The place exceed our expectations, is very well located, with a friendly staff and very clean.

They could include at least two chairs in an room for 3, because if we want to eat something inside the room its difficult.

Great location, very nice staff. Good cheep stay but quality hotel

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room a good size. Soap, towels and hangers in the room. Great location just one stop for Disneyland and walking distance to a food shop. The actual hotel was so nice and well decorated and maintained

Great location, easy access to shops and restaurants around. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were great. The water pressure was also fantastic!

The curtain that separates the room when someone uses the bathroom also cuts off the aircon to the room so it gets quite hot quite fast. The TV also can’t Chromecast and has all features disabled which was unfortunate.

Super close to the metro for trip to Disney. Room was spotless and the beds were very comfy. The food for breakfast was varied and plentiful and the staff were lovely. Will use again for sure.

Cheap and cheerful, good location, but the staff and amenities could be better.

the room was ok, but the shower leaks onto the floor due to the door having a hole beside the shower. Beds were comfortable and AC was very welcomed in 40 degree heat!

We had constant fire alarms, including 3am in the morning due to faulty systems! The toilet was tiny! It would be better if the sink, toilet and shower were all in 1 area.

Was pretty much the only available option for family of 3 to stay in the same room.

Wonderful and would recommend to friends and family

I loved the location for me and my daughter to travel to Disney. Staff were very helpful in allowing me to leave luggage at the hotel on the day we checked out which made my last day very enjoyable. My daughter also really enjoyed having a bunk bed over the main double bed which meant sleep arrangements were very comfortable and enjoyable.

It would have been nice to have had hot drink facilities within the room itself. The ability to make a coffee or a tea would have been nice.

All staffs are friendly and accommodating. Place is very clean, and for a budget trip it is really recommendable

Perfect for a trip to Disney

This is a brilliant location for the train station, we were staying for a trip to Disney and the hotel is mere steps away from the station - and it is then a 3 minute journey to Disney. Perfect! Its right near Val D'Europe and there are plenty or restaurants located very close by.

The bathroom is sort of within the room, it's a bit odd. The room was hot and we couldn't leave the window open as it would have meant no coverage to stop daylight as the blind is attached to the window frame.

the location, very close to Disneyland

the detached shower and toilet that were smaller than aeroplane toilets, the room didn’t have photos of that. the key to the room stopped working so we had to go back down to reception at 11:30pm. had to leave a deposit to borrow an old hairdryer. extremely budget hotel, should have known by the name but everywhere else we have stayed on our Europe trip for the same price has been ALOT better

Very close to the train station, the mall and La Valle Village. The rooms were of a good size.

The reception staff were a bit unwelcoming and rude. The toilets in the room were not well ventilated.

Great location and clean but not great staff

Location was excepcional. Great restaurants 2 minutes walk away, shops and supermarket very close and super close to the tram/train (30 seconds away). 1 stop away from disney so perfect for those going there. Room was very clean.

Reception staff were rude and the check in was not good as the woman couldn't understand any English and got my name wrong even though I showed her the booking details on my phone with my name on it. She had to knock on the room door twice at night when my child was about to go to sleep and demand we pay city tax that she forgot to charge us and didn't let us pay the morning after. Breakfast was ok with no protein options for people with dairy allergies. When I asked for plant based milk for me and my son who are allergic staff told us to just walk to other ibis to go ask for it.

Location, very close to Disneyland Paris

We had an accessible room, the sliding bathroom door fell off the rails several times, the room was not that clean We booked this hotel as it offered 12pm entry to rooms so we could drop our luggage off and head straight to Disney. We arrived at 1.30pm and our rooms were not cleaned and ready for us.
