the Disney park.

A few more cups would have been useful as only one in the cupboard. Expect these get broken by guests over time though who don’t report it.

Bad stay dont come

It is near to Disney land

You pay less but you need to bring your things with you as there are no amenities for free ( eg. iron and iron table ) you need to pay for it to rent it and it was not that good function with bad smell from it , i had to pay 20 € and i need to get by my self from down stairs, no one will bring for you, when the check out i kept it inside the room as usual, they told me to bring it from the room to reception in order to get the money, i was late to my flight. I told them it is inside your room send anyone to check, they said how we know it is there, i felt uncomfortable and i went before it become big. The hotel must refund the money but they will not. No cleaning for the rooms unless you pay. I believe that any hotel rather than this will be much better

Location to disneyland was easy with the free or paid shuttle busses that run twice, sometimes 3 hourly. The room was spacious and clean, afforded plenty of amenities and was ideal for 3 adults and a toddler! (Single bedroom apartment)

I loved it and would stay here again.

Has a fresh look since it has recently been renovated. The proximity to Disneyland is a huge plus and the breakfast is good. The staff are friendly and respond promptly to requests.

My room had a really comfy bed. However the rest of the furniture didn't fit well in the room. Two small tables that weren't functional, a large and hideous painting on the wall that I had to take off coz it gave my child the creeps. Bathtub wasn't draining well and the kitchen lacked basics like cutlery.

Okay just for the location

Property is well located with a bus over the road that goes to Disney pretty frequently. Many options to eat in the mall about 10 minutes walk away (only breakfast at the hotel)

Staff were a little difficult - one day was allowed to order breakfast at the hotel (19 Euros each if I recall correctly - had not pre booked). Next day, told it is not possible to order a breakfast if it was not pre-booked. There are no good breakfast options very close except a bakery with a long line up. Room was a little run down and not well cleaned.

Proximity to Disneyland and a free shuttle bus, which stops almost opposite the hotel. Kitchen in the apartment was well equipped with everything necessary
