The Kids' Play Area: This was easily the best part of the hotel! My son loved it so much he actually didn't want to leave. Every hotel should have an area like this—it's a lifesaver for parents.
Proximity to Disney: The location is very practical. There are two bus routes that take you straight to the train station, and from there, it’s only 4 stops to Disneyland.
Room Size: For Paris standards, the room was okay, not much space, but it is what Ibis usually offers for a "good" price, right?
Breakfast: It was basic but totally sufficient. They had eggs, bread, cake, juices, coffee, and fruit (including fruit salad and some sweets). It’s an "honest" meal to get your day started.
Housekeeping: The cleaning service was reasonable and kept the room in good order throughout our stay.
The Bathroom & Shower: The shower box was quite old and didn't feel very clean. To make matters worse, the shower head holder was broken, so we had to hold it with one hand while showering. Definitely not the relaxing experience you want after a long day. They changed the shower on the last day of our stay.
The Bunk Bed & Noise: While the double bed was comfortable, the bunk bed was poor. It seemed to be attached to the same wall as the room next door. Every time the neighbors moved on their bunk bed, it felt and sounded like they were right on my side. It was quite noisy and vibrating.
Distance to Paris City Centre: If you are planning to spend most of your time in central Paris, keep in mind it’s a bit of a trek (one bus [2225 or 2229] from right in front of the hotel and about 13 stops on the train). Now, if you're going to Paris, it is only 4 stops from the same route/station.

It did the job, fine for one night. Clean, functional. Decent enough breakfast. Staff were pleasant. Good price.
You wouldn’t really want to stay here for more than one night if you’re a family, the rooms are very small.

Staff were lovely.
Beds uncomfortable. Rooms didn’t feel particularly secure.
The mould in the bathroom was unbearable and worrying. The smell of it alone was bad enough to warrant not using the shower. I travelled with my young son (we were going to Disney), he’s asthmatic and there’s no way I would’ve risked him spending any longer than 5 mins in the bathroom.

The close proximity to disneyland paris breakfast choice was good.
Staff are all pleasant and helpful.
Stayed here before
The room we were allocated, the main door was open when we arrived we realised this was due to the door not shutting without been really pushed/pull. The lighting sections on the bed did not work correctly, and if pressed for night light, switch other lights off/on. Reported to reception on leaving due to us arriving after 10pm and just wanting to sleep after a long day in disney, we used the room. Reception said they were aware of the door but not the light problem. This room should have been taken offline till the door was fixed incase someone got stuck in the room.
The room decoration is looking a bit tired and could do with a freshen up.
This was from this stay, previous stay we had no issues with the room or hotel and this is why we booked for this time

Location and staff are excellent
Very simple and basic but great value for money and 20 mins from Disneyland. Taxi charged us around 15 euros one side from hotel to Disneyland. Also near to Charles de Gaule airport taxi charged us around 35 euros. We watched last show of 1130 pm at Disney then took taxi at night to come back it’s a nice hotel.
Breakfast buffet is also nice and cheap however if u r going to Disneyland u can eat at Disney village Starbucks will be same.
Actually one can take bus and other public transport as well.

location, safe and secured carpark, playing area for kids.
Unfriendly staff, they tried to charge us additionally for their included, crappy breakfast. Our rooms weren't so clean and the third bed wasn't made. The breakfast was mediocre and plates, cups and cutlery weren't all clean. After finishing we couldn't ckean our table because the stowaway cart was full. You can hear the highway from the room. We booked 2 adjacent rooms, apparently that "wasn't possible, but yours are 2 meter apart". Turned out to be more like 10 meter apart. There was no toilet paper in one of the rooms. Don't bring too much luggage, there's no elevator.
We paid about €80 per room and it was bad value for money. .

Cheap and close option for visiting Disneyland Paris
It is cheap, so what to expect... But staff seemed not to care / rooms haven't been properly cleaned, mold (or dirty bits looking like mold) on several spots in the room. Nevertheless, a cheap option

Ideal location, clean and modern hotel and rooms. Staff were superb, all very friendly, helpful and all speak English.
We used this for an overnight stay before going to DLP. It's really close to Chessy so was an ideal location.
As per other reviews, the rooms are small but we had more than enough space in the twin and double rooms we had booked.
The games area in reception was a nice touch and there is a tablet where you can order local takeaway from. We used the McD's along the road which had order screens at the entrance which took the stress out of not knowing much French.
We left our sons favorite Teddy bear in the room when we left without realising and the hotel phoned to say they had found it and we picked it up on the return journey.

Close to Disneyland
Everything was terrible (except the location of the hotel). Starting from the reception personnel who didn’t speak a word of English, disgusting smell in the entire hotel, dirty and uncomfortable beds and poor breakfast. After 1 night we cancelled the other nights we have booked here. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

Breakfast was nice and the parking was spacious
The place is very big but quite old, the room smells like humid old building and is small. There are basic amenities missing like an extra towel (there's only one per person in total) and a hair dryer.
