The property was much further away than we expected. We had thought it was close to the Val d’Europe train station rather than a 26 minute walk away from it.

Clean, comfortable rooms considering the price. Staff are very friendly. Check in process was very quick and smooth. Excellent location with 2 bakeries, grocery shop, barbers and fast food 2 min walk away. 8 min taxi to Disneyland and shopping centre which has outlet village etc.

Really nice place, I’d book it again for Disneyland stay

Friendly reception staff on arrival and during the stay. Nice clean rooms, quite modern. Quiet residence for peaceful nights sleep. Comfy bed and sofa bed really high quality. Easy access to Disneyland by Uber for reasonable price. Bakery around the corner.

Nothing really, accept we didn’t get to use the pool due to our time of arrival and departure. But I think rules for pool use are clear (10am-9pm) and are fair enough to make stay pleasant for all.

Great out of park hotel for disneyland

We, of course, were here to go to Disneyland. It had a bus stop right out the front door and a parking lot. Beds were comfy and had a small kitchen and table, which was nice for breakfast.

We had no issues during our 2-night stay.

Worst place in France

Very bad Pl first of all we got there at 4 o’clock and the owner says the property is not ready yet and we waited one hour 30 minute outside because the cleaner was not ready done with the broom and I told the owner but you wasted two hours of our time. I have three kids. Where do you want us to go and he start telling us That you both sleep in the car and I wanted to cancel new refused to cancel and I called them back and I said I’m still waiting outside to bring us the key and he said no everything is cancelled now go find somewhere else.

The worst experiment we ever had with the owner he didn’t even wanna tell us his name. I told him I’m gonna complain about this and he refused to tell us his name. If you are the manager of the owner of the property you should at least say your name.

Ideal for Disneyland Stay

Good location with bus stop outside the hotel to take you to Disneyland Paris €2, or a Bolt/Uber is around €10. Beds comfortable, didn't have time to use the kitchen facilities. Good size room.

Good place, convenient and close to main locations like disney

Location was good, bus stops in front of the apartment to disneyland and val d'europe. room was good size, parking available. outside of the disappointment of the airco everything was fine.

Apartment was advertised with airconditioning , but this was not installed or not activated yet, this was a disappointment, we did get an additional discount.

Easy enough transport to Disney via public buses but the accommodation is somewhere I’d avoid on our next visit

Staff were mostly rude even though I used Google translate to try my best to accomodate their language as I wanted to show respect l and not be dismissive by having an expectation that they would speak English. The room was not cleaned in 4 days which isn’t bad but the towels weren’t changed once and when asked I was told that towels don’t get changed however the man on reception gave us 2 fresh towels even though there were 4 of us but it was better than nothing. There was a Kettle in the room and on arrival there were 2 coffee sachets and 2 tea bags with 2 milk sachets. I was told when asked that these were only a welcome tea and these would not be replenished. The hotel offers easy access to Disney since the bus stop is outside and this is very much a positive. It is a modern hotel and looks clean however I dropped a sock under the pull out bed and it came out covered in dust so maybe not as clean as what meets the eye. All in all, would I return absolutely not. We found the staff rude we felt like we were treated like tourists from Scotland who they would rather we weren’t there.

The hotel room was spacious, clean, staff was friendly. Walking distance to a small local cafe.

We stayed for only a short period of time therefore did not need our room cleaning, however if you want your room cleaning during your stay this is an additional charge.

Location was ok, we walked to Disney in 20 minutes. The reception was open 24h, and it was nice because our flight delayed.

The hotel looked like it was in renovations, which they could have warned us about. The man on the reception was not very nice.

The location was great, we went to Disney and it was perfectly located for this purpose. The room was what we expected, a little old - but we were told they were renovating some of the rooms and I think we slept in one that wasn’t updated yet.

The room, especially the bed, wasn’t very clean. There were hairs and nails of previous guests still laying around. The showerhead kelt falling of the wall and the toilet kept (vert loudly) refilling itself with water throughout the night. We’re also still waiting for our deposit to be returned to us (our stay was 2 months ago).

No room service included during stay, if you want room service it comes at an additional cost of 49.00€ per service. Room has kitchenette, but you pay additional for cleaning cloth, dish washing liquid and tea towel. Bathroom dated, needs maintenance.

Affordable and well worth the stay.

The property was an ideal place to stay if you want to be near Disneyland without the expense of it being too expensive. This makes it easier if you are trying to stay on a budget.

The breakfast was good but could have done with a little bit more of a selection of meats and cheeses.
