I stayed twice here. First time when I checked in on Sep. 15th all good except for one thing. I planned to keep my big luggage here at the hotel because we were traveling to other destinations and come back before final flight to Canada. This was confirmed by staff at check in and many other times. On the day 17th morning when leaving to Lourdes, front office lady refuse to keep the luggage. This disrupted our whole plan and we had to carry the big luggage all the way to Train station and leave it there. Front office lady on that day was not cooperative at all. Finally the manager only gave us directions to left luggage at Montparnasse station. And on our return we had to bring it back all the way for our second time check in on 24th. That was not pleasant at all. I have to say all the staff was good except for that lady at the desk on 17th morning, she was acting like manager but she was not. For other travellers I would say this is far from the City and time consuming travelling. It is near Disney Land. Other than that everything is good and nice hotel. Management should keep their staff informed about their policies regarding guest luggage to avoid all this troubles.

The property was fine. There was construction in the lobby and the room was a bit dated and not well decorated.

Checked in and went to our room. Pink mold all throughout the showers as if the shower itself has never been actually cleaned. Got a new room at the front desk with ease which was great on their part but the new room was just the same. Dirty white hand prints on the window door that opens oh and the shower had no pink mold which was great. This one had BLACK mold instead. With soap smeared on the walls of the shower. Felt so disgusting in the room. On top of that I think our ac was broken. We turned the heater on and even then it was freezing cold throughout our 3 days there no matter what we tried to do with the ac. So disappointed wish I spent my money elsewhere.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, and we slept well. The location was perfect for our trip, as it was only a 15-20 minute drive to Disney. We really appreciated the free parking and enjoyed relaxing by the great pool. These amenities made our stay much more convenient and enjoyable. Our only small issue was with the housekeeping. Our towels were not exchanged during the daily room cleaning, and we had to specifically ask for fresh ones. The staff was more than happy to provide them when we asked. Despite this minor issue, our experience was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely hotel with pool close to Disneyland. Reception check-in was quick & friendly. Hallways smelt lovely and looked clean. Room looked fab, If I was being picky, couple of stars were lost for large coffee stain on carpet in the room that probably could have been removed and dust along the bottoms of the balcony doors otherwise room was spotless. Pool was great and a nice temperature. Broken sun bed that needed to be replaced and lots of wasps/bees.

Great location for Disney, 10 min drive. Located near plenty of amenities if you have the car. Worth a trip out to local villages. We did for a bit of cultural value. If you like a authentic steak, they have a traditional steak house within the hotel. We had a suit, lots of room. Car park is free and was always able to park. Very quiet location and slept well. Pool is great, staff are friendly and an early check in charge was not overly priced. We’d stay again.

The hotel was in a great place close to ValD’europe and transport links to Paris. Room had complementary use of nespresso machine in the room. Towels were replaced everyday. Parking was free. Pool was clean and towels were provided everyday.

Room was kept very clean throughout our week stay. Lots of shops including restaurants within a 5 minute walk. An amazing looking steak restaurant attached to the hotel but as we had our fussy-eater 8 year old with us it would’ve been wasted on her.

Not great, no hair dryer in the room and when asked at reception told that they don’t have them. Also people playing piano in the lobby past midnight which kept us all awake.

‘Just have to use public transport for trips to paris. We have to take uber from train station to hotel and vice versa. It takes about an hour from the closest train station (Val De Europe) to areas of interest in Paris. There is a bus station near the hotel but takes about 20 to 30 min to train station. Overall, great option- better than downtown hotels that maybe too old. Breakfast was awesome- a bit pricey for adults but worth it to start a day of walking. We will consider this hotel on our return trip.

The staff at Hotel Dali were friendly and helpful. The family room was comfortable and we enjoyed the swimming pool especially with the wonderful weather we had. On busy days there weren't enough sun loungers which was our only issue with the pool facilities. The family room did not include a mini fridge which would have been a lovely addition to keep our drinks cold during the hot weather, the air conditioning in the room was perfect! The room was cleaned daily however not vacuumed which would have been helpful. Next to the hotel is a large shopping area within walking distance with a lovely range of places to eat and clothes shops etc. The hotel is in a perfect location for disneyland as well as buses to get to the nearby train station too. Overall a great experience and we would stay here again.
