The location was perfect. Right beside the train station and close to the shopping area. The hotel was super clean, friendly staff and peaceful environment. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was quite spacious, well-lit, and had a view of the square. The RER-A train station is next to the hotel, which makes it very easy to get to Disney. The shopping mall is also very close. The cleaning service is impeccable, and the service is very professional and attentive. The only downside is that when the doors of the other rooms are closed, all the walls vibrate.

Room was extremely noisy: we could not really hear much notice from outside, but we could hear all sounds from the other rooms (e.g. showers running, guests speaking, etc.). Bathrooms are functional, but quite ugly. Bed was quite uncomfortable. Room was clean.

The bed was comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good, right next to the train station and only one stop from Disney. The room was quite warm so slept with the window open in October.

We spent the first two hours of our stay wondering if we needed emergency accomodation as our toilet didn't work and the sink would barely drain. Repair staff started immediately but communication was very poor. As the hotel was full we could not be moved to another room and were left in limbo. Additionally, the air conditioning was locked to "central" control, presumably to save energy and money. Unfortunately this meant we weren't able to activate its fan for airflow and opened a window instead, which then caused the aircon to kick in to prevent the temperature from dropping.

Charged extra for breakfast even though it was included. Hotels.com customer service tried to help, but this hotel wouldn’t admit their wrongdoing even though we have kept all the receipts

Nothing at all wrong with this accommodation. The room was basic but we only needed somewhere to sleep and shower so wasn’t a problem. The bathroom was small but not an issue. Comfy bed, slept well and room cleaned daily.

If you’re coming for Disneyland Paris, this is the perfect place to stay. It’s conveniently located right next to the train station so you don’t have to walk far especially at night. There is a huge shopping mall just a few blocks away as as well as many restaurants. The hotel itself is nice, the staff doesn’t speak a ton of English, but they make it work. The rooms are nice, small but everything you need, the only thing I would’ve wanted to see is a safe in the room. I left a valuables out reluctantly, but nothing happened. Overall, I would recommend and stay again.

Bar staff were really friendly and the pizza was good! However, the buffet breakfast was quite pathetic - we arrived 45 minutes before it ended and there were no plates, bowls or forks. There were no pastries left and no fruit - when I asked if there was more the woman blunted told me “all done”. We paid for our breakfast and weee supposed to have it for two days - we skipped it the second day. It was a total gong show that hardly offered anything.

Fire alarm sets around 11pm. The hotel staff is not the party responsible, completely understandable. However, when everyone is waiting for an okay to go in or any feedback, not hearing anything for 1h is wild.nobody came to tell the people who evacuated that it was safe to go back in

Smelled like cigarette smoke in my room every so often, no safe, no kettle and mini fridge in the room which was inconvenient w my toddler. It’s right next to the subway for Disney land and it was clean and nice room overall.

Arrived in the evening, and the people behind the desk were very nice and helpful. Then in the morning i went down to ask about parking and breakfast, and new people were in the reception .The man i talked to, behaved like i was disturbing him. And the girl next to him , had the same attitude.Not friendly at all, so i decided not to eat at the hotel. Maybe he should learn how to speak to people. I heard him talk to other guests, and he just seemed annoyed. The room was clean and nice. The hotel is close to a very big center with a lot of different stores. Metro right outside the hotel and Disney also close by car.

Building work everywhere you turned, rooms uncomfortably hot (wasn't hot outside), Staff tried to make us pay for the room at the hotel, knowing we had already booked and paid before arriving, luckily we noticed on the card reader before paying, was expecting to only pay local tax & parking but card machine they tried to charge over €100. Elevator looked like something out of a horror movie and no stairs could be used to get anywhere in the hotel, all stairs from the car park to reception lead to a dead end. Would not stay again

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel is doing renovations so there was some work being done. The location is great for catching a train to DIsney Paris. Easy to walk to the Val de Europe mall. Price was good and parking was convenient.

The staff wasn't very friendly on the day of check-in or during breakfast. The breakfast was not how we expected from our other Ibis stays. The bed was very uncomfortable and made noise with any movement. However, the location was great if you're planning to go to Disneyland.
