Spacious and comfortable - great location for local attractions.

Very spacious rooms, good value, decent kitchen and access to the pool, gym and spa on site. The staff were helpful when needed. It was a great location for both the shopping centre and Disneyland.

the bed linen wasn’t spotless or properly fitted, but this didn’t take away from the overall feeling this was a great property, which was good value for money.

Poor value towards your payment

Only walking distance to the Mall and the Outlet

They don’t reply emails, messages or even phone. Very rude and not helpful. Check in at 3 pm even if the room is ready before that they dont allow you to check in. And 10 am someone knocks the door for checkout.

Disappointing, not value to the money I spent.

The accommodation is next to a big shopping centre. For Disneyland, there're probably better options with location-price ratio.

I had sent the accommodation several months beforehand our time of arrival and expressed interested in a baby crib, which the accommodation mentioned on their website they have. I sent another message on the day of our arrival about being a bit late, because they had not replied. Although their check-in time on Booking was until midnight, Domitys Saria was closed when we arrived at 9 PM and no one answered the phone number they had in Booking.com, only automated voice message in French. We were with two hungry, tired and crying children on the street pushing buttons of a door phone hoping someone would answer. After about half an hour walking the street back and forth somebody inside by accident saw us and opened the door - a staff member had been cleaning at another part of the house. Apparently the doorbell was not working and she was not waiting for anyone to come. When we arrived to our room, the bed was undone, pillows were with stains and there was a paint yard in the middle of the room, with a smell of fresh paint in the room. As the staff member did not know when the room had been painted, we didn't want to stay there with small kids and asked for a room change. The new room was smelling another kind of weird (mold?) but at this point we were too tired to change again. Difficult it would've been, given the staff member working that evening did not speak English nor even apparently French and we were communicating with phone translators. We then found the crib we were asking about in a cupboard. Breakfast system (pre-order an hour beforehand) was unpractical so we never had it. All in all the place gave a vibe that they are some kind of residence who on the side offer accommodation for travelers, but they are not equipped to it, at least internationally: no updated information on Booking, no answering to messages in Booking, no necessary language skills, no information flow between staff members. Pictures are brushed up also.

I arrived 1 day earlier late at night tried to enter the hotel and stayed around 30 minutes knocking on the door and calling and no one was there nor answered to help me out. The next day on my stay there was a big bug inside the room and the girl late at night at 12 refused to help me out and refused to call anyone to help me out and told me you can go to another hotel if you want with a such rude attitude.

Pleasant stay while visiting Disney, close proximity to the shopping centre and outlets. Will return

Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of space for 6 us for all the time we were there. I didn’t realise this was a seniors residence before I visited, wish I knew the language so I could’ve interacted with more than greetings in the corridors and lobby.

A fixture on the sofa bed was broken and hazardous when getting in and out of the bed.

Lovely locations but i'm a elderly living complex

Easy collection of keys location was amazing 5 mins from disney land paris. Swimming pool was lovely and quiet

no information given about the apartment such as breakfast parking etc this is a elderly person complex with cares etc not that this was a problem but no where did it state this and it was slightly uncomfortable.

It's not an hotel !!! This is an elderly home that rent his empty rooms as a hotel room... No hotel emminities, room has some technical issues (like electric shade that didn't open) that they not even try to solve.

Nice but no thank you

What I liked the most about the property was that my room, along with the kitchen — it was a studio — and the bathroom were all very spacious. Everything was very clean, inviting, and beautiful. I also loved that the complex was right in front of the shopping mall and that there were some really nice bars and restaurants around.

I honestly think it was a big oversight not to clearly state on the Booking website that this is actually a senior living property. It creates a bit of discomfort, especially if you’re expecting a place to relax and have fun. I found myself holding back from speaking a bit louder or even just using the lounge peacefully, talking on the phone, or trying to unwind. The place is constantly filled with elderly residents and caregivers, which takes away from the light, laid-back atmosphere you’d expect on vacation. I traveled alone — and honestly, I’m glad I did, because I would’ve felt extremely uncomfortable if I had come with my boyfriend or family. Also, the pool — which was the main reason I chose this hotel — was freezing cold, and I was told there was no way to heat it further. That left me quite frustrated.

We booked it because of the pool. Unfortunately the pool was not working and wasn’t told about in advanced. Also. It is required to say it is a nursing home for older people! Although the people were very nice, the atmosphere is “different”

Great accomodation. Great Price, but no air con.

Great location - very easy to get to the RER station and the shopping centre and a very easy 20 minute walk to and from the Disney parks. Very spacious apartment too with good facilities.

No air conditioning - which was a problem even at end of May. There was a fan in the apartment but it was very uncomfortable temperature to sleep in the apartment, which is a shame because if it had this this would be top rated accomodation for this area. Also, a small thing - while there was a bottle opener in the apartment there was no corkscrew so if you fancied a bottle of wine you had to either ask downstairs to borrow one (if it was before 8pm) or bring your own.

Great location, good size appartment for a family but very laid back staff

We liked everything about the accommodation including indoor swimming pool. The property is in the great location just 20min walk away from DisneyLand. The only one thing didn’t meet our expectations is the staff, there was no one at the reception and nobody was able to help with the early check in. Also, the cot bed was not prepared despite letting them know in advance. Breakfast was not offered and we asked in the morning we were told is too late. Last but not least gate to car park was not working and nobody tried to resolve the problem even on the next day.

Spacious, Quiet, Good Location (but it's a retirement home)

I was initially confused by entrance as the building is an old person's home and this isn't mentioned anywhere before or after booking. It wouldn't have necessarily put me off booking but would have been nice to know and avoid confusion walking back and forward past the entrance to a retirement home when I was looking for a hotel.

Great place to stay, but freshen up on your French.

The location was ok - about a 25 minute walk (2km). The apartment was extremely clean and roomy. We did not need the kitchen, but it was a nice feature to have. Breakfast was a normal, European spread - enough to get you going in the morning.

We announced a late arrival (24:00), but no one was at the desk to give us keys. Some guests that were already staying let us in. The attendant looked like she had just woken up and she did not speak English. During our stay we found out the building is a retirement home or probably assisted living. This did not take away from us enjoying the stay. The residents were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately for us, we don't speak French and the attendants did not speak English, Spanish, nor German. During the weekend, there was no easy way to communicate - even when we used Google translate. The staff that came in on Monday did speak English, but we were already checking out that morning.

Had a lovely stay and would be delighted to stay here again.

This place had very nice front desk personnel who were more than willing to help as needed. The people here were all very welcoming and friendly. And the room was far above what I expected. It was clean, bright, had a closet, a small balcony, a spacious bathroom, and a kitchenette that was more than needed for a few days stay with groceries.

There could be more hangers in the closet.

Beware! They will lock you out!

We were excited to stay here. The facilities were new and from the pictures looked super nice

Unfortunately we never even got to experience the room. We arrived early before a day at Disneyland and were told it was too early to check in. This was understandable and expected so we asked of they could just hold our bags for the day and they did. The issue came after a long, cold and rainy day at Disney…we arrived back at the property around 10:15pm only to find the doors locked and no one there. There is an intercom by the door but no one answered and we attempted to call the home number but just got a messaging service, and of course it was in French so we could not understand it anyway. So now we were stranded out on the cold without any of our luggage. We had the clothes on our back and luckily a little bit of juice left on lit portable phone charger to be able to use our phone to book another hotel around the corner. We slept on our clothes and went back to the property around 8am to collect our bags. There is nothing on their website, or posted anywhere about their reception closing at any certain time. It was a nightmare at the end of an otherwise amazing trip.

Great stay for Disneyland visit

Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Very well equipped and nicely furnished. Big bathroom sufficient towels. Comfy beds a bit on the soft side. Great location for Disneyland and close to a shopping mall. The personnel were very kind and friendly.

There could have been a bit more cutlery and glasses/mugs. There is no AC so the apt could get quite warm on a hot day.
