Clean, cool, and comfortable. We needed a place to stay and they provided the perfect solution.

Elevator was too slow and small for the six of us and our luggage (Europe).

Firstly, we had to wait around 25 minutes to check in because there was only one staff member at reception, despite many guests arriving after 6:30 pm. The receptionist who checked us in was very young and appeared inexperienced. She collected the €35 city tax but did not initially charge us for the room. The room itself was very basic, with mismatched and unusual furniture. The towels were extremely worn and thin, as though they had been washed thousands of times. The bathroom was also disappointing, as the bathtub was very slippery and difficult to get in and out of safely. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations. In my opinion, it is closer to a 2-star property than a 3-star hotel. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.
