Hotel Dali Val d'Europe, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The outdoor pool was great and we used it everyday of our stay after visiting Disneyland. The location of the hotel was excellent 15 mins from Disney, 30 mins from Paris.

This was our 9th stay here, its generally a great hotel close to Disney but without the price tag, the rooms are super comfortable and we love the extra large double and double bed combination, rooms are in good repair and the breakfast is ok. Free parking is also a bonus as is the outdoor pool

Some external repair would could be sorted, we noted nothing had change since we were here last December, floor tiles wobble and the front porch is still hanging down. The breakfast staff really need to cheer up a bit, this was mentioned previously but obviously not addressed. The chef really needs to cook the bacon more, over the 5 days only the first day did it look like is was fairly well cooked, the rest i didn't eat it as it looked like it had been warmed with a hairdryer, need to sort this out as otherwise the breakfast is lovely

Ana on the reception was extremely helpful and with speaking 6 languages you will never have to worry about conversing. Thank you for your help. The rooms were spacious and clean. Each room cleaned everyday. The swimming pool was incredible and not too busy and towels easy to get from reception. We had a swimming pool view rooms 206 and 212. You need to book a interconnecting rooms if you want it as I did and was told the wrong information saying I needed to ask the reception when we got there. Ana was the one that told us we needed to book in advance and I was given the wrong information. A family of 6 it would have been much nicer to have two rooms for the children to walk in and out. We spent 1 full day at Disney and we got an Uber which is only 10 mins away or you can book at the reception. We are planning our next trip hopefully at Christmas time.

Nothing that we didn't like but just at breakfast there was not much selection sadly, but the dining room was comfortable.

The hotel could offer more and clearer information in English about transportation to and from Paris or/and Eurodisney, such as a timetable for buses and the metro, to encourage using public transport, which is also more convenient economically and practically.

The pool was closed and we were not informed despite the booking being made 2 months in advance and all the promotional images showing a pool. Then when we tried to cancel the booking the staff were not helpful and said we had to charge us for one night even after admitting that they should sent us an email about the pool. When we aksed tl see a manager we were told it was sunday and there was no one availabe as it was a Sunday! For context it was a heatwave and were travelling with a 7 and 4 year old and the pool was the nr 1 requirement when we booked

We stayed at this property many times before as it is close to the amusement parks near by however this time the room was not properly cleaned

There were adults nails by the window that had been cut and not cleaned - totally gross

The hotel was in what felt like a safe community. Not within walking distance of Disneyland however you can get a 30 minute bus to the nearest metro or an uber cost €10 on average

The room wasn’t overly clean, no spoons provided, only provided with paper cups for our coffees. The room was for 4 adults however it was a very small room

The staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel was very clean and close to disneyland and designer outlet.

A bit far from central Paris however there is a bus stop close enough to take you to Val d’europe

Convenient location for trip to Disneyland, very quiet area. I liked that there was an extra bed in the same room for a family with little kid.

Overall nothing bad, it would be nice if there was a fridge in the room, and an extra chair or sofa.

i couldn't control the a/c temp in my room it was so hot as some points , we asked the front to change it to our desired temp and they said they would gladly do it, all night the temp never changed and we were so hot

Cleaning!!! The hotel lobby was full of bugs!! Felt like an infestation. The elevator smelled bad and had bugs, the corridors were also infested with bugs, I had to scan the whole room to ensure there are no bugs inside.

Quality of buildings, facilities and room.

Breakfast was at best fair - machine coffee bitter, cold soggy scrambled egg, pastries cold and dry, not much sign of service or attention- for example to refill the fruit salad.

the airco not working, and no fridge to store water bottle's and drinks. a lot of dust so being allergic to dust wasn't quite a pleasant experience.

Brilliant hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. So quiet and lovely rooms with super comfy beds. The pool looked good for if we ever come back during spring and summer. The breakfast was great and plenty of choice. The hotel is only a 10 minute taxi ride to Disney which was the reason for our visit. The hotel is also near a retail park with shops including Lidl which we used to get snacks. There is also a great Italian restaurant called zaza about 7 min walk down the road which we loved. All in all we loved it and will be back again.

Not that we didn't like but maybe a fridge would have been good in the room and maybe more tea bags and proper cups.

The hotel was lovely. Very clean. Big rooms and a large bed which was very comfy. Easy to get to and from Disneyland with an Uber. Has a town close with loads of food and drink places. Staff were very nice.

Had an issue in our room with the television. Hotel staff said they would call someone to fix it the next day however it was never done. They may have just forgotten about it as I didn’t remind them as it wasn’t a necessity to have the TV.

Nice rooms, excellent design. Good smell (maybe a hair too much), excellent breakfast.

The wifi sadly did not work at all in our room. It worked in the lobby but not once we got in the room. Also, the room main lights were of a very cold blueish light which gave it a strange, odd vibe.

We booked a triple deluxe room, but when we got there, it was 2 queen's size bd cramped into a very small room, which left almost no space to walk or store any luggage. The cupboard in the room is also very small, and it doesn't help with the space problem. If you have a couple of luggage or are travelling with family, you'll have issues even walking in that room because of how small it is. Only one person can walk at a time.no toothpaste or slippers in the bathroom. No shampoo, just a shower gel, which wasn't dispensing properly. For the money that we paid, it definitely wasn't good enough.

The room was stylish and boutique like. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had the most delicious croissants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It smelt amazing in the reception area. We were here to visit Disneyland Paris and it was very convenient to get to. We would definitely go back.

Unfortunately the hotel room was shockingly disappointing. The carpet had stains all over them, the bathroom had hair on the wall and in the shower. The headboard had stains and marks on it. Filthy room that was disgusting and would never go back.

Absolutely the worst customer experience ever, making profit on the back of a customer's misery. Also refusing on several occasions to be connected through to the management which is entirely unresponsive in all of this.

Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very helpful and made sure we had want we needed.
