    100% recommend this location for couples, friends, individuals. Close to various locations- DLP, Val D, train stations, local bakeries. Perfect for a weekend trip

    Less than 20 minute walk to Disney Ideal location, clean and ideal for a short stay. Stayed with two kids under 5 close to the parks and shopping centre other direction. My only complaint is the walls are paper thin can hear everything

    Requested a twin room with a sofa bed, which I received but asked reception to separate the single beds and put the sofa bed out, returned back to the hotel at 11pm and it hadn’t been done so my son went to reception and asked for bedding only to be told it’s all in that room over there help yourself! Not the first time this has happened here and we aren’t the first either! Rooms looking very tired as well our mirror had half of its wooden frame missing. Location it’s the best as it’s walkable to Disney and val d Europe and is in a lovely area feels very safe

    The hotel location & size of rooms is good value. Staff were hit & miss some were very helpful (mainly night staff) & others just rude. Main issue is they advertise air conditioning but it’s actually climate control and is pre set and not fit for purpose. In the middle of a heatwave with temps in the high 30s the room was unbearable. No fans available & then on the 3rd night even the climate control broke & there was no maintenance to fix it despite it supposedly being a 24hr manned hotel. You pay a premium in a hotel to ensure support is available, even in an air bnb the host would try to support you! Even if not a heatwave in the height of summer and at Disney all day you want a cool room, for this reason I would never stay here again unless in winter
