Lovely place, very spacious, very close to val de Europe shopping centre and easily walkable to Disneyland in 25 mins.

It was too warm, needed some air con, there was only a fan. No WiFi password given.

Great location, wonderful cleaning staff who were very friendly and willing to help- more so than the rude older woman on reception. The location is close by to important locations.

Extremely rude older woman on reception with glasses, condescending, obnoxious and not willing to help, showing discontent and annoyance to nearly any question regarding your stay. Advertised as an apartment hotel-like environment, *WARNING This is 'officially' largely an old age person RETIREMENT home!/old age assisted living home! Again not advertised as such on 'booking.com', with approximately 10% of the building catering for an apartment hotel like environment. Contacted Booking.com with concerns and problems, they were not rectified nor acknowledged and their customer service is extremely poor! Indoor pool had odors from the pool side vents, room matresses and pillows had stains. There was no air con available inside the rooms, despite the hot weather and heatwave of 2026 in France and one fan was available for the entirety of the apartment.

This property is situated in a very pleasant area within the perimeter of Disneyland. The property is very secure and spacious. It can quite comfortably sleep 5 but offers amenities for two. TV provided in both the lounge and bedroom areas but very few channels. Sadly there is no air conditioning and this was made worse by the heatwave we were experiencing. The owners left two fans in the room but being on the highest floor meant they had little impact against the heat. The big selling point here is Val D’ Europe. This super large shopping mall, which sells all the high-end brands in fashion and mores besides, is only a few minutes walk away. There are many restaurants to choose from and even a Sealife centre. Very impressive. Disneyland can be accessed in 5 forms of transport: 1. Walking - 20mins 2. Free Shuttle Bus - 10 mins 3. Bus 2237 - €2.50 4. Taxi - €20 5. Train - €2.55 If you take the buss it leaves more or less outside of the property. The Free shuttle bus is white and the 2237 is blue. We found this confusing but also couldn’t quite understand why the taxi have a fixed price if €29 euros. We settled on the train in the end since it was so efficient. Loved the area.

It was close to Disneyland

It was so dirty, bedsheets had been left on the sofa bed from the former guests it seemed like. They had crumbs in them and horrible stains. They only gave us bedding and pillows for five people but we were 6 guests. The glasses weren’t washed properly and the didn’t have enough utensils to cook with. There was no knife. There was a layer of dust all around the skirting boards. Quite disappointing.
