Rooms lovely, big washroom, didn’t have breakfast. Staff were friendly
Baby cot was clean but pretty worn. Could do with upgrade but still did the job

The staff were warm and welcoming and were great with our two dogs, who were travelling with us.
The pillows were far too soft and the room was a little on the small size, although it sufficed for our needs.

Hotel location is good
1st. Staff are rude and not flexible at all! The girl in the reception promised me once I checked in that I can extend my stay and pay the extra night in the morning, the next morning they reserved my room and refused to give me a room except a larger one with extra charges although this was their mistake not mine! (NOTE: I wanted to stay one extra night although I didn't like the hotel because there was no availability in other hotels in the same area for that date)
2nd. Room is extremely small and dull with only spotlights and bathroom is so tiny!!!
3rd. Noise of housekeeping in the morning is unbelievable; you will never be able to sleep even 5 minutes because there is no soundproof at all!!
4th. There is nothing in the room; no tea trays, no showercaps, no hairdryer !! Only towels and liquid soap
5th. Extremely overpriced (€74 per night is too much for that room, doesn't worth more than €50)
