The hotel is conveniently located for the shopping outlets and Disneyland Paris. The breakfast was good, except the eggs (see below). It's a rather basic hotel, nothing fancy, but comfortable and clean... perfect for a short stay.
The eggs looked great as they just put them out... but after the first bite, they tasted fake and made from powder? The welcome drink is a nice gesture... but don't get the 'cocktail'... it's served room temp/warm... stick to the wine or soda.

Every member of staff were really friendly and spoke English. Bread was beautiful and we made up some sandwiches for the day. Was able to buy tea in the evening from the bar up to 2am. Shower was extremely powerful (floor 2). Towels changed daily even if hung up. Very close to val d Europe and a 10 minute walk to McDonald’s with a huge shopping centre. Whilst the shopping centre closes at 8, they’re is a huge food court open later further up and another McDonald’s. The staff at the hotel were also extremely prompt at giving new towels at midnight, as one of ours was wet. Exceptionally quiet could not hear anyone next door or any footsteps above or below.
We had booked early check in a week before, which had been accepted. Upon arrival they did not have a room and we were not charged the 40 euro for early check in. There is also a tax to pay at the hotel, was around £14 euro for 2 nights (we had paid on booking.com). I usually eat anything, but the hot food on the breakfast was awful dry and hard bacon, sausage and powder sloppy egg. Bread was beautiful. Lots of dry food like cereals and nut mix stuff. Fruit was poor quality. Coffee was really nice.

On the positive side, this lady supervisor who helped us with the room change was genuinely kind and competent. The rooms and bathrooms were in good condition – new, clean, with super comfortable beds and pillows – and the parking garage was good.
Water pressure was the biggest issue. The shower pressure was extremely weak – genuinely not enough for a normal shower, and this seemed to be a general problem rather than just one room. When we first complained and asked for someone to take a look, we were told that maintenance would come, but nobody showed up. Only after going back the next day and speaking to a more senior member of staff (a very pleasant young lady, and honestly the only truly helpful person we met there) were we moved to another room where the pressure was slightly better. That made things just about tolerable, but still far from what you’d expect from a modern hotel.
The heating in the rooms was also quite poor. Even with the heating turned on, one half of the vent kept blowing cold air, so the room never really felt properly warm. Even after we manually closed the cold-air side as much as possible, it took over 20 hours for the room to get close to the set temperature. On top of that, a male staff member made a sarcastic comment that “19 degrees is a normal room temperature”, which was especially irritating – the fact that he finds that comfortable doesn’t mean guests have to agree.
Breakfast was average. The juices looked like a joke (I have photos that speak for themselves), the boiled eggs were kept ice-cold instead of warm, and the only hot options – scrambled eggs, bacon and small sausages – were all quite disappointing.
Another small issue: on Booking.com the room descriptions mention options with either a shower or a bathtub, but in reality there are only rooms with showers.
