Enjoyed our short stay at the hoptel. The staff made both us and our dogs feel very welcome.

The staff were warm and welcoming and were great with our two dogs, who were travelling with us.

The pillows were far too soft and the room was a little on the small size, although it sufficed for our needs.

We didn’t have breakfast, but the location was perfect for us, as we were travelling to Eurodisney.

Nothing. Comfortable, clean rooms, with attached shower, and lavatory. Excellent, friendly and very attentive staff. A very good hotel, perfect for an overnight stay at a very good price. We had dinner which was very good, a very close-by car park. Nothing to dislike at all.

If you plan to stay in the room for long time, it’s quite dark, but if you stay just overnight, or base to sleep it is good enough.

Very good experience

The property looks very modern and the staff was super friendly. The pain au chocolate and the croissant they had for breakfast were excellent. It’s a great place if you want to stay off site for a Disneyland trip, it’s about a 10 min trip on the uber.

Scammed for a preauthorisation so essentially paid twice.

Have stayed here before and it’s dead simple. However it’s changed since I was last here.

Preauthorised my entire card for the stay. Despite it being marked as pay on arrival on Booking.com. Arrived at night at the Hotel to be told I would need to pay again. Only my pre authorisation wouldn’t be returned to me for three days. Explained that’s not how it works but was told the hotel changed its system to this and people have complained but nothing been done. So as of today I’ve paid twice as much for my stay and have to wait and hope they return it as promised. Was told it was just a deposit but it’s actually the entire amount. Why not just take a prepay rate? If you’re going to take the entire amount in advance and not return it until several days later it’s highly unethical and in ten years of hotel travel the first time I’ve had this. Don’t go until they sort this out otherwise you will be out of pocket double the cost of your stay.

Hotel location is good

1st. Staff are rude and not flexible at all! The girl in the reception promised me once I checked in that I can extend my stay and pay the extra night in the morning, the next morning they reserved my room and refused to give me a room except a larger one with extra charges although this was their mistake not mine! (NOTE: I wanted to stay one extra night although I didn't like the hotel because there was no availability in other hotels in the same area for that date) 2nd. Room is extremely small and dull with only spotlights and bathroom is so tiny!!! 3rd. Noise of housekeeping in the morning is unbelievable; you will never be able to sleep even 5 minutes because there is no soundproof at all!! 4th. There is nothing in the room; no tea trays, no showercaps, no hairdryer !! Only towels and liquid soap 5th. Extremely overpriced (€74 per night is too much for that room, doesn't worth more than €50)

Practical for a couple of days

Location is great if you're going to Disneyland. Parking is spacious. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Location was good

Room was to small, we were not able to walk No windows, to dark all the time in the room, no soap, one towel only Bed was hard as a rock, and small. Evening stuff, not interested in them guests, we waited 45 min for the order, waiter came to our table asking did you order?! We ordered and paid and still no food, after an hour again water said, go and pick it up from the kitchen yourselfs Kitchen stuff with earpods dancing on hiphop and not paying attention to guests and food I will never book this hotel again

Happy, perfect for Disney. Would stay again

It was very clean & comfortable. The toilet did have a lot of staining in it which could have been cleaned better. There was also a damp smell in the room but they put a fan in to deal with that which I had to leave on.

The evening menu was really bad, it had no options for a child to eat or just a pizza to have, I get it’s a bistro type place but a little more choice would be good, we had to order from a local restaurant to deliver in. The breakfast choices were fab though.

Location was great based on proximity to Disneyland and transportation to the train station

We had a lovely customer-centric staff (Ben) attend to us and he made checking in as well as our stay very easy

So many things: Booking.com charged me for breakfast but was told at the hotel that breakfast wasn't included Room had no refrigerator and was too small. No space to keep our boxes or hand our clothes. The rooms were very hot at night, no ventilation etc

The restaurant, reception area is really nice!

Where can I start: motel type hotel, bad isolation, small dark room, smelly, stayed for 3 nights wasn’t cleaned once, only one towel available… breakfast is a sugar bomb, you have to boil your own eggs, no fruit or veggies, just one sort of cheese and ham. Staff, they don’t care, not polite at all…

Great hotel, noisy guests

Staff were friendly, bar and restaurant were very nice and food was excellent

Room was uncomfortably warm with window open. And lots of noise from large group of teenage guest messing about until 1am. Just lots of noise from other guests all through the night and early morning. I know that's not the hotels fault but our experience. Hardly got any sleep despite rooms being very comfortable

Short but okay stay

it was very close to Disneyland which was the purpose of our trip. We drive an electric car and there are two parking spots to charge, this is free, which is awesome. The room was clean.

The curtain could be closed electronically, but the curtain was on the outside of the room. We tried and it would be possible for people on the outside to pull it up. So if someone wanted, they could look into our room, whenever they wanted. I found this super weird and kind of creepy, since the room was basically just the bed and people could look at you sleeping… So that I didn’t like. Also, the 8 euro breakfast was not really worth it as there was so little to choose from/left. We ended up driving to a supermarket nearby to get some more food.

Bad

Didn't get a chance to see it myself as my flights got cancelled, so my opinions are based on what my sister told me- she arrived from another country. My messages where answered very late and some not at all. My sister told me that receptionist has been very rude when she was checking in. Looking at her in a very strange manner. The gentleman at the reception the following day has been a little bit more pleasant. Rooms are very small, so ok if you only need it for sleeping. Breakfast very good. My booking has got cancelled from the hotel end on the some day I should have checked in as a no show, yet I have still been in touch with airline about flights reschedule. I understand that they run a business, but my room should have been available to me for the duration of my booking, more so that I haven't received refund as not in title to. They have yo work on answering emails and phone calls, I have tried both. Over all poor experience.

Very good

The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help us as my daughter got sick unfortunately. Was giving out hot water free of charge. Made rice for us. As my daughter got gastroenteritis and could not eat anything. It was ok to use their fridge. Got printed time table for the bus ride to Disneyland. The buss stop is right outside the hotel. Small supermarket just 5min walk from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel. And their pizza was delicious 😋.

The only thing I did not like so much was that the rooms are really tiny and if you size XL you might not fit in to the bathroom it's so small. And I would definitely paint the walls white as the dark colour make the room look even smaller. But it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also very cheap.

Ideal for overnight stop & Disney

The cabin beds for children were novel and fun. The room was clean. The staff were nice for check in and check out. Breakfast was good esp if you arrive at 7am. Really good location for Disney. Bus 47 - easy to find bus stops there and back, nice drivers. Pay on bus.

It was noisy at night. Not much sound proofing. The room was quite warm. The food options were limited for tea - we booked on our first night and the only option was BBQ night with a small selection.

I wouldn’t come again at all because what I have said about ot but overall staff were lovely .

I didn’t like it because the bathroom door was broken, tight and small pace in the bedroom , blinds was from the behind the window and the bedroom door was not locked so that’s unsafe toward to people living at this villa . Also the service cleaning was not done on per days which it was very unhygienic for not getting the room cleaned up. No drinks or teas are provided in the bedroom and iron are not provided as well. The room was very hot so the fan wasn’t working well.

Spacious lobby at entrance level….Great contemporary design concept with ’Fresh’ approach was appealing to all family.

Although very clean and well maintained the rooms were Very small especially the bathroom area. Not for bigger sized people. It took an effort to use even for regular sized guests…!

So terrible that we left in the middle of the night!

Secure parking for free, everything else was disappointing.

The rooms are so small and dark it feels like a prison cell. There is no air con and windows are tiny so rooms are boiling. The walls are very thin so you hear EVERYTHING all night. The staff were not super helpful. The bed is as hard as a brick wall, with the worst pillows that have no stuffing in them.
